Executive summary

We will open a restaurant after franchising “Thirty Three” from “Thirty


Three Restaurant Groups, Frisco,Texas. We will open three branches of our
food court. The area is in need of a warm & friendly. With excellent foods.

It will be a place where you always know you will get the best of everything.
We will open a food court in Bashundhara City ,Jamuna Future Park and
Shatmasjid Road .We will decorate our food court nicely and with attractive
furniture. Our food court will serve best food and soft drinks. We will fix
our food items price at a reasonable price that people will come in our food
court. We believe in its unique delivery of service as its policy is customer is
king. It’s traditional and western outlook gives you the feeling as if are the
member of its family. Though we are new but the love & taste in our foods
will abundant.

We will appoint different types of managers like human resource manager,


financial manager & maintain manager. This service will be very friendly.
We will hire the best people training, motivating & encourage them. We will
also appoint most efficient stuff people. Our management team is comprised
of individuals whose background consist of 40 years enterprise in hotel &
restaurant. We will have qualified person in our food court, university &
college students.

The first & foremost duty to acquire our food court to the countrymen. For
this,we have selected some media such as newspaper ,leaflet ,facebook e.t.c.
We have also competitors such as Northened, Red Emperor , Bulls &
barrels. We will appoint sheaf experienced in our every branch. Though we
have a lots of competitors hope we will be the best. We have created
financial projections based on our experience & knowledge of the area. We
will invest as our initial investment. The company have a comprehensive
marketing, advertising and promotion campaign that will minimize word of
mouth marketing.

The plan is designed to complement the business plan, but as far way
company officers to get handle on the external & internal factors that will
influence the company success.

Business Description

Thirty Three is a restaurant. We opened it. it provided a business where we


aimed to earn sufficient amount of profit. Not only this but also being able to
full fill customer’s satisfaction. Consumer’s expenditure for fast food in
Bangladesh has very Bad side. A couple of years people love to eat deshi as
well as Italian, Chinese, Indian food. So, we have to decide that we will give
a in western food. We are trying to give good food to the customer. We also
open 3 branches of it. In our restaurant we organize many kind of parties.
such as: Birthday party, engagement party and also some big parties.

Product Description

 Our every product is Food product. Our Food item is for up to 10


years old people. College student, man, women everybody can come
in our restaurant and take any kind food.

 We have many kind of


food. We have deshi food
item, Indian food item,
chinies, Italian food item
and many more items also.
Our restaurant has soft drinks, fried rice, shwrma, etc. breakfast
packages, lunch packages, and
Dinner packages.

 We have a nice decoration place for


take this kind of food. But there is a
parcel system. We take order from

our consumers through the mobile contact or social media. And our
delivery boy delivered the
ordered food.

 Our product is always available


in our restaurant. We give our
product from 10 am to 10 pm. Every time we provide every kind of
food that we have.

 Our food better from our competitor because of our food shape. They
are qualified. And our food is more spicy than others and also our
food prize is less than others.

To ration of our business is to attract public’s


attention. Not only the looks of the court but also
the name, environment and specially the foods. The
promoting system will develop our work step by
step.

Market Analysis

Story & Market Analysis

Our food item is tandoori chicken, various types of birianys and soft drinks,
French fries, soup, fried rice, meat item, coffee, pastry
cake, many kind of heavy food and light food. Our
food court is for all ages groups expect children the
age is below then 10.We promoting our business in
Bashundhara, Jamuna Future Park. We choose these
locations because of crowd and the places was very
good for this kind of business. In these places there is market, universities,
banks, hospitals etc. and these places is impotant for our business.

Location

Our main branch will be located at Dhanmondi 11/A. our 2nd branch will be
located at Basundhara city market at level 8, shop no 21. And our 3rd branch
will be open in Jamuna Future park at lavel 6,shop no 81.

Market Size

The food may also ordered as takeout for consumption as another location
such as a home work place. Our restaurant generally indoor plaza or
common area within a facility that is contiguous with the multiple food
vendors. So, we have plan to start our business in shopping mall and besides
school, college & universities.

Target Market

We should have most common guest for our restaurant. Students during their
break time, they will come & taste our food. Sometimes, travelers will come
to taste our food. They will take the smell of our food. This will attract them.
We can easily make our profit.

Marketing plan

 Foodie photos: We can take photos of our food item and publish to our
official website. The very best way to promote our restaurant online is
with high quality, drool including photos.

 Loyalty programs: online food apps should definitely be a


consideration as part of our restaurant. With online apps customers can
easily check out our restaurant through gamification and loyalty
programs.

 Yelp: Yelp has a tremendous power in restaurant business. The most


important thing to understand
about yelp people can and
reviews our restaurant. That
means adding as many details as
possible. Such as: Photos, store
hours, location, menu, prize
range, wi-fi, parking etc.

 Show of stuffs: In an age of robotic customer service reps and soon to


be self-driving cars, the human element is severely lacking. Show off
your 5-star staff doing what they do best! Seeing happy, smiling
employees does wonders for your reputation, as customers long to be
served by joyful workers.

 Monitoring media presence: Social media marketing strategies are an


undeniable force in today’s world. Pamphlets and delivery menus
slipped under doorways simply won’t cut it anymore.Often, the
restaurants with a strong social media presence as part of their

restaurant marketing plan are the ones that fare the best, and in the
competitive food industry, ignoring social media is a death sentence.

Thailand Branch

We have faced the Thailand people. In Thailand, they are selling different
types of food. Our restaurant will be at the capital of the city. Many Asian
like Bangladeshi, Indian, Srilankan students are studying there. They will be
our target. Many competitors will be there. But we have to face them. If they
selling Pakistani & Indian food they will give us two indian sheaf & also can
help to buy ours.

Customers Complain & Comment

For the betterment of consumers we will representative will carry some


special steps. Where the customers will put their comments or any types of
complain about our service such as about the food items, the behavior, the
price, the arrangement. we will write their problem and we will also take
suggestion from the customers. if we create an official facebook page, we
will provide our service through online.

Discount from the Food Court

We have to establish our restaurant as an exceptional restaurant. We may


have arrange some parties foe customers demand, candle light dinner,
marriage anniversary’s party & so on. We will give some special discount
such as if the party member are of more than 30,we will give 50% discount.
If we will give special discount we think stat customers will satisfy from our
restaurant.

Cause Of Making The Restaurant

Many people don’t like to eat some foods. Different person need different
food..We will arrange biriany, kabab, and grill chicken when they will see
the name of our restaurant “Thirty Three” they will realize that it will be a
good restaurant.

Financial Projections

Our start-up invest will


be 3 core taka. We will
have a cost of maintenance and cost of land and equipment of 1 year in
advance. We also have a business profit policy. Last of all,a profit & loss
statement, also called income statement. As a business owner we know our
financial position. We have a reserved fund which is called resiliency. We
have emergency fund of 6 lak taka. So, per food court with decoration cost
we have around 5 lak taka. So, total decoration will be 50 lakhs taka.

Maintenance cost includes stuffs salary, utilities bill. We will give 30


thousand taka to the manager.10 thousand to the super visor.15 thousand
taka to the executive chafe per restaurant.

We have to give 10 lakhs advance for each food court in Bangladesh.30

Profit planning is simply the important of operating plan for the time period.
Planning is one of major portion of the food court as well as our business.If
we don’t know about our profit planning we will not active our objectives
quickly & properly.So,we will must organize training system for the staff.
We will be profitable. If we will fix the price of our food item at reasonable
price, customers will come to our restaurant.

As the profit & loss shows, Thirty Three will face loss for the first two years.
Using up some cash reserves. Month by month assumption for projected
cash flow are included in the appendix.

Conclusion

we started this business because of its demand in our country. Our


main aim is to serve the people better. Our goal is to provide
healthy Food to satisfy customer’s desire. We will make our
business more prosperous, we'll try to keep ahead of their
competition in business. Not only outside the country, build the
prosperity of the country.
