1. Purpose of this document
The purpose of Agreement Document, is to share the plan and services of “PNC Logos” along with terms and
conditions associated with the customize maintenance plan “The Boss Radio 91.1”.

2. The Boss Radio 91.1 Agreement

This agreement is by and between “PNC Logos” hereafter “The Boss Radio 91.1”. “THE BOSS RADIO 91.9” is
contracting “PNC Logos” as a service provider for 1-year to revamping and maintaining services.

During the duration of this 1-year contract, the “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” agrees that the “PNC Logos” will be the
sole provider of services for their website, and no other party will have access to or rights to change the website.
If a party other than the “PNC Logos” makes changes to the website any errors that are created, that must be
repaired will be charged separately by the “PNC Logos”

3. What is included in this agreement?

“PNC Logos” Agreement Plan for “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” includes following services plans that can help protect
your investments:
 Website revamp services that are:
o Edit, revise, update or create new textual content on existing pages based on “THE BOSS RADIO
91.1” request.
 PNC Logos will use the same template for design and any update on both webpages that
are www.radiotheboss.com and www.lajefahouston.com (Spanish version of “THE BOSS
RADIO 91.1”)
o Consultation, and guidance on the use of the “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” website.
o Include a Web Video Player and an Audio Player. (all streaming links will be provided by “THE BOSS
RADIO 91.1”)
o Include PayPal link for Donations to Support KNLY 91.1 FM THE BOSS.
o SEO configuration on the website of “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1”
o Google Analytics’ configuration on “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” website
 Provide security monitoring services to prevent “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” from hacker’s attacks
 Maintain a full backup of web site through the duration of this contract.
  This backup will be delivered in full to “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” on closing of this contract.

3.1. Terms and Conditions:

 “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” authorize “PNC Logos” to use their branding banner on their revamp website
which will develop by “PNC Logos”.
o A Banner on the “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” website will be visible stating that, this webpage is
created, design and maintained by “PNC Logos”. This as a part of joint venture to promote both
parties.
 “PNC Logos” can add “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1 ‘logo as part of our satisfactory clients on “PNC Logos”
website.
 The social media channels of “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” will be used for promotional activities by “PNC
Logos”, that is “PNC Logos” will share post on social media pages.
 The logo of “PNC Logos” will be placed on all the marketing material as the token of an appreciation for
our support to “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1”.
 “THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” will aired “PNC Logos” content, 10 slots per day and on daily basis from Monday
to Sunday on 24 Hours programing video commercial, the content will be provided by “PNC Logos” in
English and Spanish languages.

4. Turnaround Time
 Updates are usually done within 2 to 24 hours.
 Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, we would request you to review updates and
notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made.
 24/5 support, excluding weekends or national holidays or natural disasters.
5. Legal
“THE BOSS RADIO 91.1” and “PNC Logos “are autonomous parties and nothing in this Agreement shall constitute
either party as the employer, partner or joint venture with the other party. Neither “THE BOSS RADIO 91.9” nor
“PNC Logos” has any authority to adopt or make any obligation or accountability, either express or implied, on
behalf of the other and No Cost will be incurred from any of the parties unless a not completion of the
agreement.

 The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement on behalf of his organization or business.
