TEN WAYS TO OPTIMISE YOUR TOLLFREE NUMBER

Whilst many companies fully utilise their 1800/1300 service to provide a high level of service to
their customers and generate additional business, some companies do not make full use of their
numbers. Toll Free is used to „ENGAGE‟ customers pre-sales and post-sales.

Here are some ideas that may help:

1. Write to your top 100 customers and inform them as valued customers they can now call
your toll free number. Remember 80 percent of your sales probably come from only 20
