normal, cet aspect est
dû au développement
d’une pancréatite
chronique sur le
moignon pancréatique.

La fistule n’est pas visualisée directement, mais sous la forme d’une collection
(notée 1 à 3), dont l’origine fistuleuse est suspectée en raison de la proximité de
l’anastomose.
