Mileage Test: You should measure mileage of your vehicle
before installation of the “Hydroxy” HHO Kit.

Method 1:
Put your vehicle on main stand in upright condition. Make sure
there is enough petrol in the fuel tank. Turn the fuel valve
(cock) ON and leave it for 1 minute, so that the carburetor and
the fuel line is filled with petrol completely. Start the engine
and let it run in idle condition. Do not turn accelerator.

Turn the fuel valve OFF and start the stop-watch. The engine
will continue running as long as there is petrol in the fuel line
and will stop after some time. Note the time in minute:seconds
when it stops on its own.

Open the fuel vale and let the fuel line be filled with petrol and
run the test again.

Repeat this test 4-5 times and note the time duration for each
test. If the variation in values noted is within 10%, calculate the
mean vale. (Formula: Add the values measured / no of tests.
For example, in 5 tests the values noted are 55,56,57,56,55
then mean value will be 55+56+57+54+55= 277 divided by no.
of tests i.e. 5 = 55.6 ) This is the mileage of your vehicle in
standing condition.

 Sample Installations:
Method 2:
Turn the fuel valve OFF and remove the fuel pipe from the fuel
valve. Take the mileage bottle and connect the lower end/ fuel
exit to engine’s fuel line so that petrol is supplied from the
mileage bottle and NOT the petrol tank.

Mileage bottle has the scale inscripted on it in terms of

milliliter (ml). Ensure that there is smooth supply of petrol from
mileage bottle. You can check this by leaving the engine in
running condition for few minutes and see if petrol level is
lowered. Fill the mileage bottle with petrol upto 100ml or
200ml.

Take the reading of kms at the start. Take the bike on a road
without much traffic for mileage test. When the petrol lelel in
the mileage bottle reaches “0”, note the distance travelled.
Some motorbikes have the trip distance measuring and reset
facility. You can reset the meter to “0” while starting a new test
run.

Repeat the test for 4-5 times and calculate the mean. (Pls refer
Method1)

Emissions Test: Also called Pollution Under Check (PUC) test.

Take the vehicle to Emissions Test center and get the analysis
report. The test normally measures concentration of CO, CO2,
HC and O2 in emission gases coming out from exhaust tail pipe.

5) Use good quality Silicon sealant (e.g. Anabond 666) at joints
where Blue tube is press inserted into an elbow, to avoid any
leakage.
6) Cut extra length of Blue tube, if not required. Also, use only
required length of electrical wires. We have provided extra
length of electrical wires and gas tube, to be used as spares.
Carburetor Settings:
After having installed the Cell and electrical connections
made properly, you are required to set the carburetor
correctly to achieve better mileage.
1) Start the vehicle and run it idle for 4-5 minutes.
2) Release the Air Control Valve to allow for maximum air
intake. Run the vehicle for few minutes to ensure that the
engine doesn’t stop abruptly.
3) Now adjust the Air-Fuel Ratio Control Valve so that the fuel
supply is decreased to minimal and engine runs in idle
condition smoothly. Finer setting of fuel supply will result in
increased mileage of the vehicle.
4) Make sure to Fine Tune the Air Control Valve and Fuel
Control Valve after running the vehicle for every 200 - 300
Kms for first 1000Kms. As the carbon deposits on the inside
wall of the engine is removed, the vehicle performance will
increase gradually.

Supply Voltage: Check the battery voltage or supply voltage if
the Hydroxy HHO Kit is to be powered directly with the coil /
rectifier/ alternator. The supply voltage should be in the range
of 12V – 14.5V.
Supply Current: Pls ensure that the coil/ rectifier/alternator or
battery has enough capacity supply required amount of current
to power the “Hydroxy” HHO Kit and keep the battery fully
charged. A typical “Hydroxy” HHO kit for 150cc engine needs
upto 1Amp, 350cc engine upto 2.5Amps and 600cc upto
4.0Amps.
Product Test:
Before installing the product, it should be tested to check if it is
making gas.
For this, Connect the Blue color gas pipe with the elbow on the
cell. Fill a bowl or a cup with water and put other end of the
pipe submerged into water. Connect the RED wire with +ve and
BLACK wire –ve terminal on the battery. The LED on the cell will
start glowing and bubbles of gas start coming out.
Using stopwatch, count the number of bubbles in 60 seconds.
For 150cc kit, it should produce ~50-80 bubbles, for 350cc ~
120-180 bubbles and for 600cc ~ 220-300bubbles.
 Parts, Operation and Precautions: Gas Pipe: Pls ensure that Blue color gas pipe is cut straight on
one end and slightly pointed on the other end. Straight end

Connect the RED wire to +ve of battery or alternator or
rectifier. BLACK wire should be connected to nearest Ground
