Explain and Evaluate: Developing criteria the current state and value.

Getting to the difficult to achieve state requires developing strategic goals and that
means developing criteria to infuse those goals. The main goals of developing criteria
based on current state and value, is to learn what is important to your team and to your
organization so you can choose from different kinds of strategy and possibilities that is
aligned from the current state of your organization and the values it holds. The purpose of
establishing or developing a criteria is to assist a structured decision-making process and
guarantee that decisions made and alternative selected supports desired outcomes and
actions, as well as the currents state and values. Developing a criteria which provides the
basis for making consistent with the outcomes you want to see and project goals. Make
sure that the criteria supports the current state and value and previously established
agreements and commitments, as well as design standards and other current state
requirements. Accurate and Definite, this means a clear and precise relationship exists
between the criteria and real consequences. Comprehensive but concise meaning that
they cover the range of relevant consequences but the evaluation framework remains
systematic and manageable and there are no redundancies. In order to develop a criteria
you must know the essentials on why do you want to develop a criteria like learning what
matters to your team and organization so you can choose from various strategy
possibilities, specifies which particular vision of success will drive your ongoing choices,
the more specific the goal is in people’s mind and hearts the better they make decisions
that supports your vision, and always be sure to explicitly identify which particular
success factors are crucial early in the criteria development process. Developing a criteria
is relevant because there will be many choices made during the strategy creation process
and it is also essential because it helps people state what is important to them as a team,
organization. it helps them internalize why the strategy is important. Having clear criteria
up-front keeps the strategy creation process focused on what is good for the business. It
allows the team to work from a shared vision as they approach the goal. If you finalize
your criteria it will make all your decisions easier, all the standards you are aiming for
will be much easier to find and that will make you more productive because less time for
finding your target goals when you have the right criteria that fits with current state and
value.
