PRE-EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
I, ___________________ hereby acknowledge that my employment with ARB Call Facilities, Inc. is
contingent upon the submission of the listed pre-employment requirements discussed during the
onset of my employment with the company.
I understand that I maybe constantly followed up by the HR/Onboarding specialist so that I can submit
the requirements on time, and also not to put the company’s government records in jeopardy
The company will not be held liable for whatever repercussions/consequence/inconvenience that may
be caused because of my inability to provide these requirements on time and as per mandate of the
HR department.

ABSENCES
1) Employee shall notify immediate manager through phone call two (2) hours before the
start of the shift.
2) Make at least two (2) attempts to call before sending SMS or e-mail
3) Notification through SMS or e-mail is the last resort, you may receive a follow up phone
call or acknowledgment message from your immediate manager.
4) Absence will be validated, e.g., ensure to provide Medical Certificate or any form of
documentation. Upon return, present and submit your documentation to your immediate
Manager or directly to HR.
5) When sending SMS or e-mail, ensure to include name, reason of the absence and
expected return date.
TARDINESS
1) Employee shall notify immediate manager through phone call before the start of the shift.
2) Make at least two (2) attempts to call before sending SMS or e-mail.
3) Notification through e-mail is the last resort.
1) MONDAYS and FRIDAYS are considered to be critical working days for the business.
2) Employees who have incurred unauthorized absence during these days is considered a
serious offense and shall be subject to disciplinary action.
