When life becomes busy I guess many people like me only have the option of
playing some iphone games every now and then, yet when you really start to play
a game and there's no help or online resources it can be frustrating. Seed 2
is a game that is missed out by many because to this date I still can't find a
decent online forum discussing about it. Chillingo did a good job imo with the
help function of the game to get you started, and overall the game. However,
there are quite a few parts of the game that is more in depth and is neglected,
and I'm just here to share, and hopefully start to get more people to discuss
about the game. Then again, if anyone were to find out any other aspect of the
game that is not listed in this walkthrough, feel free to tell me by posting
on Gamefaq's Seed 2 forum and I'll add it to the walkthrough and give you
credits.
**Be warned that the walkthrough may contain some unintentional spoilers**

===============================================================================
I. Character & STATS [CHST]
You play a character named Litta (yeah can't change names), but besides his
stereotypical RPG personality he moves pretty smoothly in the game. Every time
your hero levels up he gains 3 stat points that you can distribute, amongst the
5 stats: STR, DEX, VIT, INT, and WIS. Sure the game help function tells you
what they do, but it does not tell you how much. Here are some figures:
STR: increases sword attack damage by 1 per point, increases defense by 1 per
4 points
DEX: increases gun attack damage by 1 per point, increases attack rating by 1
per point, increases crit% by 1% per 8 points, increases agi% by 1% per
8 points
VIT: increases defense by 1 per point, HP by 10 per point, HP regen by 1 per 5
points, HP potion recovery rate*
INT: increases staff attack damage by 1 per point, decreases skill refresh rate
by 1% per 8 points
WIS: increases MP by 5 per point, increases SP by 4 per point, increases MP
regen by 1 per 5 points, increases SP recovery rating*, MP potion recovery
rate*
*To be confirmed
The stats that are improved via the above 5 points are as follows:
HP: hit points, your life gauge, 0 means death
MP: magic points, needed to cash spells and use skills
SP: special points, needed to perform charge and dash attacks
ATK: attack rating, measured by your primary stat points for the weapon and
the weapon itself
DEF: defense rating, measured by your combined armor plus VIT (and STR, but
minor)
HP.R: hp regen, showing how fast you can recover hp by yourself
MP.R: mp regen, showing how fast you can recover mp by yourself
SP.R: sp regen, showing how fast you can recover sp by yourself
ATR: accuracy, measures how often your attacks will land
AGI: evasion, showing the % of times enemy hits will miss you
CRT: critical, showings the % of times your hits will have added damage
(not 2x) and does a mini-stun
Element is negligible in this game. Although there is a built in system of
Water > Fire > Wind > Earth > Water, you don't really have the capacity or
the resource of changing your equipments to match a certain type of element.
Every screen in the map has an element, and naturally all monsters in that map
will have the same element. Therefore one thing that you can do though
however, is that if you plan to farm that map to the core, you can somewhat
change your gears to have an advantage over that map's element. There are a
few decent spots for farming in the game and I will reveal them along the way.
===============================================================================
II. Class / Weapon Skills [WSKL]
There are 3 weapons in the game: swords, guns, staves; they determine which
class you are. Using one weapon determines your class: swords for warriors,
guns for gunners, and staves for mages. You gain weapon points the more you
use that weapon, and you can use the point to increase the potency of that
skill in that class to a max level of 6. Weapon skills use MP, and you can also
create a shortcut for it. Weapon skills are learned as you progress through
the game from weapon trainers' quests. I would say stick with one weapon for
the game, since your stats distribution can only favor one weapon. The max
level for a weapon is 26, so starting at level 1 you have 5 points per weapon
skill to invest.
The game also has a charge attack and a dash attack, which drains SP when used.
Charge attack can be charged up to 3 levels by holding down the attack button
and release, and it does pretty good area damage. Using it interchangeably with
spells to do some mass destruction. Dash attacks generally just adds some
flashiness to your combo, with some minor use. You activate it by pressing a
direction twice then the attack button, note that the timing has to be exact,
can't be too fast or slow.
*Warrior / Swords:
PROS: highest damage per hit, great set of skills, sturdier than other classes
CONS: have to move close to the enemy to damage, slow attack sequence, primary
stats don't have much extra benefits
STATS RECOMMENDATION: On level up, 1 pt in STR, 1 pt in VIT, 1 pt in WIS
CHARGE ATTACK: fires a cresent shape wave forward, travels mediocre rage, not
much area
DASH ATTACK: dashes and does three fast strikes, damage is mediocre. Can use it
to shorten the distance between enemies fast.
1. Dynamic Cutter: you do a series of whirling slashes as you rush forward at
your enemy, doing area damage. It is fast to execute, fast to cool down,
and does good damage.
2. Weapon Paralyzer: a temporary buff that imbues your sword with thunder, and
your swings will have a chance to stun the enemies (including bosses) for a
short time (which sets up for charge attacks and others).
3. Unlimited Crash: you rush forward doing a series of swings with lightning
raining down. It is like dynamic cutter as you execute it. Damage is ok but
it's good to combo it with dynamic cutter.
4. Blazing Wave: you do a jump slash which creates a force of fire charging
forward. The range and damage is ok but the area of impact is not as good
as other skills. Use this skill when you lure enemies into a line.
5. Diabolic Wrath: you summon a demon and he will repeatedly pound the area
around you, doing decent damage. You will be invulnerable during the
process. Overall decent skill although it kinda kills the warrior's looks.
*Gunner / Guns:
PROS: combo does many hits, primary stats gives high crit which does many
mini-stuns, also gives high evade and great accuracy
CONS: low damage, high recovery, worst skill set out of the three
STATS RECOMMENDATION: On level up, 1 pt in DEX, 1 pt in VIT, 1 pt in WIS
CHARGE ATTACK: fire volleys in a fork shape, forward. Covers a good area, not
much range
DASH ATTACK: dashes back a little and does a series of shooting, mediocre
damage. Try to use it after a regular gun combo to add more hits and have
a shorter cool down.
1. Slayer Shot: does a series of shooting in front of you, mediocre range and
damage. However it has fast cool down and it will be your primary MP skill
so max it early.
2. Holding Web: places a web in front of you which slows enemies down, or
sometimes trap them for a very short period. Decent usefulness but it does
take practice to aim.
3. Floating Mine: doesn't really float. You plant a mine into the ground, and
when an enemy comes close it will pop up and walk towards the enemy and
explode. It does do decent area damage but its walking speed is slow.
Use it more as a combo after holding web.
4. Requiem: fires in all directions for decent damage, the down side is long
cool down. You can either use it to gather monsters, as a combo finisher, or
a press and forget button on bosses.
5. Plasma Blaster: you know you had this skill coming, the huge laser move that
kills everything. At least here the damage is somewhat better than slayer
shot, with a long range and a long cool down.
*Mages / Staves:
PROS: decent damage, great area and offense/defense mix of spells, best set of
skills/attacks in the game
CONS: except for long delays between normal shots, not really
STATS RECOMMENDATION: On level up, 1 pt in INT, 1 pt in VIT, 1 pt in WIS
CHARGE ATTACK: fire a set of flames forward, travels a medium distance and
covers good area
DASH ATTACK: teleports a distance in front of you leaving some fire in the
back. The damage is low but it allows you to escape tight situations if you
can pull it off.
1. Tornado: summons a tornado that spirals from you and outwards. Does good
group damage, low cool down.
2. Thunderstorm: charges you with thunder, which occasionally strikes an enemy
around you at random. Damage is ok.
3. Protection: creates a shield which reduce the damage you get to zero, per
enemy hit. Best defense skill which mitigates mages supposedly low
survivability.
4. Blizzard: places a large block of ice in front of you, does mediocre damage
and slows all enemies touching it for a period of time. Great spell for set
ups.
5. Meteor: hits everything in the screen for decent damage, basically a press
and forget spell
===============================================================================
III. Buff Skills [BSKL]
There are five buff skills in the game that you can level, and one buff skill
that gives you all buffs at once but at a price. You get a buff point every 5
character levels, or from quests. Each buff point increase the potency of a
type of buff when you allocate the point to it, up to a max level of 6. Buff
skills use MP, and you can also create a shortcut and put it on the screen for
easier usage. Buff skills are learned from quests as you progress through the
game, and you can only have one active at any given time.
ATR UP: Increase accuracy by 5 points per level
*This buff is actually pretty useful. Unless you're a gunner your attacks
will occasionally miss, and this buff can help a lot.
AGI UP: Increase evade ratio by 1% per level
*IMO better to kill than evade. This buff won't save you when you're
surrounded.
CRT UP: Increase critical ratio by 1% per level
*Great buff for the gunner, since he already has high accuracy and can crit
often. For others it is a decent buff.
DEF UP: Increase defense by 2 points per level
*Another not so useful buff, again it won't save you if you're getting ganged
ATK UP: Increase attack ratio by 2 points per level
*Great buff overall, but you do get it last. Save up some points for it so you
don't have to level your ass off to max it.
ALL UP: Increase ATR, AGI, CRT, DEF, and ATK at the same time
*The best buff comes at a price, although not too expensive. You can access
this buff when you unlock Litta's house on the sky island, and unlock buff
level 1. This will place a buff magician in your house and you will have to
pay 2 hex tarions per buff level to receive the buff. The good thing is that
you don't have to be lvl 99 to get this buff, but it will cost you a lot of
hex tarions to unlock the level 6 version. I would say only use this buff
before a boss fight.
===============================================================================
IV: Item Grades [ITGD]
There are five item grades in the game, grades apply to equipments and
alchemist dusts, as follows:
S (Gold): drops very rarely, have 5+ properties
A (Red): drops seldomly, have 3-4 properties
B (Blue): drops less frequently, have 2 properties
C (Purple): drops frequently, have only 1 property
D (White): normal items, either found in shops or drops often, no properties
Some item properties are unique to weapons, armor, and accessories, below is a
partial list:
Weapons: more attack rating, critical rating, blood lust (hit heals you),
-mp/sp consumption, +mp/sp regen, -skill cooldown, +skill level
Armor: more hp, more mp, more sp, more defense rating, evasion rating, hp
regen, hp/mp potion recovery rate
Accessories: more hp, more mp, more sp, elemental resistance, immunities to
certain abnormalities, underwater breathing (doesn't need oxygen in water
dungeons), body temperature (doesn't need cool drinks in fire dungeons),
+%tarions
===============================================================================
V. Set Items [STIT]
There are a total of 8 sets of equipments in the game. Set equipments have
higher than normal defense rating than same level armors, and give many
bonuses once all four pieces of a set are worn. You can purchase a random piece
from brand shops for 7 of the sets. The last set is only available by monster
drops.
Buying from brand shops is really a gamble, since you may get the same item.
Usually I would recommend skipping the set and don't gamble, but only during
the first half of the game when leveling is fast. Later I would recommend
getting the Elite/Shadow set for their Exp up bonuses for farming and grinding.
For other sets, I wouldn't suggest gambling unless you already found 2-3 pieces
or so.
*Guardian Set (Level 15): HP+100, Kanto's Bless, All Stats+3,
SP Replenish+20%, Underwater, Body Temp.
*Elven Set (Level 30): ATK+10, HP+100, All Stats+3, SP Replenish+20%,
Underwater, Body Temp.
*Eternal Set (Level 40): ATK+15, Reflection, All Stats+5, SP Replenish+20%,
Underwater, Body Temp.
*Elite Set (Level 52): DEF+7, All Stats+5, Exp Up, SP Replenish+20%,
Underwater, Body Temp.
*Maid Set (Level 63): MP+100, All Stats+7, MP Potion Effect Up, Less MP Usage,
SP Replenish+20%, Underwater, Body Temp.
*Soul Set (Level 74): ATK+15, HP+200, All Stats+7, HP Potion Effect Up,
SP Replenish+20%, Underwater, Body Temp.
*Shadow Set (Level 83): DEF+10, HP+200, All Stats+10, Exp Up, All Elemental+5%,
SP Replenish+20%, Underwater, Body Temp.
*Heavenly Set (Level 92): ATK+50, HP+300, Kanto's Bless, All Stats+10,
Abnormalities Null, SP Replenish+20%, Underwater, Body Temp.
===============================================================================
VI. Blacksmithing [BKSM]
I bet everyone's confused at the first sight of blacksmith, as he has a lot of
options. Then again he only really does two things: 1. Make your equipments
stronger or break them, and 2. Try to turn your junk into hex tarions, using
dismantle. Everything the blacksmith do has a chance of failing, and at worst
case, breaks your stuff, which would really suck if it's valuable. Here's a
guide on how to take advantage of him for what he does and minimize the risks:

*Weapon / Armor Refining: you can use w. or a. refine stones you pick up from
monsters to make your stuff stronger. Weapons can be reinforced 9 times and
armors 5 times. The catch is that weapon reinforcement fails very often, so
you should either:
1. Buy the enhanced w.refine stone from brand shops or,
2. Only refine when you have two weapons of the same grade or,
3. Don't bother with it because it's not worth it
My suggestion is that if you have duplicates use the normal version. If you
have end game rare weapons use the enhanced version. Unlike what most people
may have thought, the enhanced version merely PREVENTS THE ITEM FROM BREAKING.
The chance as I have tested, is about the same, but when fails the refine level
is downgraded.
*Socket, Compound & Reinforcement: what they do really put stat crystals into
your equipments. Each equipment must first have a socket, created by using
extreme hammer. If the hammer fails to create a socket the item does not break,
however you will only have two tries per equipment. If you're lucky then you
will have two sockets per equipment, if you're not you will have to save up
money and buy a reset hammer from the brand shop
The next thing is to make stat crystals for the sockets:
1. Combine a titan stone with a spirit stone to get a sage stone
2. Combine a sage stone with alchemy dust to form stat crystals
Stat crystals give a range of +2-10 of a particular stat, depending on the type
and grade of the alchemist dust you use. Since you switch armor sets often as
you level up, I suggest only use and keep the S/A grade dusts and save them for
end-game equipments.
*Note: You can't socket two of the same stat crystals on the same piece of
equipment, so the highest amount per stat from crystals at a given time is 50.
===============================================================================
VII. Sky Island [SKIS]
You first see this place during intro, and yes just rest assured you will be
coming here pretty often. This place offers many gimmicks, some useful but
some will cost you. You can travel here via using a Kanto's Feather, and all
the features and unlocking will require Hex Tarions, a form of currency only
used here. You may obtain Hex Tarions by DISMANTLING equipments grade C or
above at the blacksmith, or through quests. There are quite a few unlockables
and I will list each along with providing some comments:
**Kanto's House: Have a drawer inside with 25 slots. The key for each slot
can be found as you progress through the game and they contains some worthwhile
stuff. You may find all the key locations in this walkthrough. IMO unlock this
first.
**Litta's House: You need to unlock this if you want extra inventory and/or
buff magician. Unlock this third, after refresh spring.
Mysterious Box: Pay a fee in hex tarion to gamble for equipments. Unlock this
last.
**Refresh Spring: Heals you completely all 3 bars when touched, for free.
Unlock this second.
Magic Ballon: Takes you to places you traveled for a fee! Unlock this when
you're near the end of the game.
Warehouses Level 1/2/3: Expand your inventory as necessary, don't be hasty
when unlocking these. Usually you should not have an inventory problem, but
you would still want some space to store some of your rare finds for later, or
in case you sell them by accident.
Buff Level 1/2/3/4/5/6: Buff magician will place the All Buff on you for a
price. This is convenient but not game-breakingly useful, so don't be hasty in
unlocking this feature as well.
You may also buy Kanto Feathers from the Genie here, and yes they will cost hex
tarions.
===============================================================================
VIII. Brand Shop [BDSP]
Each equipment or item shop has a brand shop option available, which sells very
expensive items. Below are some comments and tips:
Revive Stone: revives with game over, I'd say if you're good with hp potions
and you save often you should never need this
Kanto's Feather: you find these dropping off monsters often anyways, but if
you ever need to go to sky island and you don't have a feather, you know where
to get them.
W.Refine Stone+: not really higher chance, but prevents your items from
breaking. When fails it downgrades your refinement level and this could matter
alot if you have a S grade item. For weapons only.
A.Refine Stone+: not really higher chance, but prevents your items from
breaking. When fails it downgrades your refinement level and this could matter
alot if you have a S grade item. For armors only.
Titan & Spirit Stones: used for alchemy, but usually you should have plenty
Elixir: refills all 3 bars, pretty good buy for last boss, and the price is
decent
**Auto Rooting**: yeah they misspelled looting, but this is probably the best
buy! Picking up items in this game sucks, and from now on every time a monster
drops something it's automatically in your inventory. This effect is carried
over to new games too, after you beat the game.
Omni Map: gives you all the maps, just for collection purposes really.
Reset Hammer: if you screwed up on a socket or want to replace the gem, this is
what you use.
Stat Reset Stone: if you wanna switch your main weapon specialization, this is
what you use.
Skill Reset Stone: don't think you will ever need this.
**Set Pouches**: gives you one random set pieces, it's a costly gamble but it
beats farming for hours for all 4 pieces for a set.
===============================================================================
IX. Walkthrough-Part I. [PRT1]
**After watching the introduction, I strongly suggest you go to the game help
option and check out the first 5 pages. Be sure you know where the QUICKISAVE,
MAP, and MENU buttons are. Also, TURN THE GAME SPEED DOWN TO 2 NOTCHES, else
you will die in seconds when fighting monsters. Also, SAVE OFTEN because the
game does not do periodic auto saves.
Pick-up treasures in this game are in the form of sparkling grounds. Walk over
to the shining spot and press the action button to pick them up. In this FAQ I
will only cover the treasures that are rare and not purchaseable, namely the
Sky Island Keys. Equipment treasures are only dropped by killing monsters and
have random properties so no point mentioning them. Ok let's begin**
[Ashen]
Main Quests:
-Combat Tutorial->Tracing Monster->Baldon's Memory->New Adventure->To Find the
Magic Balloon->Moiser Explore
Side Quests:
-Anapa Shrimps
-Kill 10 Hornets
-Mandara Mushrooms
-Letter Delivery
*When you gain control of your character the first thing you should do is to
open your menu screen. Go to equipment section and you will see your options of
weapons. Equip the weapon of your choice and the extra tunic then leave the
room. From here, enter every single house and walk around to make sure that you
have accepted all the quests, main and side. Guys with a blue exclaimation mark
are the quest givers, and guys with the red question mark are targets. You can
can immediately complete the letter quest by talking to the man in the town.
Now you will have to go south, you will begin combat tutorial and I suggest you
do the tutorial if this is your first time playing. Hopefully you are sure
which weapon you will main by this time because you will most likely stick with
it until the end of the game. Now you will see yourself talking on a cliff,
after the animation, go right then down to pick up [KEY NO.1]. Be sure you do
this as there is no returning. Coming back to town, talk to the old man at the
bottom of the screen to further the quest. Now you can go kill some monsters,
by exiting south of the town.
Do your killings until you finish getting 10 hornets and 10 quest items from
slimes, then go to the water dungeon at the bottom of the map. There will be
other water dungeons in the game, and you will have to keep your O2 gauge full
if you don't wanna drown, by standing next to the bubbles. Pick up all your
shrimps here. Return to town, go north, and pick up all your mushrooms. Turn in
all your side quests, level a few if you want to, then talk to the old man. Go
back to the water dungeon and touch the balloon at the end of the dungeon. You
are now leaving this island for good.
===============================================================================
[Moiser]
Main Quests:
-Moiser Explore->Kanto's Letter
*As you land in Moiser you'll note the ground sparkling. Go all the way around
the map to pick up [KEY No.5], then talk to the soldier laying on the ground.
You will now fight a boss that is level 30, don't bother just die, you can't
beat him now anyways. When the battle scene is over you will be teleported to
the Sky Island for a brief dialogue then sent to the town of Loko.
===============================================================================
[Loko]
Main Quests:
-Kanto's Letter->Zenia the Witch->Zenia's First Wish->Zenia's Second Wish
->Zenia's Last Wish->Protect Zenia->To Mabello's->Persuade Rosann
->Conquer Mazanef Tower->To the Continents
Side Quests:
-Pendants of Power (sword skill quest)
-Pendants of Dexterity (gun skill quest)
-Pendants of Wisdom (staff skill quest)
-Bergin Gunpowder
-War Journals
-Letter Delivery (wait til next town)
*You are now in the town of Loko. First search for a house with the book sign
in the front and update your main quest. Re-enter the house to get two more sub
quests. Now go outside to every house and get every sub-quests. You will notice
a house with 3 yellow signs in the front, these are the weapon trainers. When
you complete the trainers quests they will give you new spells/skills for the
weapon they train. No exp is given on quest completion however, but feel free
to train all.
Now you will venture into dangerous territory, so first make sure to quick-slot
your hp potions. Go north into the next map, and again north into the next.
Monster levels will be higher so becareful. Update your main quests at the
witch. First go back to town, then south to green forest. Gather all the gems
and kill as you needed then go back to the witch. After you update the main
quest, pick up items on the ground for sub quest, then enter the Tancino
Dungeon at Virgin Forest.
Note that there will be monsters doing status anomaly attacks now, such as
poison, and poison hurts alot. Make sure to use antidote right away when you
are poisoned. Finish your killing (for staff quest) and gathering here then
return to town to turn in your quests. At this point, if you finish gathering
the materials for the weapon quest you are are maining, feel free to turn it in
first then come back. When you're at town, you should also have money to buy a
new weapon.
Update your main quest at the witch, now you have to kill the snakes. The quest
said Tangira Forest but the ones just outside the witch's map counts as well.
You can also finish gathering for your gun/sword skill quests now. Update your
main quest at the witch again, then go back to town, then two maps down into
Sage Forest. Here you will have to kill deer like gausicas for their horns, so
grind as you need.
Go back to the witch, now you will notice a warning message before you enter.
Say no to quicksave real quick, because you will now enter a quest fight which
you can't save in the middle. You should not have a hard time with this, just
let the monsters gather around the witch and spam your new mp skill + charge
attack, after the fight you will be rewarded 3 stat points, then go back to
town. Update your main quest at the school, then go to the house to the right
and update it again. You now need to travel to the Sage Forest again, then take
the north exit to Mazanef Tower.
As you enter you will note a red light to the right, switch it to green light
then pull the lever to cross to the left. Switch another light on the left and
pull the lever on the left to get to [Key NO.2]. Backtrack to the right and
pull the final lever to access the stairs. Skip the 2F and exit to the
northwest if you want since the poison spiders can really eat up your potions
and antidotes. At 3F the enemies are pure melee. You should be around lvl 10
right now, if not feel free to grind a little. Exit north to get to the top
floor to finish the quest. You will be teleported to the town and now take the
ship to Tantra Port.
===============================================================================
[Tantra]
Main Quests:
-To the Continents->Find Dianne->Resistance->Resistance Trial
->Resistance Trial 2->Assualt on Maginot->Assualt on Forest of Liberty
->Rescue Julian->Narvic of Lingo
Side Quests:
-Magic Shell
-Blue Diamonds
-Secret Tomes (ATR Buff)
-Red Amethysts
-Kill 10 Irions
-Natural Pigments
*When you land you will soon see that you have to destroy a tower, which should
be no hard task. Afterwards you will be in the town of Tantra. Go back west a
screen to the port to pick up a sub quest, then go into Tantra's first house to
update your main quest. Do your routine and enter every house for sub quests,
as well as to turn in your letter delivery quest. Go to the equipment shop to
update to the latest weapon and armor, then make your way to the underground
entrance north of the item merchant, across a short plank.
Update your main quest, then exit the town the the left. Head north into
Maginot Plains, then enter Bilzark Dungeon. Here, kill the Elcats for quest
item and you may also find [Key NO.3], as well as picking up blue diamonds.
Go to 2F to pick up the rest of the blue diamonds as well as killing Irions,
aftwards go back to town, use a warp stone if you want. Now exit south out of
the town into Mino Dungeon.
At the 1F fight some sharks for magic shell and finish collecting 5 red gems.
Go to 2F, collect all 3 tomes and finish killing the sharks. Head back to town
to turn in the 3 sub quests. For the tomes you will get your first buff skill,
which increases your accuracy. This buff is very helpful throughout the game
so I would pump some skill points into this as Litta does miss pretty often.
Now exit east out of the town, gather 10 pigments and spector ears.
Back to town to update the main quest again, this time you will have to return
to Maginot Plains, west of the town then north, to destroy a tower. It will be
more difficult this time since you will be swarmed by enemies, but it should be
fine as long you strafe around the tower and cast spells and charge attacks.
Update the main quest again at the town. Now you will have to kill three towers
to the east of the town, two screens. These towers are actually easier to kill
since there won't be many enemies swarming, and you can use the landscape to
your advantage. When finished go back to town again.
Update the main quest, this time you will have to rescue Julian, and it will be
tough. Make sure you have about 50 hp potions or so, just to be safe, yup. When
you're ready exit west and north into Maginot, and go to Bilzark Dungeon again.
Make sure you are at least lvl 15 at this point, if not fight some monsters to
level up. At the end of the dungeon there will be a boss fight, save before you
enter.
*Note: for boss fights, set your game speed to the LOWEST
===============================================================================
Boss: [Ceasarlion] (Level 18)
Recommend level: 15+
Your first boss fight won't be a pushover, actually he will be doing most of
the pushing. He has the following attacks:
(Sickle toss): Throws his scythe like a boomerang at you then return to him.
He can throw in a circle or even straight. Stand at his 4/8 o clock direction,
and evade when you need to.
(Chain toss): Throws a chain at you doing multiple damage if you stand in front
of him. So don't stand in front of him unless you just released your
spell/charge attack and have nowhere to run.
(Energy orbs): Throws 3 glowing orbs in a fan-shape, you usually can't avoid
this so just make sure he only hits you once.
*Avoid attacks and counter with a 2 hit combo, use spells and charge attacks
when you're at his side. Drink a potion whenever you're below 1/3 health, and
you should have him within 5-10 minutes or so. Strats are about the same for
all three classes.
===============================================================================
[Lingo]
Main Quests:
-Narvic of Lingo->Undercover->Order of God->Path to God->The True Face of God
->Rafale's Daughter
Side Quests:
->Force Orbs (sword skill quest)
->Sita Crystals (staff skill quest)
->Fire Bullets (gun skill quest)
->Sita's Trumpcard
->Golden Corn
*Afterwards, you're automatically back in Tantra, and you will be asked to go
to Lingo, which is 2 screens north of Maginot Plains. Upon entering you can
notice that you can learn new skills again, so go to every house and speak with
everyone, as well as update your equipments. After you speak with Narvic at
the top house to update the main quest, go to the big house right below, and
update the main quest again.
Go south into Lingo Plains to pick up Chardiums, and kill Labelloons for Force
Crystals. Back to town to turn quests in, and update the main quest, then exit
north into Golden Plains. First, pick up [Key No.4], the golden corns, and
kill Yietas for Fire Bullets. After turning those in, go back to Golden Plains
and enter Genzal Dungeon.
Go left then very bottom to pull a lever, backtrack then go right then bottom
to pull another lever. Now, save before you attempt to cross the middle as the
spikes can kill you and result in a gameover. Cross the 3 set of spikes with
timing then enter 2F. Pick up the Sita Trumpcards here for quest, then enter
3F. In 3F you just have to kill 20 enemies so should be no problem, afterwards
you will be warped back to Lingo to update your main quest again.
*Note: the bats here will confuse you, making you move in opposite directions.
You don't lose hp like poison but make sure you don't get surrounded.
You probably did not finish collecting the sita crystals, so feel free to go
back to Genzal Dungeon 3F to finish it. Now is also a good time to visit Sky
Island for the first time since you have 50 hex tarions from quest turn-ins and
5 keys. Use a kanto's feather (if you have one, if not whenever later) to go
to Sky Island and unlock Kanto's House from the genie. From now on you can
return to use more keys whenever you got like 5 or so. Aftewards, back to
Lingo and move 2 screens north into Moiser.
===============================================================================
[Moiser Again]
Main Quests:
-Rafale's Daughter->Knight Captain of Moiser->Heal the Remnants
->Warriors Reunited->Assualt on Kander Tower->Rescue Morza->To Gheeno
Side Quests:
->Moiser Grapes
->Construction Blueprints
->Donation (8000 Tarion)
->Kill 10 Matera
->Fallen Soldier Keepsake
->Sweet Potato
->Treasure Maps (AGI Buff)
*You're back in Moiser, this time no crazy boss. Do your routine quest and gear
updates, as well as the main quest. Here you will see a beggar asking for help,
From now on there will be a series of beggar quests and after the first couple
they will reward you pretty well. Also, you should be around level 20 at this
point, if not you will need to grind a little. You can update the main quest
at the underground entrance.
First, go two screens south into Morita Forest. Talk to Kalbard here and get
some bandages. Go back to Moiser and exit east. Here you will have no enemies
so do your bandaging (you can find bandages in items, and you can set it to
quick slot) and grape picking. Afterwards, go back to the knight captain to
update the main quest, then go into town's underground entrance to update the
main quest. Next, exit south into Khanbi Forest and go to Kanasen Dungeon at
southwest. Kill 10 Materas here and pick up 5 treasure maps and go back to
town.
Turn in the treasure map quest for the AGI Buff (Remember, only one buff at a
time, and for now ATR is still the better buff). Now exit east then south into
West Labino Mt., collect all the soldier keepsakes here and try to avoid the
Floss, since they will poison. Then move to East Labino Mt. Kill Kaols here for
construction blue prints as well as pickingup sweet potatos.
*Note: Since you're close, you might as well go to Gheeno, the next city which
is two screens to the east. Here we can pick up a [Key No.6], by walking north
from the west entrance up the ramparts. You can also get a level 20 weapon here
and buy some medium sized potions, time to head back to Moiser.
Turn in the rest of your quests, stock up and heal, and now we're heading to
another boss, at Kander Tower. Take the east exit out of town then south, into
W.Labino Mt., then head towards the north exit. There are nothing notable in
Kanders towers, no quest nor special items for picking up, so just head for
the boss at the second floor. Again, save outside and lower the game speed down
before you head in.
===============================================================================
Boss: [Kishin] (Level 25)
Recommend level: 22+
The second boss is deadlier than the first. Kishin is alot faster and has good
combos. A general rule of thumb is to stay at medium range. His attacks are:
(2-hit combo): Hits pretty fast when you're in front of him. Be sure to side
step out after the second hit immediately if you're caught in this. He will
usually follow up with a 3rd hit but you can get out after the 2nd.
(Rolling Slash): Does multiple hits, usually comes after the 2-hit combo. It
has a slight start up animation so keep your eyes out for it. If you are hit
get ready to hit the potion button.
(Energy Rain): Summons streams of energy that hits you continuously. Walk in
one direction to avoid this
(Holding Web): Drops a web to immobilize you for a few seconds. During this
time you're sitting duck. This is the main reason why you want to stay at
medium range because he will usually walk towards you to hit you after you're
trapped. If he follows up with energy rain make sure you're ready for that
potion.
(Dimension Slash): He crosses his sword and you'll see that you take a red
slash hit out of nowhere. Not sure if he heals by that but it does not do very
much.
*For warriors use weapon paralyzer and hit him when you're at his side (again
4/8 o clock positions). If you get a lucky stun in keep bashing for the full
combo. For gunners time your holding web so that when he's caught in the web
get a couple hits in. If you're a mage make sure to have thunderstorm on and
stay in range, and cast tornado whenever it's up, don't try to melee him.
All three classes can somewhat time their charge attacks by staying about 3
steps away and 1 step to the side of the boss. Rinse and repeat the above
procedures and drink potions whenever necessary. Takes a little longer than the
first boss but you shouldn't have too much trouble.
===============================================================================
[Gheeno]
Main Quests:
-To Gheeno->Join the Order->Defend Maraka Plains->Defend the South Gate
->Saving Sanata->Capturing a Sitan->To Kirsh Dungeon->Clash of Heroes
->Meeting Yasna
Side Quests:
-Coal
-Gheeno Corn
-Magic Watches
-Donations
-Baia's Fangs (staff skill quest)
-Kastepo's Pendants (gun skill quest)
-Wind Souls (sword skill quest)
-Gold Nuggets
-Arleen's Letter (wait until future town)
*After you defeated Kishin you're warped back to Moiser for some dialogue at
the palace (now where did the palace come from), then you're setting off for
Gheeno. Again, exit east, then south, east three times to get to Gheeno. When
you arrive, update your equipments and side quests (more weapon skills!), and
head north to the palace for main quest updates.
*Note: If you are a warrior spec, you can go back to E. Labino Mt. to work on
your sword skill quest at this point. It's one of the easier sword skill quests
Gheeno is the first large city so there are quite a few quests. Head southeast
and enter the building with many yellow flags, the barracks. Now you will enter
a series of attack/defense missions, and you get to kill some enemies for the
side quests as well (can also pick up side quest items). The first mission is
to the west, kill 25 monsters without the tower destroyed. Stock up and rest if
you need to, then back to the barrack.
Exit south to defend the south gate, by killing 30 monsters. Back to Gheeno to
turn in, then take the northern exit. Protect Sanata here by killing 20 more
monsters. Head back to the barrack and you will get some ropes, now head east
into Tarion mines to capture 10 spectors. You can also finish picking up the
coal here and kill the baias for quests.
Now we are going to wrap things up. Head further east into Destiny Mine, then
north into Royal Mine. Here collect 10 gold nuggets then head south back to
Destiny mine, then into Kirsh Dungeon. It's your first fire dungeon, so if you
don't have a set on (which I wouldn't recommend too much anyways) you probably
don't have the bodytemp. buff that keeps your temperature bar low. You will
have to buy cool drinks from item shops and use them whenever your temperature
bar is high. We are just here to gather watches so avoid enemies. Collect 3
magic watches from 1F and 2 from 2F then use a warp stone to bail.
Turn more quests in, update the main quest. Head south twice into Queens Plains
to pick up gold corns and wrap up killing the gastepos if you haven't done so
already. Go back to E. Labino Mt. to hunt wind souls if you still want that
sword skill, and hopefully you have the money now to finish the Donation quest.
Stock up and rest, buy about 20 cool drinks or so, and let's hit Kirsh Dungeon
again to wrap up this place. Update your main quest at the entrance, and again
just head straight for the last room without fighting enemies, turn your game
speed down and save before you enter.
===============================================================================
Boss: [Killington] (Level 30)
Recommend level: 28+
This boss can kill you even faster if you're not careful. He has a wide range
of attacks, can summon, and does status anomalies. But you're here to get your
revenge from Moiser and you are killing him this time.
(Dragon Assualt): When you're in front of him he launches a dragon like energy
to attack you, doing 3 hits. It comes out quick so you don't really have time
to hit him from the front. Just avoid staying in front of him at close range.
(Fire Wall): He surrounds you with walls of fire, and touching them will hurt.
Usually right after he does this he will do his dragon assualt, which if you're
not careful will push you to the fire, and you will die a quick death. Whenever
he does the fire wall, prepare to side step.
(Totem Summon): Summons either at 4 diagonal spots of the room or in an
up-down-left-right formation. These will either shoot long range energy orbs at
you or does an explosion damage when you get close.
*Stay at medium-long range if you're a range attacker. He will walk towards you
but just keep shooting at him, because he will always do a firewall first
before he dragon assualts. Side step when he dragons and you can either use a
spell or charge attack at this point. When the totems are up stay away from
them to see if they shoot orbs or explosion, then stay away from them. Both
versions do alot of damage when they hit you. Be good at taking advantage of
his start up time with walking->firewall->dragon and you will actually kill him
rather quickly.
===============================================================================
[Moher]
Main Quests:
-Meeting Yasna->The Way to Sita
Side Quests:
-Collect Shrimps (staff reward)
-Collect Light Fuels (gun reward)
-Kill 10 Slimes (sword reward)
*After killing the boss you are warped to Gheeno, and now we're leave for
Moher. Exit east into the mines and contine east to Destiny Mine, then north
to Royal Mine, and north again to Moher Swamp. The enemies do not aggro here
so no need to touch them, and find yourself a [Key NO.7] to the west side of
the map then exit north into Moher. Update all your side quests but don't do
the main quest yet, and DON'T BUY NEW WEAPONS! The side quest will reward you
with some C grade new weapons so no need.
Go south east to the tunnel and collect 5 light fuels and kill 10 slimes, which
should be a cake. Enter the next tunnel here into a water dungeon. Work your
way fast to gather the shrimps because enemies are rather tough here, and you
do not want to mess with water elementals, who can cause a status anomaly to
make you unable to potion. Head back to the town and turn in your quests. If
you're not level 30 yet at this point I suggest you do some leveling so you can
use the new weapons. Now you're ready for the main quest.
Enter the middle house in the town and you're prompted the message, save before
that. When the quest started you will see that you have to kill 30 enemies.
Before anything, go to the lower left hand corner and you should be able to
find a [Marakan's Lamp]. This is a quest item that will greatly reward you
later. Finish killing the enemies and now we can move on to the next place.
Go back to Aqua Dungeon, exit west twice, then east, then pick the north
eastern exit. Go through the portal and you're now at Sita.
===============================================================================
X. Walkthrough-Part II. [PRT2]
**It's not really a next part of the game it's just that I feel like this is a
good point to take a break, and also make this walkthrough easier for browsing.
[Sita]
Main Quests:
-The Way to Sita->Knight in Shining Armor->Magic Crystal->Sita Guards
->Breaking Seal(1)->Breaking Seal(2)->Breaking Seal(3)->Zidane the Dark Wizard
->The Way Back Home
Side Quests:
-Light Crystals (CRT Buff)
-Kill 10 Generals
-Magic Fruits
-Ankalta's Keepsake
-Frozen Orbs
-Sweet Potato Delivery (wait until next town)
-Zidane's Orbs
*Upon exiting the portal you will find yourself in an army camp. Update the
main quest then head north. You are now in Sita (how did this igloo village
give birth to 3 fiendish bosses and an army to take over the world is beyond
my comprehension). You can turn in your delivery quest from Gheeno, but you
won't get any new quests at the moment, until you save the queen, so let's go
do that. Save and exit north, and prepare to kill 30 enemies.
Afterwards you're back in the camp. Exit north and now you may update all your
side quests. When you're done exit north again. Collect the magic fruits as
well as [Key NO.8], then head west. Collect frozen orbs here then go northwest
into Asana Dungeon. Again don't need to kill anything here for quest, and the
monsters are hard so let's avoid. Collect the light crystals along the way and
go to 2F, at the end save then enter.
Head straight for the crystal to initiate a sequence to kill 30 enemies, then
back to army camp. Turn your quests (critical buff!) in at Sita then head east.
Collect the keepsake boxes here, then head east. This is a good farming map,
and you will need both monsters here for quests. Round them up and cast your
area spells. You will also notice two staves drop, which are needed to break
the seals for the main quests. When you received two staves, head further east
and click the red pedastals to update the main quest. Head back to town and
turn in your other sub quests. Now we're taking a detour to Noah, so talk to
the sailor at the east and hop on board.
===============================================================================
[Noah]
Side Quests:
-Yellow Charcoals (armor reward)
-Food Delivery (helm reward)
-Red Orbs (stat points)
-Sita Diamonds (boots reward)
-Magic Carpets (glove reward)
*No main quests here, just pure questing for stuff and exp. Upon landing you
can immediately turn in your delivery quest. Get all the side quests here, as
well as [Key No.10] on the upper right. Head north into Nortledame Dungeon.
Collect the magic carpets as you go and skip monsters to enter 2F. Here you
have to kill the varks for 10 food. When finished, head out to town to turn in.
The quest rewards here will give you a set of C grade armor, so yay for more
freebies. From here head back to Sita, then head to Binni.
===============================================================================
[Binni]
Side Quests:
-Magic Pouch
*Grab your [Key NO.9] here, then enter the house. Get the quest here for magic
pouch and you should already have all the ingredients if you do all the side
quests up until now. Open it for hex tarions and feathers, and now is a good
time to hit the Sky Island to turn in keys and to unlock some stuff. Go into
Binni Dungeon. Again there are no worthwhile monsters here, so grab your red
orbs and let's head back to Sita.
===============================================================================
[Sita Again]
*Head east twice into cutthroat, grab the charcoals and farm a bit if you want.
Head east again into Sita Castle. For now let's grab the blue diamonds then
exit the place. Head back to Noah to turn in the rest of your stuff and grab
the goodies, and now we're ready for Sita's final boss. You should be at 35+
at this point, if not you may want to level up more before you proceed, better
if you can wear the quest reward equipments already. Stock up and rest, then
head to the final room in Sita castle. Save before you enter.
===============================================================================
Boss: [Zidane] (Level 45)
Recommend level: 38+
Yes the boss will be a couple levels ahead of you, but he's really not very
hard. As always, stay clear of his frontal sight, or you can try running past
his front to make him do his normal attack instead of others. By the way I
still don't know how to pronounce his name. anyways he has the following moves:
(Energy Blast): He does this when you're in front of him. Shoots a green laser
stream that hits for 3 times.
(Bear Summon): Summons up to two generals, or polar bears, to help him fight.
The bears do mini stun so still stay clear of them.
(Arctic Freeze): Cast a blizzard that freezes you in place. You can't do
anything for 3 seconds. Be sure to react quickly afterwards since Zidane can
follow up with some nasty combos.
(Quad Tornado): Summons 4 tornadoes around him which does continuous damage. It
covers a rather large area so be sure to get out of it. You won't be able to
see what the boss and the bears can do to murder if you stay in there.
(Energy Shield): Creates a shield that surrounds him. Red version repels all
spell attacks, while the blue version repels all normal + charge attacks.
*Stay at mid range and circle around them (the boss and the bears), look for
good spots to cast your spells and charge attacks. Make sure to stay out of the
cyclones and stay mid range, just in case he freezes you. Bring enough pots and
you shouldn't have too much troubles.
===============================================================================
[Sakoom]
Main Quests:
-The Way Back Home->Escort the Lady->Gift->Going Back to Gheeno Palace
->Reunite with Sanata
Side Quests:
-Donations (Stat Points)
-Donations (Stat Points & Buff Skill Point)
-Gallion Bullets
-Silver Nuggets
-Kill 10 Sabaams
-Zeloms (DEF Buff)
-Kill 10 Terras
-Marakan's Lamp
*You're teleported to Gheeno right after you kill the boss. Enjoy the dialogues
and the story progression and now you're ready to elope with the ex queen. Head
west out of the castle and all the way back to Moiser, escorting Gina along the
way. You should have no troubles with any of the monsters now.
When you're at Moiser exit southeast to pick up some blue flowers. You may also
pick up the Donation quest which asks you for 20,000 tarions now. But if you
complete the quest you will be rewarded 3 stat points (the beggar is finally
useful)! Note that you won't get this quest if you didn't complete the previous
donations. Be speedy with your flower-picking since your girlfriend is waiting
and you don't need anything from these low level monsters anyways. Upon quest
completion you will get a necklace that saves you from death, for once.
All is going well until Reinhart barges in (nice Sephiroth clone here). He will
fight you and like you may have guessed, you won't win the fight anyways so
save your potions and junk. After more dialogues, get ready to go back to
Gheeno again. After more dialogues at the Palace, be ready for your new
adventure.
Before you leave Gheeno go talk to the beggar at the north, and he will ask you
for 30,000 tarions this time. Let him have what he wants and this time you will
get a buff skill point and a stat point. Not as good as the previous reward but
still a permanent effect. Head east 3x into W. Sakoom Desert. Enemies are about
level 40 here and hit hard, so be ready to potion whenever. My recommendation
is to rush to the next rest area first, so take the south exit into Sakoom Area
then east into Sakoom.
You can only update the side quests here, but might as well do them. There is
no equipment merchant here but you should have some new stuff from Noah
anyways. First go west and kill 10 Sabaams as well as Easter Stones for Gallion
Bullets. Return to town to turn in quests then head east then north to collect
Silver Nuggets, Terra's Corpses, and [Key NO.11]. Go back one screen and enter
the Dezadep Dungeon for Zeloms, which you might just wanna rush it and warp
out. At town turn in the rest of your quests and let's move on, also if you
have the Marakan's Lamp from Moher, you can turn it in here.
Exit east and go north, then east from E. Sakoom Desert into East Road. Poison
spiders here so don't linger and find way to exit North into Seitan Heartlands.
Again don't linger and use the map to find your way east into Seitan.
===============================================================================
[Seitan]
Main Quests:
-Reunite With Sanata->Launching!->Eastern Front->Back to Headquarters
->Being a Nurse->Capture Them Alive->Decisive Battle->Beginning of the Campaign
Side Quests:
-Red Ore
-S.Metal
-Inferno Ears
-Kill 10 Schupelters (sword skill quest)
-Broken Swords (gun skill quest)
-Primo's Ears (staff skill quest)
-Kill 10 Palchions
-Kill 10 Kuzzles
*Finally at a big city. Update all your side quests here (don't miss the one at
the blacksmith) as well as for new weapon skills. Head into the left door at
the center building if you haven't already, to update your main quest. I would
like to say update your main equipment here but now here is the point where
things start to get really expensive. Instead I would suggest go do some quests
first to see if new weapons will drop, you will need to farm some anyways, it's
good to be around level 42 at this point.
Time to go questing and get a few levels in. Starting with the west exit, go
back to kill 10 Palchions and Primos for quest items, as well as S.Metal for
the quest. Return to town to turn those in. Now go south from town into Seitan
Shelters, and head to Intala Dungeon. Rush through the dungeon to gather all
the Red Ores first, then take your time to farm Infero Ears at 2F, so I hope
you have at least 15 cool drinks with you. Warp to town when you're done.
Let's work on the main quests a little. Head east into Lion's Mane, then head
southeast into Lion's Heart. Slaughter 30 enemies here, and hope you get to
work on the Broken Swords quest a little. When you're done don't warp back just
yet, because you need to pick up [Key NO.12] at the upper right corner. Go back
to follow up on main quest, enter the right door at the center building. Now
you need to bandage some soldiers, like one of the old quests. Head back to
Lion's Heart and head north into Lion's Head. The difference this time is that
the place will be filled with enemies so hurry up do your bandaging and head
back to town.
Update the quest and now you need to do some capturing with ropes. Head back
to Lion's Mane and east into Lion's Heart (hope you wrapped up the Broken
Swords quest by this point). Actually, the chrome knights here work just as
well as those at Lion's Tail, so just save yourself a trip and do the quest
there.
*Note: A trick here that you can do, if you're a mage, is to use Blizzard on
a chrome knight that is about to die, then spam the ropes. You will get your 10
in a one try!
Warp back to turn in your side quest and update the main quest. Head back to
Lion's Heart, and this time you will have to kill 40 enemies. You will have two
side kicks though, so take advantage of them and let them gather up enemies for
you to skill and charge attack (and pick up treasures! mwaha). The quest
doesn't take very long. Update the main quest again and now he will ask you
to go to Leedo.
Wait, we still have two side quests, and at this time you will need to level
up a little for the next place as well, if you're not around level 48 yet. Go
north into Seitan Lowlands to kill Schupelters to get 10 quest items, and west
into Banata Mine to kill 10 Knuzzles. Turn both quests in at the town, and you
should also receive [Key NO.13].
Onwards to Leedo, it's just north twice from Banata Mine.
===============================================================================
[Leedo]
Main Quests:
-The Beginning of the Campaign->Assualt on Leedo Tower->Conquering Leedo Tower
->Meeting an Old Acquaintance

Side Quests:
-Cobalt Coal (sword reward)
-Blue Orb (ATK Buff)
-Hellknight's Pendants (staff reward)
-Salt (gun reward)
*Doesn't this place reminds of you of Moher? That's right the side quests will
give you weapon rewards again, this time at level 55. Go south to Cobalt Mine
to pick up some Coal and return, then go east to Leedo Beach to collect some
salt. Turn your quests in for rewards, then exit north to kill some hell
knights. Beware of the artillery here because they can hit you from anywhere
they want, and they do quit a bit of damage.
*Note: Western Bandera, east of Leedo Beach, is a good leveling up area. You
may want farm here for a while to level up and get some money before moving on.
Head southeast to the tunnel entrance to enter Lizardo Dungeon. The enemies are
fast here and barrage you with torpedos so get your Blue Orbs and get out. Turn
your quest in to get the final buff (yay for more attack)! Now onwards to Leedo
Tower. No enemies worthwhile here so rush it, but remember to pick up precious
[Key NO.14] at 2F. Continue rushing to the end of the 3F to complete the quest
(no boss nor enemy kill quests here). When you're back in town prepare to head
for Bandera, you should be close to level 55 at this point. Head east 4x to get
to Leedo Beach, W.Bandera, Bandera Beach, then into the city of Bandera.
===============================================================================
[Bandera]
Main Quests:
-Meeting an Old Acquaintance->Tanzine the Traitor(1)->Tanzine the Traitor(2)
->Reinforcements->To Bandera Castle->Assualt on Bandera Castle
->Conquering Bandera Castle->The Last Prism->Haken in Ruins
Side Quests:
-Bandera Pendants
-Kill 10 Crabs
-Monkani's Keepsakes (Stat Points)
-Kill 10 Kaols (Key NO.16)
*Go to the house near the north of the city and talk to Parrol to update the
quest. Afterwards gather all the side quests. The houses here have weird doors,
so make sure you tried every one of them to get all the quests. First head west
to kill 10 crabs, which you should be pretty used to now. Then head south from
the city and kill 10 Kaols. These will be a bit high in terms of level, but you
should still be able to manage. Also pick up [Key NO.15] here. Go back to town
to turn in the quests, and this is also a good time to visit Kanto again.
Let's go play with the main quest now. When ready save then enter the house
near the middle of the city, and you will have to kill 10 soldiers. Afterwards
you will then be asked to go back to Leedo to bring your new friends. Do that
and you need to go back to Bandera again, this time taking the north exit from
the city. Just storm the gates with all your spells and you should have it down
in no time. When you're in the tower just rush to the end, since there's
nothing worthwhile but annoying monsters.
Now exit south into Dragon's Head, east into Dragon's Heart, and south into
S.Bandera Region. Kill Arkentomes here for the pendants, then go back north.
Enter Bandera Ossurary here to collect the 5 keepsakes then warp back to city.
Turn both quests in for stat points and [Key NO.16].
*Note: You should be at least level 52 now, and the Elite Set is a good set to
invest in, because of its Exp Up bonus. From now on normal equipments will cost
a fortune to buy and you would want to find them through grinding instead. The
Elite Set is a good set until you can wear the Shadow Set, which is level 84.
*Note: At this point you can see that you only have one more weapon skill to
learn, and you may want to start saving up some points for the last skill. It's
going to be the most powerful skill in your arsenal.
Now let's travel to Haken. From S.Bandera Region it's south into Tainted Swamp,
then south into Haken.
===============================================================================
[Haken]
-Haken in Ruins->Assualt on Haken Tower->Conquering Haken Tower->To Mt. Bruu
->Rush!->The Fortress
*Right when you enter the town you will have to kill 25 enemies, which should
not be hard with the help of Schneider. There are no side quests here so just
move on with your main quest. Head south into Death Swamp, before exiting
northeast to Haken Tower, grab [Key NO.17] to the west of the map.
Storm the castle gates as the enemies here are really bothersome, then rush
to the end of tower at 3F. Now all three prisms will activate and you will be
able to leave for Bernard. Exit south from Death Swamp into Mt. Bruu West and
save before entering the iron gate. You have a time limit here so you need to
rush to the exit, which you should be good at doing. Btw you should be around
level 60 right now.
*Note: You can set the game speed to the lowest to help you micro dodge all the
enemies, as the path is pretty narrow and the enemies are quite some levels
higher than you.
===============================================================================
XI. Walkthrough-Part III. [PRT3]
*Again I think this is a good place to make a break point. We are at the final
segments of the game now and there is still quite a bit to cover. From now on
I will give more notes regarding the end game contents and what you may want to
do to get yourself ready (or beastly overpowered) for the last boss.
[Porta]
Main Quests:
-The Fortress->Control Room->Marching to Bernard->Find Tongief
Side Quests:
-Kill 10 Mudmen (Buff Skill Point)
-Porta Wine (Key NO.18)
-Letter Delivery (wait until next town)
*The enemies are around level 70s here, so be careful. Let's first take a
detour to the town of Porta. Avoid enemies and exit to the east, then north
into the town. Pick up 3 side quests here and rest/stock up. Head south to kill
10 Mudmen. Enter the metal door on the right to Haff Dungeon. Collect the Porta
Wine then head to 2F to finish collecting. Before you leave don't forget to
head left then down to get [Key NO.19]. Return to town to turn in your quests,
and let's head toward Bruu Fortress. Hope your guy is a little higher in level
now.
Bruu Fortress is at Mt. Bruu South, which can be reached by going west on Mt.
Bruu East, south from Mt. Bruu Peak. When you enter, again, skip all monsters
until the end, save before enter. At the control room head straight for the
three stations, and stand in between them to cast spells/charge attacks so you
can damage two at the same time. When the battle is over you're automatically
at the entrance, and now let's head south to Imperial Road.
More robots and androids here, watch out for them since they hit hard. Weave
left and right to dodge the enemies then head south, which will prompt you
about another encounter. Save before entering, and you'll find yourself having
to destroy three barracks that spawn hell knights. Make sure you have enough
potions for this place because you will be using alot, and make sure you try to
damage the barracks as you cast spells on the enemies. When you're done, take
the southeast exit to Bernard.
===============================================================================
[Bernard]
Main Quests:
-Find Tongief->Rescue Tonginef->Rescue Inventors->Way Home->Bernard Factory
Side Quests:
-Green Diamonds (Key NO.21)
-Kill 10 Tyron G-7s
-Destructive Orb (sword skill quest)
-Explosive Orb (gun skill quest)
-Devil's Orb (staff skill quest)
-White Gold
-Oil
-Delivery (wait until next town-Key NO.23)
*Woot, last major city finally, and you can see the trainer buildings already
for your last skill. Collect all the side quests, you can always make sure that
you have them all by comparing with this guide. Turn in your delivery quest as
well and go to the southwestern house to update your main quest. Sorry we're
now going to let Tongief wait for his rescue a little longer as we are going to
grind and catch up on levels right now.
Now the side quests. From Bernard first head east into Parkis Iron Mine. Get 5
White Gold here and kill 10 Tyron G-7s. When you're done enter the ladder to
underground here to Parkis Dungeon, rush through to collect Destructive Orbs
then warp back to city. Now we got the last sword skill quest fulfilled, don't
worry we'll get the other skills soon too. We need the last skill to farm and
grind efficiently so we can finally catch up in levels later; for now let's
just rush the quests.
Turn in your 3 quests for some exp and skill and now we go south into Imperial
Shelter. Collect Green Diamonds here then exit east to Bakalo Road and collect
the oils here. Head further east into Sako Desert, zig-zag to the southeast
exit to enter Labaat and turn in the delivery quest for [Key NO.23]. There are
no quests here for now because we're not there yet for the main quest line, but
we do need to pass by here to get the quest items for the last staff skill
quest.
Exit east into Labaat Area then enter Raphone Dungeon near the south. Rush your
way to collect all the Devil's Orbs from 1F to 2F, and grab [Key NO.22] then
warp back to Labaat. Exit west into the desert and back-track to Bakalo Road,
from here you can also choose to warp again and you'll be at Bernard. Turn in
your all your side quests for exp, money, [Key NO.21] and the last staff skill
quest. Now let's go for the last gun skill quest and some other goodies.
Take the ship to Ultra, you may find a shiney object behind a tree. Collect the
[Forest Emblem] here. Now take the ship to Dotra, and enter Dotra Dungeon. Note
that enemies here are level 90s here so you don't want to mess with them. Rush
to 3F and go to the southeast corner to find a [Grisom's Watch], use a Kanto's
Feather and go to Sky Island. Use up all the keys you have so far, and unlock
the magic balloon. From here you can either travel to Moher and/or Porta to
turn in your quests for some nice S ranked stuff, or just go back to Bernard.
From Bernard, let's take the ship to Falcon for the last gun skill. Go east
from Falcon and you may find the entrance to Akutaka Dungeon. Rush through here
to gather all the explosive orbs as well as the precious [Key NO.24] then port
back to Falcon.
*Note: From here you may either choose to stay at Falcon or go back to turn in
for the gun skill first, depending on your class, because Falcon is also a good
spot to farm/grind. Anyhow, your goal right now is to grind to level 80+ so
that you may wear the Shadow Set, or just get enough levels so that you can
progress through the last part of the game.
*Note: When you farm, your first purchase should be to finish the elite set if
you haven't already. You may choose to upgrade your elite set so that it will
protect you better. Your next purchase should be the auto loot function from
the brand shop and lastly the Shadow Set.
Let's continue with the rest of the quests when you're about level 75+, so that
we can get more exp in to get to 83 quicker. Whenever you're ready, head back
to Bernard. Take the east exit to Parkis Mine, east to Imperial Region, then
north to Imperial Iron Mine. Head northwest to find the Research Facility. Rush
through the 1F and enter 2F, where you can find the [Key NO.20] to the
southeast. Head to the top of the 3F and you'll automatically update the quest.
Before you escape with Tonginef, he wants you to free all his coworkers as
well. Sure no problem, takes you like 10 seconds and you get more exp anyways.
Now you will have to escort him out of the facility. The old man is pretty buff
and has alot of hp so sometimes you can choose to not fight monsters and just
direct him to the exit, or just to use your interruption spells to slow them.
Work your way out of the facility and back to Bernard. Now you have to travel
to Labaat again.
===============================================================================
[Labaat]
Main Quests:
-Bernard Factory->Cradle of Machines->Airship Blueprint->Escape From Factory
->Back to Bernard->Yuriel
Side Quests:
-Guerilla's Dogtags (Stat Points)
-Resistance Weapons
-Kill 10 Earthsouls
*Take the south exit from Bernard, then east twice to Labaat again, this time
for questing. The quests should be pretty cake to you now. First head east into
Labaat Area and kill youself some terras and earthsouls, then head east again
to Labaat Desert to gather the Resistance Weapons, warp to town to collect your
rewards. Return to Labaat Desert when you're done, then save before heading
north.
Some Chrome Knights will greet you and you have to kill 15 of them to pass, you
should be able to dispatch them with ease. Rush through the factory 1F and 2F
as usual, and save before you enter the north exit. You now have to destroy 3
bunkers again, like in the past, but this time the bunkers are spread out, so
becareful not to be swarmed by enemies. When you're done you will be at 4F,
make your way to the upper left corner and save again before you enter, as we
will encounter a boss fight (about time huh?)
===============================================================================
Boss: [Giant Machine] (Level 90)
Recommended Level: 78+
Just as you thought that Reinhart would be the last boss, guess again. This
boss is not just a mini-boss, and is tougher than you think. It is mostly
because he has a ton of hp and the fight will take pretty long, and he has a
few combos that can just get you killed.
(Iron Fist): He lunges to punch to the left, right, or in the middle. The
punch es are fairly slow so it should not be hard to dodge it.
(Paralyze Gaze): His eyes flash for a second and you are stunned, and it will
cancel out any spells or charge attacks you're about to use, gets pretty
annoying. Also be ready for that potion because he may follow up with other
attacks.
(10 Ton Press): Drops a 10 ton ball out of nowhere to squash you. Does ok
damage but it comes out very quick. It can still be avoided, just side step
whenever you see a shadow on the ground.
(Eye Beam): His eyes flash and shoots out two long strands of beams. This will
hit you up to 3x but can be avoided as well.
(Mine Summon): Summons a mine that detonates when you're stationary, and does
about 500 damage. Since you need to constantly damage the boss you usually
can't pay too much attention to these. Just make sure that your hp is up when
you can't kill it in time, for a potion.
*Overall just a longer fight, though a bit longer. If you haven't already
remember to turn your game speed down. Bring about 60+ X-Potions just in case,
and dish out all your spells at him.
===============================================================================
It's not over yet! Now the factory will self-destruct and you got a time limit.
Keep your game speed low so you can dodge and weave through the monsters and
the narrow corridors like you're in the Matrix. Don't fight monsters unless
they are really in your way, and if you have to just throw every spell at them.
When you're out, head back to Bernard.
===============================================================================
[Falcon]
Main Quest:
-Yuriel->Prison Camp->Escorting Yuriel->Airship->Permission to Soar->Gina...!

Side Quest:
-Black Beer
-Kill 10 Gardos
*Back to Falcon! Now we actually have quests here. Get all the side quests,
update main quest, then head east twice into Pilot's Grave. Head east into
Prison Camp. On the 1F, go to lower right to get the final [Key NO.25], then
proceed to rush to 2F. Here, pull all the levers to open up the way to Yuriel,
at the lower left (man, a prison and all these guards for one girl) to start
the escort mission. As with Tonginef she has pretty good hp, so concentrate
on directing her and interrupt/freeze enemies in puruit. Go back to Falcon to
update the main quest as well as turn in your side quests.
Head to Bernard, Tonginef's house. He will send you the the house north of the
city to talk to an old man for permission (no problem, I just want the exp).
After a few cut scenes you will find yourself on the airship fortress of Saint
Chrisimo. This is also a good time to visit Sky Island again to turn in the
rest of your keys.
===============================================================================
[Saint Chrisimo]
Main Quest:
-Gina...!->The Great Escape->Last Ordeal
*Here we are finally, the last battleground, so it deserves its own space in
this walkthrough even if it's not a city (well there's a trader here anyways).
Yuriel will leave you with a whistle which allows you to get back to Bernard,
so don't worry you're not stranded here. The map is pretty linear with only one
entrance/exit per screen, so not going to elaborate further. Enemies are around
level 90+ here but you should be around level 80 now and should have no big
problems with them. Fight or flee it's your option. When you're at 5F save
before you proceed. Escort your girlfriend back to the beginning of the
dungeon, which you should be pretty good at now.
Once the princess is safe you have one last choice to make: go back to farm
until you can wear the top notch stuff or face Reinhart now, which is possible.
The airship has some good rooms for farming as well, so you don't have to be
hasty to leave. When you want to continue (or when you're done farming), head
back to 5F and continue to 8F, save before you enter the room for the final
encounter of this game:
*Note: You should be decently rich now as well, and I would suggest to replace
X-health potions or X-energy potions with elixirs. The thing is one hp potion
cost 600 and one energy costs 1300, and 1 elixir only cost 2000. If you have
to drink 3 hp potions plus mp or 3 energy potions, it's more worthwhile to
just drink an elixir. You can buy them at the brand shops.
===============================================================================
Boss: [Reinhart] (Level ??)
Recommended Level: 80+
The final boss of this game is a worthwhile foe, I'll give you that. He has
many skills to his arsenal, with an ultimate move that reduce all 3 of your
bars to bare minimum. If you unclocked buff magician level 6 you may want to
use that before this fight. Again as always, make sure your game speed is at
its lowest.
(3-hit Combo): Charges at you when you're in front of him and does a 3-hit
combo. If you didn't get out before the 3rd hit he will finish with a psycho
crusher (like M.Bison's move from Street Fighter, except with a sword).
(Blade Beam): Raises his sword and slashes 3 blade beams across the screen,
similar to warrior's charge attack. Start up time is slow so just side-step
them. The beams travel very fast however. When he's about to do this move he
will raise his sword high, with both hands.
(Triple Crusher): Splits into three and does psycho crusher all that the same
time. The screen then becomes black with two red slashes, and your hp/mp/sp
will all be reduced to one. You can't avoid this move so just be ready to
elixir. When he does this move he will raise his sword very high with a single
hand.
(Energy Shield): Creates a shield that reduces all damage down to one,
momentarily, like Zidane. Red version repels all spell attacks, while the
blue version repels all normal + charge attacks.
(Mirror Image): Summons a copy of himself which does exactly the same thing!
Concentrate on bringing the main guy down, at the same time when you cast
spells try to hit two at the same time.
(Teleportation): He will teleport around to strike, so be sure to catch up.
(Dark Explosion): Slash and creates black explosions bursting from the ground,
in a circle before him. Move to his front momentarily to avoid. When he is
about to do this move he will raise his sword slanted, backhanded, with both
hands.
*Strafe around him and avoid his front. Keep up with him because sometimes he
will flip backwards, to create distance between you two. Be aware when he
raises his sword, and be able to tell the difference as to which move he will
do. When he is about to ultimate be sure to use an interrupt move at his side
(weapon paralyzer/holding web/blizzard). Other than that just give it your all,
it takes a while but you should be good enough to beat him now.
===============================================================================
*Enjoy the ending, dialogues and credits. By the end of the credits you will be
prompted to start a new game again with all your items and equipments, as well
as 33% of your stats. You may want to go back and farm/level to 100 now, or
just go on to play again--for a second ending! Just a heads up that the game
will end at the second play through (can't go through for third).
[The End]
===============================================================================
XII. Goodies [GDIS]
Magic Pouch: You are probably wondering why are all the weird ingredients
sitting in your inventory after you found the silk and stuff. The reason is
that you can take them to the island of Binni to trade it for a magic pouch,
which contains some goodies.
Marakan's Lamp: Can only be found during the Moher quest where you clear the
old man's nightmare. It is at the bottom left of the map. Can be turned in
late game at Sakoom for a red vitality crystal.
Forest Emblem: Found on the island of Ultra behind a tree. Take it to Porta
and trade it for a S ranked gauntlet.
Grimsom's Watch: Found at the end of Dotra Dungeon 3F, accessible by boat from
Bandera. After you obtained this item go to Moher, and a woman will give you a
quest to turn it in for a S ranked ring of vitality.
===============================================================================
XIII. Key Locations [KYLC]
Below are all the key locations for Kanto's House, just note the shiny object
on the floor and pick it up. Inside each drawer contains some goodies:

===============================================================================
XIV. Tips & Tricks [TNTS]
1. Before you start playing, LOWER THE GAME SPEED SETTING! This game is not
playable at normal speed, and you will find monsters killing you in seconds.
Set the speed bar to 2-3 notches for more reasonable game play.
2. You can set the game speed to zero for boss fights, some fights in this game
are pretty challenging.
3. QUICK SAVE OFTEN! The button is next to your hp/mp bar and saves within a
click. Always save when you level, got new items, entering a new map area, or
about to enter a boss room. THIS GAME DOES NOT AUTO SAVE.
4. Using quick save to advantage, whenever you find yourself surrounded but got
some good items and don't want to die, save and return to main menu then
reload.
5. Use hp potion whenever necessary, you'll be drinking them like mad.
6. Get Buff All from buff magician at the sky island before boss fights, it can
really help.
7. Since the Heavenly set is only obtainable through high level monster drops,
you would want to spend your money end-game at brand shops for the shadow set.
8. The game lets you play again after you beat it, with 33% stat points and
items retained. If you have any lower sets not deleted or sold, stash them.
9. Not much of a tip but there's no point saving before you open a set pouch
bought from the brand shop or blacksmithing, the game autosaves at that time.
10. I find that the best way to farm is to find a map next to a town, full of
melee monsters. Round them up and use spells/charge attacks to kill them fast,
then restock potions at the town, or use the inn if you're cheap.
11. When socketing stat crystals, I have long debated which stat to use. In
the end I chose DEX, since you don't really need anymore VIT or WIS, and
STR/INT does not really matters much. 5x S grade DEX crystals will give you
50 DEX, which is roughly 8% crit, 8% evade, and a lot better accuracy, not to
mention gunner's attack as well. It's a pretty good all around stat to use for
socketing to use especially for end-game.
12. Judge when you want to sell equipments or dismantle them for hex tarions.
Usually by end game I sell equipments rather than dismantling them. However
for rings and pendants, always dismantle.
13. If you bought a set pouch and did not get what you want. THINK TWICE BEFORE
YOU SELL THEM. One reason is that you may want to play with refining and if
you fail it will destroy the equipment.
14. If you completed a set and is about to switch to new gears, THINK TWICE
BEFORE YOU SELL THEM. The game let's you start a new game after you beat it,
keeping all the items and with 33% stats. You will need them again if you
wanna play again and make your character more godly!
15. Make use of the map function often, it's the center button on the top,
tends to be missed.
16. Complete every single side quests! These will give alot more bonuses and
boosts to your characters, not to mention alot of exp as well.
17. Don't stay at the same spot fighting monsters when you're getting hit. Use
Litta's fast movements to your advantage and he's not good at taking damage.
18. You can zone in and out at the entrance/exit of a map to refresh monster
spawns, or use it to escape.
19. Be swift and accurate when picking up treasures, since they will disappear
after a while. You can buy the auto loot function from brand shop to negate
this.
20. You get 5 spells and 5 buff skills, but you can only use one buff skill at
a time. I would suggest to quickslot all 5 spells and 1 buff skill that you use
the most (for me ATR for non-gunners, CRT/ATK for gunner, or when I have raised
other classes' accuracy), and save the last slot for potion/elixir.
21. You can't crit bosses! If you're using the crit buff you're better off
using the attack buff instead.
22. Dash attacks are pretty good as combo finishers. The timing of the button
press must be exact however, so practice them.

XVI. End Game Play [EDGP]
*This section is for those of you that would like to extend the game life by
beefing up your character to the max. This section would cover farming
strategies and advanced blacksmithing. If you like the feeling of getting the
best shining armor you can wear and/or the most powerful weapon then beat the
hell out of the last boss, then this section is for you.
[Farming/Grinding]:
1. At level 70: You should be about level 70 when arriving at Bernard. Go to
Falcon and grind until 75+, then go back and work on the quests until you're
able to access San Chrismo. Falcon is a good choice because enemies are easier
to kill there, with no status anomalies and generally lower hp than monsters
like Kaol and Phoenix Knights. Monsters here also drop equipment levels of
80-90, so you can collect both the Shadow Set and Heavenly Set.
2. You have quite a catchup to do from level 70 to 83, and hopefully you are
wearing the Elite Set for its Exp up. bonus. The Elite Set is a little outdated
but it does provide a +7 to all stats, Exp up, and SP recovery +20% bonus. This
will really help because you will be charge attacking alot. Feel free to use
the A.Refine stones on the Elite Set to beef them up (be warned about possible
breaking, so have duplicates ready) and/or socket them with your red crystals.
3. When you are level 75-76 or so go back to work on the quests. Your last
quest should be to escort the princess out of San Chrismo. Afterwards you
should be at level 80. Pump yourself to level 83 to wear the Shadow Set, and
now you have two choices of farm places now: if you have the full Shadow Set
already feel free to farm at San Chrismo. The enemies here are a bit harder but
they give more exp per kill and only drops level 90 stuff, which can sell for
alot. If you don't, go back to Falcon and finish collecting the set first.
4. The Shadow Set IMO is the best end-game set. First, it replaces Elite Set
nicely with the Exp up bonus as well. Second, in a brief comparison with the
Heavenly Set (HS): HS in base stats is +13 DEF higher than the Shadow Set (SS),
but SS has the DEF +10 bonus so HS is really only +3 DEF higher. HS is also
+50 ATK and +100 HP higher than SS, with Abnormalities Null and Kanto's Bless,
but in end game there's no status anomaly monsters here so meh. You don't
really need Kanto's Bless as well, which I believe is a chance to defend
against a random hit (there's a spark effect). SS also provides an all-round
elemental effect, which can also count towards your attack/defense abilities.
Lastly, you would stop farming at level 99 anyways, so overall I would say
spend all your S grade dusts and refinements on the Shadow Set. To know more
about upgrading your equipments, check the following.
5. The last reason for the grind is that for 2nd play through it will carry
forth 33% of your stat points. Therefore maxing your levels during your first
play through you will get the most amount of bonus stats for the 2nd run.
6. Last note, although I have not tried this before, but I believe that a full
set of level 90 armors (Iron Mas, Hell's Armor, Aegis Arm, Chrono Grieve) in
S grade could offer more to your characters than the Shadow or Heavenly Sets.
If anyone tried it out please tell me.
[Advanced Blacksmithing]:
*If you're able to fully upgrade your equipment you are essentially doubling
your stats, and this will make a whole lots of difference. It is worthwhile too
IMO since you can save all your equipments for the 2nd gameplay. Blacksmithing
CAN BREAK YOUR EQUIPMENTS, so I'm listing here as steps you should take in
order to get the best items while being safe.
Step 1: Have the items you want to upgrade ready. For weapons I suggest to
socket and refine only the best S grade level 90 versions for your classes,
such as Destroyer, Black Tempest and Apocalypse. For armors, such as the Shadow
Set, I hope you first have two identical pieces ready.
Step 2: Sell all your normal w.refine stones, you don't want to take chances on
breaking your weapons, trust me.
Step 3: Use normal a.refine stones on your armors, and use 1 on each duplicate
at a time. For example if you want to refine your two Shadow Helms, refine the
first one, if it's successful, then refine the second one. Rinse and repeat
until you used up your normal a.refine stones or until 1 breaks (then you get
to keep the other one), or until one of them becomes level 5. If the one you
have is not level 5 yet, proceed to use the enhanced version of a.refine stone
until it is level 5.
Step 4: Use only enhanced w.refine stone on your S grade weapons. The enhanced
version DOES NOT BREAK YOUR ITEMS but it does downgrade refine level, but hey
at least you get to keep your weapon. It does cost a wallop so upgrade the
armors first.
Step 5: Create sockets on your maxed refined equipments. For armor it is level
5 and weapons it is level 9. You can create two sockets per equipment piece.
Feel free to use the NORMAL EXTREME HAMMERS as they do not break your items,
and if you're unlucky just use the reset hammer.
Step 6: Compound all your S grade dusts. Remember you first need to compound a
Titan Stone with a Spirit Stone to form Sage Stones, then fuse it with the dust
to create the according crystals. Btw there is also a slight chance of failing.
Step 7: Socket your equipments with the crystals, and choose your stats. You
can only have 5 crystals of a stat for your equipments, since each piece cannot
have two of the same stat crystals. Here is a breakdown of what I think:
*STR: If you're a warrior you may want to socket 5 STR crystals to get more
attack power, and some defense bonus. However I would suggest only socketing
more STR if your accuracy is decet.
*DEX: You are generally lacking in crit/agi/accuracy, unless you're a gunner.
But even if you're a gunner you can use these stats as well. Pump 50 DEX into
your equipment will help alot, and you can now also switch to using ATK/CRT
buff for some insane damage.
*VIT: Tricky. By end game you shouldn't need more defense or hp, so you would
think this is less useful. However what you can do also is to socket 5 VIT
crystals, then use a stat reset crystal and reassign more points for attacking,
since you should have your armor max refined already. I would say maintain a
2000 hp bar and 200 DEF rating is enough.
*INT: Like STR, you may wanna pump attack points for your mages. Unlike STR
however I think INT is more useful because it lowers your skill cool downs.
Then again I wouldn't consider this until I got my accuracy in.
*WIS: This is really a debate. In my game I have about 120 total points in WIS
for my character, yet what I find is that I never run out of SP but I still
constantly run out of MP. I don't really think that pumping 50 more points will
make a difference, but what you can do is mix-match if you do not have enough
VIT crystals then reset your stat points.
