MOST OTHER MAJOR LINES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE

 P315, P330, P350 and P365 pumps and motors deliver piston pump
pressure with gear pump simplicity and economy. Designed as an
alternative to more costly piston equipment for applications that
require fixed displacement and high pressures, these 3500 psi units
operate at near 95% volumetric efficiency on most hydraulic oils and
FR fluids.

P315/P330/P350/P365

These units perform beautifully on any good grade of hydraulic oil at

pressures to 2500 psi. P31/P51/P76 models have identical features
and are rated to 3000 psi. Single and multiple assemblies can be run
in either or both directions. Piggyback units broaden the pump output
range. Unloader options are available. 25-micron filtration is
recommended.

P30/P50/P75/P125

Commercial’s new P20 gear pumps and motors offer big performance
in a small package for hoist and wrecker body trucks. A P20 with 1/2"
gears measures just under 6" from mounting flange to port end and
weighs less than 25 lbs.
The cast iron P20 produces up to 2.96 cir at 3000 psi; output of up to
3.94 cir is available at 2500 psi. Maximum speed is 2400 rpm. Both
pump motor units are bi-rotational. Request Catalog H-109.

P20

Commercial’s Super SC101’s are available in three sizes with outputs

of 38, 51 and 64 gpm at 1800 rpm. All are rated for 2500 psi.

Super SC101 & SC102 Pump/Valve

Ideal for dump body and trailer operation, these units are rated at
2500 psi, 2400 rpm. C101’s are available in two popular sizes which
produce 38 or 48 gpm at 1800 rpm. An integral relief valve protects
the cylinder and the pump in 2-line and 3-line hook-ups. Can be
operated by cable or remote air shift. Single drive shaft models for
direct mounting are designated C102.

10 to 120 gpm • Pressure to 3500 psi
You can combine series, parallel or tandem work sections in one bank. Mid-
bank inlets add versatility, reduce internal pressure drop and offer two-speed
control. VA20 models are rated to 40 gpm - VA35 models to 70 gpm, both at
2500 psi.
These same designs are also made of compacted graphite and designated
VG20 and VG35. A larger model, the VG80 (120 gpm) rounds out this line of
valves which are rated for 3500 psi.
All models are available with manual operation or a wide selection of
pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic operators and the controllers to
operate them.
DVG18 Directional Control Valves
Rated for 20 gpm • 3500 psi
Commercial’s DVG18 valves are available with parallel circuits for manual or
remote operation with pneumatic, hydraulic or solenoid operators. They’re
offered with single-acting cylinder spools and double-acting cylinder and motor
spools. There is also a 4th position float section. Back caps are available as
spring returned to neutral, 3-position detent, 1-position detent with the other
position spring returned and 4th position feel or detent. Port accessories include
anti-cavitation checks, relief valves with anti-cavs and plain relief valves. Relief
valves are screw adjustable and are also offered with a tamperproof feature.
Other port features are restrictors that reduce flow to either or both ports and
lock valves (pilot operated checks).
Handle assemblies are available in various lengths and can be mounted parallel
or perpendicular to the spools. A unique mechanical joystick operates 2-work
sections with one lever.
Remote Valve Controllers
Commercial’s hydraulic, pneumatic and electric remote controllers are available
in joystick and stackable models.
Single-Acting Telescopic Cylinders
With strokes to 250" and load capacities to over 135,000 lbs. at 2000 psi, these
cylinders are available through our stocking programs at Benton, AR, Orange,
CA and Youngstown, OH in most popular sizes. Designed with long sleeve
overlap, tapered stop rings and self-adjusting packing, these top quality
cylinders still carry a very competitive price.
Double-Acting Telescopic Cylinders
Commercial’s standard double-acting telescopic cylinders range from 23/4" to
93/8" bores with life capacities to over 153,000 lbs. at 2000 psi. We also offer an
almost unlimited range of pressures and strokes in cylinders up to 10" in
diameter. We’ll design to meet your needs whether they’re for long wall
supports, aerial towers, refuse vehicles or crane booms.
