The Business Concept


. Squaffle is a manufacturing business that offers food of high quality and novelty that would yield to
new food culture. The nature of the business is a partnership, meaning two or more individuals bind
themselves to share the profits and liabilities of the business venture. All partners might share liabilities and
profits equally, or they may have limited liability.. These people have executed different working experiences
and possessed qualifying skills and capabilities that made them merge as partners and that was the reason
why Squaffle has formed.

Squaffle aims to provide healthier food to people specifically designed for children and students in the
community of Baguio. The business plans to build a strong market position in the town, due to the partners'
industry experience and mild competitive climate in the area and somehow establish a strong visibility in the
food industry. The business offers a unique type of food product based on freshly made waffle cooked
together mainly with squash and moringa leaves that will totally love by the customers. The vision and mission
statement inspires the business to make these consumers experience both happiness and benefits be it in
health, sustainability and economic. Squaffle will be providing several nutritious content like vitamins A, B6,
and C, folate, magnesium, fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, potassium, protein, and iron. It is sustainable for such
reason that the business uses natural products as the main ingredient and can be found locally specifically in
the public market. Additionally, the business chose a minimalistic packaging made from paper to reduce
plastic waste. The product has a reasonable and competitive price attractive to both children and students. In
the long run, when it is already has a sizeable amount of patrons, it will generate a lot of profit as well as new
jobs to offer.

At the development stage of the business, Squaffle expects to raise Php 534,093 of its own capital,
each partner will have an initial investment of Php 106,818. This provides the bulk of the current financing
required. This initial capitalization covers the costs and expenses that the business will be needing in order to
start. Squaffle also anticipates net income of about Php 800,000 in the first year of the plan. At the start-up
stage, this covered hiring of staffs for the position of Marketing manager, Office manager, Sales manager,
Finance manager, Finance Officer, HR, Office Clerk, Sales representatives and other employees. Through a
unique combination of experience, expertise, relationships and resources, the organization carefully watch
over business’ financial future, providing with customized solutions that can overcome obstacles, seize
opportunities and achieve greater success. This workforce and manpower helps the business maximize human
capital potential so as to attain strategic business objectives as well as growth.

At the current stage, the business will be located first mainly at SM Baguio through direct selling because
this is the central for entertainment, lifestyle, social and recreation. Marketing strategies will be implemented
at hand by means of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Eventually for expansion stage ,after some time of generating
profits, the branch will be located at Baguio Central School because the business believes that the opportunity
and the real market lies here. Upon growth of the Squaffle, heads of the business will start on focusing and

communicated goals.
