Learning Objectives : Pupils will be taught to:


• Understand multiplication as repeated addition (6, 7,
8 and 9 times-tables)

Learning Outcomes : Pupils will be able to:


• Recognize multiplication as repeated addition
• Write number sentences for multiplication

Previous knowledge : Pupils have learned during Year 2 to recognize


multiplication as repeated addition (multiplication of 2, 3, 4
and 5)
