A formal request was written by the researcher to conduct the study. Permission from the

Superintendent and Principals was secured before administering the survey questionnaire. The

researcher personally asks help to some friends in the division to administer the survey

questionnaire among the respondents to be assured of the 100% retrieval rate.

Ethical Considerations

1. Writing a letter of request for permission to conduct the action research to the

Superintendent.

3. Full consent should be obtained from the participants before the study.
4. The protection of the privacy of the research participants has to be ensured.
