34 I refer to your correspondence of 15 February 2021 to the Prime Minister,
35 The Hon Scott Morrison MP concerning the COVID-19 vaccine. Your letter has been referred
36 to the Minister for Health and Aged Care, the Hon Greg Hunt MP, and the Minister has
37 asked me to reply on his behalf.
38 The Australian Government has made a total investment of $6.3 billion in Australia’s
39 COVID-19 health response. This includes over $3 billion in COVID-19 vaccine purchase and
40 nearly $2 billion in vaccine rollout requirements such as workforce funding to states and
41 territories, health professional training, vaccine delivery and supporting digital systems.
42 The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has now approved two COVID-19 vaccines for
43 use in Australia. These vaccines have been proven safe and effective in protecting against
44 severe illness or death associated with COVID-19 infection.
45 As with any medicine approved for use in Australia, the ingredients of approved COVID-19
46 vaccines are published in a Consumer Medicines Information leaflet. Leaflets can be found

2 We know Australians are keen to receive a COVID-19 vaccination to protect their loved ones
3 and the wider community. Although Australia now has an approved COVID-19 vaccine that
4 prevents development of severe disease or death, it is too early to tell if vaccinated people
5 can still transmit the COVID-19 virus to others who are vaccinated or not.
6 That is why, at this time, the primary objective for the Government’s COVID-19 vaccine
7 rollout is to protect the health of Australians, rather than protect Australians from
8 transmission.
9 Staged rollout of the free vaccine will commence in February 2021, in line with Australia’s
10 COVID-19 Vaccine National Rollout Strategy (Strategy). The Strategy sets out the groups that
11 have been prioritised to receive the first vaccine doses, ensuring that the most vulnerable
12 Australians are vaccinated first. More information on the Strategy can be found on the

15 Information on the underlying conditions that place Australians at greater risk can be found

19 COVID-19 vaccination will not be mandatory in Australia, but it is important that everyone

1 That’s one of 308 reports from patients sent to hospital emergency rooms documented on
2 the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). That represents 0.0064 percent of the total
3 vaccinations done, 4.8 million, as of Jan. 5.

5 In one report, a 33-year-old male in Georgia reported receiving Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine on Dec. 17,

8 swollen. I was checked for anaphylactic shock. I felt like an adrenaline shock, and felt my heart racing, my

10 when I had COVID in July. This morning, had chills early in the morning around 1 a.m. but it is all gone
11 now,” he wrote.
12 VAERS was established in 1990 to serve as an early warning system to detect possible safety problems in
13 U.S.-licensed vaccines. It’s managed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S.
14 Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Anyone can report an adverse event to the system.
15 “VAERS is not designed to determine if a vaccine caused a health problem, but is especially useful for
16 detecting unusual or unexpected patterns of adverse event reporting that might indicate a possible safety
17 problem with a vaccine. This way, VAERS can provide CDC and FDA with valuable information that
18 additional work and evaluation is necessary to further assess a possible safety concern,” the system’s website
19 states.
20 Issues with the newly approved COVID-19 vaccines began almost immediately after they started being
21 administered. A healthcare worker at Bartlett Regional Hospital in Alaska suffered a suspected severe
22 allergic reaction, or anaphylaxis, after receiving Pfizer’s vaccine. She was taken to the emergency room and
23 spent several nights there before being discharged.
24 Thousands of people self-reported being unable to work or perform daily activities, or required care from a
25 health care professional, after getting one of the doses from the first tranche.
26 The FDA’s Adverse Event Reporting System hasn’t been updated to include data for the last quarter of 2020
27 yet.

17 My wife is constantly required to consult specialist due to her heart Failure issues which charges
18 a fortune for their services whereas if any ordinary medical doctor could provide the same
19 service it would save us a lot of monies. However, no doubt the Department of health and other
20 authorities wouldn’t allow a medical doctor not qualified in those special Heart Failure issues to
21 perform that kind of service. Likewise any ordinary medical doctor in my view cannot
22 administer a “mRNA” vaccine without the consultation and approval of a specialist in
23 “mRNA”m in particular also where this is a “medical treatment” and many of the elderly in
24 nursing homes could be essentially “EXECUTED” by this kind of vaccination without a
25 medical specialist having first appropriately assessed the particular nursing home resident (or for
26 that any other person) and then any resulting harm that may end up with the death of the person
27 may be considered manslaughter if not murder.

10 GENOCIDE? As I suspected, an estimated 115,000 Australian seniors could die from the clash of
11 antigens, etc, after vaccination. Let it be very clear that Moderna testing of the vaccine “purposefully
12 excluded individuals with comorbidities or vulnerabilities” and yet the vaccine is specifically used and
13 prioritise those. “The Moderna vaccine trials included no individuals over 80 years old and only 20
14 individuals over 70. ” Neither the CDC, FDA or the Australian TGA could even for emergency
15 approve this so called vaccine for use for those “individuals with comorbidities or vulnerabilities” in
16 those circumstances. It is simply a sickening game of MASS MURDER. “Is it possible that a
17 particularly reactogenic vaccine (like Moderna’s) could even kill more people than the disease against
18 which it purportedly promises immunity?”.

25 When it is admitted "All these efficacy numbers are protection from having symptoms, not protection from
26 being infected," and that so called vaccinations are causing ‘Ticking Time Bomb’ to be created then we better
27 make sure the TGA doesn’t cut corners to unduly place the lives of many Australians at risk. It would
28 underline also that the so-called vaccinated passport would be utterly useless, for the purpose it is supposed
29 to be.
