Step 1 - Register

• Register on our website

corner of our website. Click on “Registration”

• Login to the site using your login and password

all obligatory fields
marked in yellow.

There are also

You do not have
to fill these in,
but it may be
advantageous.
Finally click
“Registration” to
complete the
registration process.

Step 2 – Select a Car and Order

• If you are not already logged in, then log in using


the customer login field

• Go to our Stock List and browse our stock.

After you have clicked on Stock List.

Our entire stock will appear.

After you found the right car from our stock list,
click on the model.

A page providing you with more


information will appear then,

to order the car, click on


the “Order Now” button.

F.O.B means that you


arrange shipping, we just
deliver the car to the vessel.

C & F means that we


arrange shipping of
the car to your
chosen sea port.

The consignee is the person


who picks up the car. You
must provide the name and
the address of the person
who picks up the car.

field allows you to
provide additional
information or
if you have a
question for our

Step 2 – Select a Car and Order
After you have completed the order form,
click on the “Order Now” button.

You will then be asked to


confirm the order on a
confirmation form, where
we also provide you with
the estimated shipping
cost.

Step 3 – Confirmation by JP Inc.

• Once you have placed an


order, we will check;

been booked by another customer?)

port.

• You will be notified by us with details


on
your order by e-mail within 48 hours.

Step 4 - Confirm Your Order

• Please confirm your order by agreeing to all the


conditions stated in our confirmation email and
request invoice!

• Should you decide to cancel your order,


please inform us by email.

Step 5 – Invoice

• We will issue the invoice and send it to you by


email.

Step 6 – Wire Transfer

• Transfer the C&F total within 48 hours of receiving


our confirmation e-mail.

• Send us a copy of the bank transfer receipt


either by email or fax and ENSURE THAT YOU
WRITE THE STOCK NO. AND INVOICE NO. on
the Remittance Receipt.

• Transferring within 48 hours excludes


weekends and bank holidays.

Step 7 – Payment confirmed by our bank

Our bank notifies us once the payment is received and we will sent
“payment received notification” to your email address so you know
that your payment has been safely received

• We then proceed to arrange shipping for your car

• Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Some port


destinations can take up to 12 weeks or longer.

Step 7 – Payment confirmed by our bank

This is a copy of the


official receipt of
payment as provided by
our bank.

Step 8 – Booking details

• After we have completed all arrangements


for shipping your car, we will inform you of
the booking details, by email.

*We do however recommend that you stay in touch with the shipping department to
ensure that you are always up to date with regard to shipping.

These include the departure and arrival


date; the vessel name and voyage number.

Step 9 – Express mail shipping Documents

• After the shipping company sends us the Bill of Lading


we will express mail you all documents.

These include The Bill of Lading is a document we receive


from the company that ships your car, it
contains details of the consignee, notifying
Bill of Lading (B&L) party, chassis, ship co. etc..

English Translation of The Export Certificate contains


information
Title
about your car, such as its year, make,
Japan Partner Inc. invoice model, classification, specification,
registration number and previous owner.

Step 10 – Pick Up Car

• Shipping Agent will notify you when car


arrives in your Port.
We ask you to contact the shipping agent when the
arrival date of your cargo approaches to ensure that you
can take delivery of the vehicle without complications

• Take your documents (Bill of Lading, Japanese car


title and translation, Japan Partner invoice) to the
shipping agency at your port.

• Drive your car home.


Please check engine and transmission oil, the gasoline
level in the tank, radiator coolant and the tire pressure
before you drive.
