Introduction:

In some Websites it is necessary to distinguish between human users and

computer programs which is known as CAPTCHA (completely automated public turing
test to tell computers and human apart). CAPTCHA methods are mainly based on the
weaknesses of OCR systems while using them are undesirable to human users. In this
paper a new CAPTCHA method is introduced on the basis of showing a movie of a
personpsilas action. Then we ask the user to describe the movement of that person. The
user should select the sentence which describes the motion from a list of sentences. If
the user chooses the right sentence we can guess that the user is a human and not a
computer program. The main advantage of this method is its simplicity and also the
difficulty of computer attacks to it.

System Analysis:

System analysis is first stage according to System Development Life Cycle model.
This System Analysis is a process that starts with the analyst. Analysis is a detailed
study of the various operations performed by a system and their relationships with in
and out side the system. One aspect of analysis is defining the boundaries of the system
and determining the boundaries of the system and determining whether or not a
candidate should consider other related systems. During analysis, data is collected from
the available files, decision points, and transactions handled by the present system.

There are three modules in this project:

1. Admin
2. Associate
3. Users

Admin:
Admin is the only person who takes care of Management & Maintenance.
This involves the following task

• Track all Users Creation

• Can check files uploaded by users
• Track there cases by Case Id.
• Can reply to Users with Processed Documents.
• Block User.

Associate (Usually Chattered Accountants):

This involves the following task

• Pick up the cases to work.

• Update the status of Case to “Work in Progress”.
• Suggest the final processed document for Tax Saving.
• Rework on Processed documents if rejected/declined by Clients.

Client:
This involves the following task

• Can upload the tax documents.

• Can browse through the files for previous years tax documents.
• Can update the tax documents previously uploaded.
• Can delete the files uploaded by them.
• Can accept/decline Processed Document.
