A. In certification mode users are automatically assigned all tests required for subject
certification.
B. Users are not allowed to access any tutorial content during certification.

 It would maintain recruitment details like :

 It will display the above stated details with the help of publishing portal.

1. Based on skill profile generated by the system, user will be presented a list of
companies , he is eligible to apply for recruitment

2. User can submit his choices of the companies he wants to apply for.

3. User can appear for online tests of a company.

4. Results of test are generated.

5. Based on the results, companies can access the resumes of shortlisted


candidates, beforehand.

6. Further interview process could be scheduled accordingly.

7. If a candidate is selected further meeting could be scheduled and if not, then


workflow ends there itself.

• The portal will consist of a separate section for posting user queries.

• If the solution to the queries reside in the database, then they will be answered
immediately, else the queries will be recorded and then later solved by the administrator.

• These dynamic queries can also be directed to some globally recognized search engines
like Google, Yahoo, etc.

 Security of the portal

• The personal details of the person who has registered on the e-learning portal will not be
visible to any other registered or un-registered user.

• The email address specified by the user, at the time of signing on the portal will be
checked and scrutinized thoroughly. He may also be asked to specify an alternate e-mail
address. The email should be given in the specified format.

• The user who has newly signed up on the portal might be asked to verify his account
details sent to him on his personalized e-mail address.

• Each time a user signs in, his password is authenticated. If it matches the pre-specified
one, then the user is allowed to continue further.

• These steps provide the portal with high levels of security standards.
