Exercise and Therapy

According to some studies, regular exercise works as

well as medication for some people to reduce
symptoms of anxiety and depression, and the effects
can be long lasting. One vigorous exercise session
can help alleviate symptoms for hours, and a regular
schedule may significantly reduce them over time.
Behavioral symptoms of anxiety
Typical behavioral responses to anxiety may include:
Avoidance behaviors such as avoiding anxiety-
producing situations (e.g., avoiding social situations)
or places (e.g., using the stairs instead of an
elevator). Escaping from an anxiety-producing
situation (like a crowded lecture hall).
Social Awareness
Things you can try to overcome social anxiety

try some relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises for stress. break
down challenging situations into smaller parts and work on feeling more relaxed
with each part. try to focus on what people are saying rather than just assuming
the worst.
