    Issue 1: Upon the death of her husband, a woman’s right to repatriation
    cannot be doubted. Her minor son is also entitled to Philippine citizenship.
    “WON a son of Filipino Mother and a deceased Chinese Father is
    entitled to acquire Filipino Citizenship”
    Held: YES, he is entitled. The mother reacquired Filipino citizenship upon
    the death of her husband. She has right to repatriation.
    The minor son, by virtue thereof, was entitled to acquire Filipino citizenship.
    Repatriation is done through:
    a) Oath of Allegiance to the Republic
    b) Revocation/Cancellation of the Alien Certificate of Registration and
    Immigration Certificate of Residence
