Ingredients:

3 pounds chicken pieces


1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
3 slice fresh ginger
10 cups cold water
Salt to taste
2 green onions (Spring onion, Scallion)
Black pepper, to taste

Direction:

Rinse chicken pieces under running water then place in a large pot with 10
cups water. Add ginger, green Onion, rice wine then bring to a boil. Over medium
heat, occasionally skimming off the foam. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover
and reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours. Strain the broth.

This contract is made between:

Food Stuff Catering, Inc., a company that organized Catering


Services for special occasion, existing under and by virtue of laws of the
Republic of the Philippines and with office address at Blk 15 Lot 23
Phase II Neptune Street Heritage Homes, Meycauayan Bulacan,
hereinafter referred to as the CATERING SERVICE PROVIDER.

- AND -

Mr. Felinor De Vien - Escalante & Mrs. Remigio Escalante, parents


of the debutant Hershey Arriane Escalante, with residential and postal
address at Blk 2 Lot 3 Sagitarrius St. Phase VIII Remnant Subdivision,
Marilao Bulacan, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT.

- WITHNESSETH THAT -

VENDOR will rendering a service of catering to the CLIENT subject


to the terms and conditions stated below:

- TERMS AND CONDITIONS -

1. This agreement covers formal style of service of catering for 100


persons including Clients and guests, nine (9) tables with ten (10)
seats each.
2. Package B will be served for Presidential Table and for guest’s

before the Catering Date and 50% upon service
11. Both CATERING SERVICE PROVIDER and CLIENT hereby accept
without reservation, any and all provision of this Agreement and
manifested their intention to honor the same.
