Replacement of the candidates As per terms.
Financial Proposal-
8.33% Of annual CTC Offered to Candidates for salary band from 0 lakhs to 5
lakhs, 10% for salary band from 5.01 lakhs to 10 lakhs and 12.5% for salary band
above 10 lakhs.
2% interest per month will be charged for the payment which is delayed for more
than 30 Days from the date of joining of the candidate/Invoice.
Free Replacement will be offered if the candidate leaves the organization within a
period of 90 Days only for Middle and Senior Management.
Service tax will be charged as applicable.
We are open for negotiations & discussions on payout structures.

Note: D-Eminence provides an exclusive offer discount to its respective


client in case the client provides full payment within 15 days of the date of
Invoice for the closed position. The discount services rates are - 5.33% of
annual CTC Offered to Candidates for salary band from 0 lakhs to 5 lakhs,
7% for salary band from 5.01 lakhs to 10 lakhs and 9.5% for salary band
above 10 lakhs.

D-Eminence provides 3Days soft skill training free of cost to the confirmed
candidates post joining the organizations, if required. College campus recruitment
outsourcing services on behalf of clients-Yields Time saving for clients, Fresh and
Young Mind, Lower Labour Cost Source. Wider talent pool with a variety of skill sets
and spread across multiple geographies, better quality services, faster turnaround
time.
