Diethylene glycol butyl ether (DGBE) - Used as a solvent in coatings, inks, cleaners, and
specialty fluids, it evaporates slowly and is completely water-soluble. Although some
glycol ethers have been shown to cause adverse reproductive effects and birth defects in
lab animals, DGBE does not show the same pattern of toxicity as these other glycol
ethers.

frostbite from contact with liquid. Commonly used as a refrigerant.

Laureth-23 - Commonly used in cosmetic and personal care products (Laureth-4 &

Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS allows easy access for carcinogens) - An inexpensive
detergent commonly used in cosmetic cleansers, hair shampoos, bath and shower gels,
etc. It is very corrosive and readily attacks greasy surfaces. Can penetrate into the eyes
as well as the brain, heart, liver, etc. and has been known to cause hair loss by attacking
the hair follicle. Is potentially harmful to skin or hair.
