30 I am not with any scientific and/or medical background/qualifications and as such my writing
31 are not intended to claim otherwise. My knowledge is from my research and considering the
32 material provided by many medical doctors and scientist about what is known as COVID-19 and
33 related issues. Some of the questions I refer to below may required to be answered by the TGA,
34 the Minister of Health, etc, however, as you are the Prime Minister I held it appropriate to direct
35 this matter to you & Ors. I will also provide some of my statements which may or may not assist
36 in consideration of all or any of the questions asked.

40 We seem to have “The Australian Government has made a total investment of $6.3 billion in Australia’s
41 COVID-19 health response.” Of taxpayers’ monies for a program that I view is unlawful. How many
42 innocent persons have to die before this madness is reigned in, I wonder?

16 As there will be a federal election in 2022 and I understand from the High Court of Australia
17 decision in the Albert Langer case that electors are entitled to have proper information about
18 their candidates, etc, I view it important that therefore in the PUBLIC INTEREST questions are
19 answered so any elector may be able to make an “INFORMED” decision who to vote for at that
20 time. However, also recognising that a federal election could be earlier if the Governor-General
21 decided to call for a DOUBLE DISSOLUTION. Hence, it would be unwise to wait until the next
22 scheduled election when it might be too late to obtain relevant details. I am a senior citizen and
23 holder of a Federal Government pension card and for this seek to have any and all application
24 and other fees waived. As the FOI request is in the PUBLIC INTEREST I for this request also
25 that all and any charges for the application and any other charges be waived. In view that
26 the Application relates to issues/matters that can be the difference of life or death for many
27 where any inappropriate usage of any vaccine/“medical treatment” I urge that any response with
28 provided without undue delays.

30 As Olga (my 88 year old wife) in October 2019 ended up in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) and
31 spend some 10 days in hospital due to Heart Failure and other morbidities I held it very
32 important in January 2020 hearing about this 2019-nCoV (novel coronavirus – COVID-
33 19) that I would research this as to gain some basic understanding to protect my wife as much as
34 I reasonable could. When however my wife some time ago heard you on the radio making
35 known that the vaccination would be compulsory as much as you had introduced the “No Jab,
36 No Play” she went so to say in a panic mode and well it took a lot of time to calm her down
37 explaining matters to her.
38 If I were to claim there is some purple spider causing some ill health and I have a remedy for
39 this, then the TGA no doubt would demand I produce the evidence of the venom of this purple
40 spider and prove that the remedy is tested and
41 Subjected to stringed testing control by the TGA under its supervision.

43 If I were to claim that I can fix a flat tire with a special fly can then the ACCC would obviously
44 demand that I prove this or be charged with fraud, etc. No use for me to claim my tire clearly
45 isn’t flat hence this proves it works, as it might never have been flat in the first place.

51 “EMERGENCY USE ONLY” approval to conduct “CLINICAL TRIALS”, well the TGA
52 appears to have provided a “provisional approval” the first (multiple) question therefore is:

20 excluded them from the “clinical trials held in foreign countries and as such no relevant data

23 (mRNA)” is not a “vaccine” that prevents any person to become infected with SARS-COV2
24 to possibly become COVID-19 disease? If not please set out why not?

26 (mRNA)” may possibly assist to keep the symptoms of a COVID-19 disease down but only
27 in very mild cases? If not please set out why not?

29 is not a natural substance that contains “mRNA” being, as Moderna indicates, is a
30 “computer system”. If not why not, provide appropriate explanation.

32 any, has the TGA excluded persons under the age of 16/17 to be injected with “Pfizer -

35 mean that Pfizer and not the Federal Government (or other agencies, etc) is legally required
36 to report back to TGA as to any issues regarding the usage and any adverse effects of
37 COMIRNATY, and it is Pfizer and not the Federal Government that must be in charge of
38 the manner in which COMIRNATY is provided to any individual as well as must ensure that
39 appropriate medical facilities are available in the case of an adverse reaction by any
40 individual injected with COMIRNATY?
41 (m) Please provide details if the “provisional approval allow Pfizer relating to COMIRNATY
42 permit Pfizer to have COMIRNATY being injected by any person regardless of not having
43 been appropriately trained in how to use any dose, etc? Please, provide relevant details?
44 (n) Please provide details if the TGA acknowledge that “Pfizer - COMIRNATY BNT162b2
45 (mRNA)” cannot be injected in a person without that person (or his/her legal carer) being
46 able to make an “informed” decision to be injected with it?
47 (o) Please provide details considering that Prime Minister Scott Morrison has made known to
48 intend to have pharmacies involved in injecting individuals with “Pfizer - COMIRNATY
49 BNT162b2 (mRNA)” does the TGA accept that this is appropriate even so the pharmacist
50 and neither any of its shelve stacking staff may have any medical qualifications to provide
51 appropriate medical care in the event of a serious adverse reaction?

11 from the vaccine.” that many of the residents in nursing homes may not
12 understand/comprehend what “Pfizer - COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” is about and
13 neither any complications that may arise and even could risk their lives, has the TGA
14 stipulated that in regard of any resident in a nursing home only a qualified medical specialist
15 in “mRNA” matters is to be allowed to authorize any injection, and only after a blood test is

23 individual to be infected by SARS-COV2 causing the disease COVID-19? If not why not?
24 (s) Please provide details considering the numerous reports from around the world that many
25 participants in “clinical trials” and otherwise after having been injected with “Pfizer -
26 COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” even having become blind or even died, then on what
27 basis does the TGA make the claim “Following a thorough and independent review of
28 Pfizer's submission, the TGA has decided that this vaccine meets the high safety, efficacy
29 and quality standards required for use in Australia.”? While the TGA refers to “independent
30 review” who constituted this body to conduct the review? And did they take into account the
31 numerous reports as to serious adverse reactions? Did the TGA in its own rights, apart of
32 any advise from others, establish that the usage of “Pfizer - COMIRNATY BNT162b2
33 (mRNA)” indeed was meeting high safety, efficiency and quality standards, when I
34 understand the TGA contrary to its statement on its website appears not to have conducted
35 any “clinical trials” involving Australians” whom are to be on the receiving end of the
36 substance that is to be injected?
37 (t) Please provide details if the TGA was/is aware that reportedly already in about July 2019
38 China then already about 2 strains of SARS-COV2 and reportedly some 20 million mobile
39 numbers then were cancelled subsequently which may indicate that the death toll was
40 considerable large then already and that considering the racial background of Chinese this
41 may cause persons of certain racial background to be more vulnerable not just of SARS-
42 COV2 but also when injected with “Pfizer - COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” such as
43 those of Chinese background as well as native Aboriginals in Australia and other such
44 natives? What, if any, precaution has the TGA reuired to be implemented that if there is a
45 significant different adverse reaction in regard of any person with a particular racial
46 background then the injecting of any individual must be suspended until the TGA has
47 investigated matters appropriately? Please provide relevant details.
48 (u)Please provide details if that as I understand it “Pfizer - COMIRNATY BNT162b2
49 (mRNA)” is designed as a “gene” treatment (As such I view constitute to be a “medical
50 treatment”) and therefore has the TGA pursued that the Regulator of the Gene Technology
51 Act 2000 (Cth) No. 169, 2000 to ensure that prior to any person being injected with
52 COMIRNATY that Pfizer has obtained all regularly approvals? If not why not?

2 upfront to accept a limited number of rolling submissions of data during the evaluation
3 phases, as well as reports from comparable overseas regulators.”. As this refers to “limited
4 number of rolling submissions of data” “during the evaluation phases” then did the TGA
5 besides this also engage itself into holding any “clinical trials” so that regardless of any
6 “clinical trials” conducted in other legal jurisdictions and possibly subject to different
7 statutory legal provisions the TGA for itself established that its own “clinical trials” had the
8 same or similar results? If not why not and please provide relevant details?
9 (w) Please provide details that considering that Dr. Gregory Michael, a 56-year-old Miami
10 allegedly died due to “post-vaccination thrombocytopenia” and Authorities Probe Rare Blood
11 Disorder Among Some COVID-19 Vaccine Recipients. Several dozen case reports of post-
12 vaccination thrombocytopenia have been submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting
13 System (VAERS),. Also cases “with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), a version of
14 the disorder.”

24 Please provide relevant details? Also, if this issue of “thrombocytopenia” also can result with
25 elderly people in particular who for heart and other reasons are prescribed to use blood
26 thinners has the TGA specifically directed that appropriate warnings must be provided to
27 each individual who is to be injected with “Pfizer - COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)”?
28 (x)Please provide details if the TGA did specify a requirement that to inject any individual with
29 “Pfizer - COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” the person doing the injection must be
30 appropriately trained and be licensed to perform such injection?
31 (y)Please provide details if that as I understand it the Commonwealth at least during 2021 for
32 so far I am aware of has NO “State of Emergency” or for that “State of Disaster” proclaimed
33 by the Governor-General and as such why would the TGA without any proper “clinical
34 trials” involving Australians issue a “provisional approval” as if there is an emergency
35 existing which clearly is not? Please provide relevant details why the TGA failed, as I view
36 it, to follow ordinary protocols to hold “clinical trials” involving Australians and to assess
37 the results before considering to issue any kind of approval?
38 (z) Please provide details why is it that despite no declared State of Emergency and “Pfizer -
39 COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” is a “medical treatment” that never before was
40 approved as any “clinical trial” in foreign countries are still to be completed in about
41 2022/2023 and as such no known final conclusions can be drawn and so neither the harm
42 and deaths that can be caused by this kind of “medical treatment” had the TGA allowed for
43 reports of “clinical studies” “The following study reports of the two ongoing studies will have
44 to be submitted before a definitive authorisation can be considered:” rather then to in the first
45 place conduct “clinical studies” to assess the risk to the Australian community? After all, in the
46 manner now the Federal government pursues about everyone to be so called vaccinated” by October
47 2021 in a worse case scenario could be dead by then. In my view the TGA had no legal justification
48 to Allow uncontrolled mass injections involving “Pfizer - COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)”
49 where everyone essentially is caused to be a “GUINEA PIG” in an unlawful manner. In my
50 view one doesn’t have to be a brain surgeon to understand and comprehend that this is
51 insanity at the very least and I seek clarification why the TGA acted as I view it so utterly
52 reckless to allow for this dangerous practice, which also ought to be considered as to regard

6 sensible protocols that were established and plunged the general community in a totally
7 irresponsible set of circumstances that may possibly end up with numerous more times of
8 death and destruction of lives then whatever SARS-COV2 could possibly have achieved?
9 Please provide relevant details.

11 As with the flat tire example, any claim can be made to deal with the “virus” but if it cannot be
12 shown to exist as being an isolated virus then any purported vaccination and/or medical
13 treatment cannot be assessed.
14 As with the purple spider venom if I cannot prove such venom exist how then can the TGA give
15 any “EMERGENCY USE ONLY” and/or provisional approval to conduct “CLINICAL
16 TRIALS” when it has no way to assess what the trial is purport to do?
17 After all I can claim to vaccinate a certain group of people with the alleged “vaccine” and
18 another group with an alleged “placebo” but in reality vaccinate all participants with a “placebo”
19 and then claim that people obviously didn’t fall ill from the purple spider venom (that doesn’t
20 even exist) then it proves the medication I claim to have is working. Therefore, for the TGA to
21 be able to conduct a “CLINICAL TRIAL” is requires to have evidence of the venom to actually
22 exist. Likewise, with the vaccinations and/or medical treatment (mRNA) it must first of all have
23 an isolated of the virus against which they are supposed to be used.
24 My understanding from the research I did was that there was a claim by the CCP that it had
25 isolated a virus but then it never was able to produce the evidence of it. And the WHO (world
26 Health Organization) investigation team I understand reported that the CCP has since 14 January
27 2020 refused to provide the relevant details (according to sound recordings of a meeting of
28 WHO) and still does of the so to say ground zero infected person.

3 Pfizer’s and Moderna’s clinical trials of the vaccines, which involved tens of thousands of people, did not
4 find serious adverse events caused by the vaccine. But both studies excluded people with a history of
5 allergies to components of the COVID-19 vaccines; Pfizer also excluded those who previously had a
6 severe adverse reaction from any vaccine. People with previous allergic reactions to food or drugs were not
7 excluded, but may have been underrepresented.
8 The two vaccines both contain mRNA wrapped in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) that help carry it to human cells
9 but also act as an adjuvant, a vaccine ingredient that bolsters the immune response. The LNPs are
10 “PEGylated”—chemically attached to PEG molecules that cover the outside of the particles and increase
11 their stability and life span.

14 I as a researcher dislike people to write about something but not providing any links, etc,
15 relevant as to verify what actually was stated, as often a person may state something due to
16 misinterpretation.

23 Whereas when one consider the various articles published by doctors, etc, it appears that it is the
24 Government and not Pfizer at all who is in charge of the “injecting process”.
25 I refer to “injecting process’ in that in my view one cannot claim that “Pfizer Australia -
26 COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” is a vaccine. As this document relates to FOI Act requests
27 I view it assist to have various set outs so that this also may assist those dealing with the various
28 FOI Act questions. Safe to state that where the Federal Government is in charge as to who is
29 provided with what kind of injected substance” with a total disregard to the right of any
30 individual to be able to decide to be vaccinated or be subjected to a “medical treatment” in itself
31 must be deemed to violate the provisional approval. This as Pfizer would be unknown to what
32 really is applicable other then perhaps being informed second hand information which may or
33 may not be accurate. This means that the TGA neither can expect any credible feedback that is
34 required by its “provisional approval” conditions.

36 Over the decades when I had to cross-examine “experts witnesses” such as various “medical
37 doctors” I was well aware that they would beyond doubt have a lot of knowledge about medical
38 issues but to me that became totally irrelevant when I was able to show that such a medical
39 doctor as an “expert witness” failed in law to present an appropriate statement. As I indicate
40 below, when 2 medical doctors provided their “evidence” regarding Mr Francis James Colosimo,
41 whom I represented, I merely exposed that in law their arguments/evidence was without any
42 legal basis and their entire statements were so to say wiped out. (Thrown out of the window).

44 Many if not most of the scientist and medical doctors, and not to overlook politicians and their

2 The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has granted provisional approval to Pfizer
3 Australia Pty Ltd for its COVID-19 vaccine, COMIRNATY, making it the first COVID-19
4 vaccine to receive regulatory approval in Australia.
5 Following a thorough and independent review of Pfizer's submission, the TGA has decided
6 that this vaccine meets the high safety, efficacy and quality standards required for use in
7 Australia.
8 COMIRNATY is provisionally approved and included in the Australian Register of
9 Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) for active immunisation to prevent coronavirus disease 2019
10 (COVID-19), caused by SARS-CoV-2, in individuals 16 years of age and older.
11 Provisional approval of this vaccine is valid for two years and means it can now be legally
12 supplied in Australia. The approval is subject to certain strict conditions, such as the
13 requirement for Pfizer to continue providing information to the TGA on longer term
14 efficacy and safety from ongoing clinical trials and post-market assessment.
15 COMIRNATY has been shown to prevent COVID-19 however, it is not yet known
16 whether it prevents transmission or asymptomatic disease.
17 Australians can be confident that the TGA's review process of this vaccine was
18 rigorous and of the highest standard. The decision to provisionally approve the vaccine
19 was also informed by expert advice from the Advisory Committee on Vaccines (ACV), an
20 independent committee with expertise in scientific, medical and clinical fields including
21 consumer representation.
22 The TGA will continue to actively monitor the safety of the Pfizer vaccine both in
23 Australia and overseas and will not hesitate to take action if safety concerns are identified.
24 As an extra check, the TGA laboratories will undertake batch assessment of each batch of
25 the vaccine before it can be supplied in Australia.

19 involved tens of thousands of people, did not find serious adverse events caused by the vaccine.
20 But both studies excluded people with a history of allergies to components of the COVID-
21 19 vaccines; Pfizer also excluded those who previously had a severe adverse reaction from
22 any vaccine. People with previous allergic reactions to food or drugs were not excluded, but
23 may have been underrepresented.” Then the TGA cannot claim that any purported overseas
24 testing (not even under its own supervision) and control) somehow can be relied upon. This in
25 particular where the very fragile/elderly were allegedly excluded from such purported “clinical
26 trials”.

28 I will now use an example:
29 When I was a youngster more than 60 years ago we had what was called a pushbike in the Netherlan ds that on
30 the front wheel had a little petrol motor that if engaged would cause the pushbike to move forwards. I recall it
31 was called “bromfiets” (A.K.A Solex) which in English might be called “Scooter”. As long as it was below
32 125cc motor capacity it was not considered to be a “motorbike”. Now, let for argument sake I welded 2 of those
33 Solex together and then obtain a road worthy certificate and then have it registered as a “motor vehicle”. I now
34 drive it onto a freeway to which pushbikes are prohibited and the police pull me over and take me to court for
35 violating the freeway prohibitions. I will argue to the Court that as I had obtained a roadworthy certificate that
36 the dual Solex is a registered motor vehicle and so accepted by VicRoads then I was not violating any laws. I
37 have absolutely no doubt that the trial judge will make clear that regardless what certificate I purportedly
38 obtained it has no validity in law as the dual Solex is not and cannot be accepted to be some “motor vehicle”
39 merely because it may have an ability to use a motorized force.

41 Likewise, Pfizer product “COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” (so also Moderna) cannot be
42 accepted and neither deemed a “vaccine” where it has not the basics of a “vaccine” and is in fact
43 to be deemed to be a “medical treatment”. Therefore any purported “provisional registration”
44 by the TGA for Pfizer product “COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” as a “vaccine” has no
45 legal validity and cannot be used. Also, as the process used by the TGA violates its own
46 published protocol such as that it held no “clinical trials” under its own direct supervision and
47 neither involved “Australians” during any such “clinical trials” it was to have held then the TGA
48 lacked for this also any legal justification/validity to make any “provisional approval.
49 The “mRNA” “medical treatment” is what never before had ever been done to the human race
50 as it is only a recent alleged invention and as such it would be an insult to intelligence of anyone
51 to claim that this novel kind of “medical treatment” somehow doesn’t require a complete new set
52 of protocol to be followed which ensures that the Australians who were to be provided with this
53 “medical treatment” are not unduly placed at risk of health, wellbeing and even their lives.

1 In my view the TGA may have engaged in criminal conduct to pretend that the “mRNA”
2 “medical treatment” is some sort of “vaccine” when it in my view clearly lack the basics to be
3 deemed to be a “vaccine”.
4 The TGA and so its advisers must be expected to have sufficient understanding, competence and
5 ability to grasp the difference between what is a “vaccine” and what is a “medical treatment” and
6 as such should not be allowed to avoid any criminal accountability for pretending that the Pfizer
7 product “COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” is some sort of “vaccine” where another kind of
8 “medical treatment” using “mRNA” by Moderna is admitted to be some computer program.
9 While the TGA appears to claim that it considers the benefits against any harm, in my view this
10 the TGA couldn’t have appropriately assessed where it never conducted “clinical trials”
11 involving for example the fragile/vulnerable elderly even so it somehow has allegedly provided
12 “provisional approval” for Pfizer product “COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” to be used upon
13 anyone above the age of 16 years old.

22 Chief Health Officer at times issued “orders”/“directions” which then are not as such reflected
23 by the Victorian DHHS, as it on its website indicates a different kind of version what really is
24 applicable. As I experienced on 10 August 2020 when Victoria Police stopped me not wearing a
25 mask in a shopping centre and I produced a medical certificate that because of a “medical
26 condition” I was exempted from wearing a mask, the Victorian Police responded not to be aware
27 that any such exclusion existed and ordered me to leave the shopping centre and that it could
28 issue me with a summons. Well, no summons ever was issued for that simply the Victorian
29 Police may have discovered that after all I was correct. What we therefore have is that we have a
30 Chief Health officer issuing orders/directions as if using “executive powers’ even so they are not
31 only without legal validity but also the DHHS publishes a different set of conditions/rules on its

40 own to try to get to some doctor who then with further loss of precious time may just send you
41 home or call for an ambulance, etc. We also have the claim: “But no one has yet died from
42 being vaccinated against COVID,”. Well tell that to the grieving families of those who died
43 after having been injected with “mRNA”.

32 of Salk polio vaccine show that the first tests for SV40 were carried out in February 1962, after the
33 alarm was raised internationally in 1961 of possible contamination.
34 They were found earlier this year by a Melbourne researcher, Brenda Coughlan, who was searching for
35 material for a book.
36 SV40 came from pulped infected monkey kidneys used to produce cell cultures to grow the polio virus.
37 The polio virus was then killed using formaldehyde to produce the vaccine, but SV40 survived the
38 process.
39 The Age confirmed the contents of the documents, including research work notes, with the biochemist
40 who carried out the SV40 testing in 1962 for Commonwealth Serum Laboratories. His name is John
41 Withell and he was later head of the Therapeutic Goods Administration's laboratory in Canberra.
42 Minutes of a meeting held at Commonwealth Serum Laboratories on May 1, 1962 record how the
43 organisation's then director, Ron Greville, confirmed that SV40 had been found in vaccine batch number
44 64, which was being readied for release.
45 "Dr Greville opened the discussion by stating that although SV40 was present in batch 64, the batch
46 would be issued; a decision which was founded on the belief that probably much vaccine issued in the
47 past was probably similarly contaminated," the minutes say.
48 The agency's records show that batch 64 was officially released in December 1962.
49 Mr Withell's research results show that three other batches of vaccine also tested positive for SV40:
50 batch 49, released in October 1959, batch 63, released in February 1962 and batch 65, released in
51 January 1963. Batch 66 was also positive, and was destroyed after an attempt to rid it of SV40, ordered by
52 health authorities in Canberra, killed the vaccine's effectiveness. The authorities said no further vaccine
53 containing living monkey virus could be released.
54 Later batches of vaccine were made from the kidneys of monkeys shown to be free of SV40 infection. Only
55 one batch of those tested, number 58 released in September 1961, was negative.
56 Mr Withell also tested three "seed" polio viruses that had been originally obtained from the Salk
57 laboratories in the US in 1955 and used to manufacture Australian polio vaccines.
58 His test results contained in the National Archives show that one of the seed viruses was heavily
59 contaminated with SV40.
60 "Type two [polio seed virus] was stuffed full of SV40," Mr Withell said.

1 He stressed that the negative results for the other two types of polio seed virus did not necessarily show
2 they were free from SV40, because the test was not sensitive enough.
3 Research notes also show that in August 1962 Mr Withell tested the effect of SV40 on human embryo cells.
4 The SV40 caused "transformation" in the cells, which indicated it was potentially carcinogenic.
5 Mr Withell said the results were reported to an internal research panel for Commonwealth Serum

14 powers but not both. Where the Commonwealth had legislative powers but not invoked any
15 legislation the States then had what is referred to as “concurrent” legislative powers, however

56 confines and the States/Territories have no business to interfere in this. In my view the Minister

2 Viruses so to say come and go as to regard of dangers to the general community and indeed
3 around the world. As I understand it from the experts, we are surrounds by billions of viruses and
4 the human race ordinary has learned to live with it all. However, at times there are serious
5 outbreaks that can decimate much of the population such as the misnamed “Spanish flu” which I
6 understand actually resulted from a vaccination trial in the USA but was first detected in Spain.
7 A major problem is that often certain medical doctors, specialist and politicians will adapt any
8 mantra and parrot it time and time again no matter who wrong they might be and seek to silence
9 anyone claiming they are providing “misinformation” even so they are themselves doing so. As
10 with any political debate there are often 2 opposing views and neither one may be totally correct
11 or totally wrong but each may have some parts correct and some wrong. It is in my view for this
12 very essential that out constitutional embedded legal principle of FREEDOM OF SPEECH (as
13 I have extensive written about in the past) is not undermined. Yet, we have that many politicians
14 are promoting for BigTech (Google, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, etc) to sensor those who
15 express an opposing view then that of the Government of the Day, but on the other hand do
16 oppose the same Big Tech to curtail “news” it desires to be available.
17 If we could prevent opposing views to be available then why on earth would be need any
18 opposition party and independent? Why would we need at all so many Members of parliament
19 and just appoint one person as DICTATOR and avoid the huge cost considering all the other
20 politicians? The real reason is that each politician is elected by his/her constituency and out
21 federal framework relies upon the different sections of society to have different views. Those
22 views may each in their own circumstances be correct but in the total framework some may have
23 to give up because of the majority having a different view.
24 While in major cities traffic lights are part of life whereas in most country towns there is hardly
25 any traffic lights because they hold no need for them. Likewise with parking restrictions, etc.
26 When travelling in the dessert one may need to carry water reserves in case of a vehicle break
27 down whereas the same wouldn’t be needed in the centre of a large city. In certain areas growers
28 may need part time labour such as back-packers (people who travel to a country and perform
29 certain temporary works) whereas in a city unlikely there is a need for this. As such, different
30 legal provisions may be required for certain constituents and not for others. Hence, opposing
31 views may be and should be permitted to be expressed.
32 We have however that many politicians are either directly and/or indirectly financially or
33 otherwise given benefits from certain businesses such as pharmaceutical companies. Likewise,
34 medical doctors and scientist often have this direct/indirect connection. With the WHO (World
35 health Organisation) there was a reported CONFLICT OF INTEREST that of the inspectors
36 attending to China about the COVID-19 investigation had certain CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
37 I understand the same is with the TGA and its advisors. As result Australians are left as to
38 become victims because the very persons who are employed to look after the health and
39 wellbeing of Australians are compromised if not corrupt in their conduct. A clear example is the
40 ongoing parroting that vaccination is safe. This even so the Courts in various instances ruled
41 against the vaccine providers. The TGA sprouts that it supervises the usage of vaccines and yet
42 then I came across a report that infected polio vaccine were knowingly continued to be used.
43 Where then was the TGA to prevent such infected polio vaccines to be used?
44 What we really have ended up is with a culture of “disinformation” by the TGA, politicians,
45 medical doctors, scientist, etc, but as long as it first their narrative and those who provide
46 financial and other direct/indirect benefits then this is deemed not to be “disinformation but that
47 of anyone stating the opposite in any slight manner then are labelled to state ‘disinformation”.

43 speech about caring for his mother and for any other person who might die. Yet, when in another
44 interview confronted by his conduct that thousands of persons may have died to his
45 directive/order to return infected seniors to the nursing homes his response appeared to me to be
46 “Who cares?” They will die anyhow. A total opposing view to his previously Emmy award
47 winning 2 hour show.

22 Here we have the (Victorian) Chief Health Officer issuing a directive in 2020 for compulsory
23 masks wearing, but upon what scientific basis I wonder. It is not good enough that he might just
24 make a claim that he happen to dream it was the right thing to do. He must be able to base it on
25 certain scientific basis. That in my view then never existed. Even now, it appears that test done,
26 such as in Denmark it shows that there is little differences between wearing a mask or not a mask
27 (over a period of some 6 months). Other scientist, as I extensively wrote previously about, made
28 clear that wearing a mask is very dangerous. Even a 4 year old child died because of wearing a
29 mask. So, in Victoria the Premier hold he is given “advice” merely by the Chief Health Officer
30 issuing an “order”. To me that is not advice but a directive the police enforce. In my view,
31 “advice” mean that there is a consideration of what is advised before there is a directive that is to
32 be enforced.
33 To have a Chief Health Officer issuing a directive that in part or in whole shuts down businesses
34 on basis of a mask policy or whatever where there is no proper scientific evidence to justify this
35 kind of directive I view shows we lack proper leadership and we have totally irresponsible
36 conduct by all those involved in this kind of unconstitutional dictatorship.

38 Then there is this absurd advise that one should blow or sneeze into once elbow, etc. Scientific
39 studies shows that a person wearing some face diaper actually spreads plumes from the face
40 diaper and when in a supermarket then spreads it onto the containers stacked onto the shelves. As
41 such, it may be more dangerous to walk behind a person wearing a face diaper then walking
42 behind a person who doesn’t wear a face diaper.

44 While much has been about the mouth and nose to be covered, I at no time heard any advice that
45 when one wears glasses one should remove the glasses before sneezing or blow your nose to
46 prevent the eyes to be infected. After all, when a person blows his nose or sneezes then glasses
47 not uncommonly are fogged up. This underlines that then the pressure of blowing once nose or
48 sneezing pushes the pressure onto the eyes which can be far more vulnerable to be infected then
49 the nose or mouth.

51 Despite we have the provisions of the Biosecurity Act 2015 somehow in disregard of the legal
52 provisions there is no medical doctor used to apply this Biosecurity Act 2015 in regard of
53 residents in nursing homes. Staff at nursing homes may not at all be having any medical training

1 and so can be utterly useless when it involved to apply legal provisions regarding any
2 vaccination let alone to apply some “medical treatment”.
3 We have been bombarded by that the Government wanted to prevent the overburdening of the
4 health system, such as hospitals. Reality is that if politicians did their job in the first place then
5 they wouldn’t need to be worried about this. Their real concern should be how to appropriately
6 avoid the overburdening of the hospital system. This, so when there is some crisis then the
7 system is able to adequately cope with any influx of patients.
8 This then means that what is needed with an ever increasing population not only within the
9 Commonwealth of Australia but also in the world that there are locations where PPE (Personal
10 Protection Equipment) are being stored and regularly checked for any replacement, etc. This also
11 means that supplies for the replacement/additions must be able to be obtained from different
12 sources and not being mainly from one country where then when it shuts down its production
13 then there is a shortage of what is needed.

15 We also had this nonsense about HCQ allegedly not being fit for usage. Never mind that
16 reportedly Dr Fauci had a financial interest to prevent HCQ to be used as then certain vaccines/
17 “medical treatment” could have been avoided to be used. Never mind the many who died in the
18 meantime, after all he cares, well so he claimed. There is clearly no proper impartial valuation
19 where experts with opposing views get together to address issues in conflict. Silencing an
20 opposing view appears to be the way to go by regardless that may die in the meantime uncalled
21 for.

23 Who can ignore that a specialist doctor in ICU New York Hospital issued a video that using
24 “ventilators” not programmed for a specific patient rather may be the cause of the patients death.
25 Never mind that Governor Cuomo claimed to need thousands of “ventilators” this even so the
26 once already at hospitals were generally not even used. Many that were made since were as I
27 understand it shipped off to Indonesia as they were not needed at all.

29 What I learned is that despite all those organisations like the WHO, UN, TGA, CDC, FDA and
30 numerous others there simply was no organization skilled enough to address with an open mind
31 the real issues.

33 During 2020 pathologist of Hungary, Spain, Italy, France and Germany made clear in various
34 videos that not a single person had died “from” COVID-19 but many had rather died “with”
35 COVID-19. In the USA the CD directed that anyone who died, even in a motor vehicle accident
36 could be recorded as a COVID-19 death merely to assume the person had COVID-19
37 .
38 One judge, who was informed that her sister had died in a nursing home “from” COVID-19,
39 decided she wanted to know the truth and so an autopsy was performed that proved that the sister
40 didn’t even have COVID-19, but died from Alzheimer’s. Likewise, numerous other so called
41 deaths “from” COVID-19 afterwards were shown had absolutely nothing to do with COVID-19.
42 Reality is that the financial incentive to nursing homes, hospitals, etc, was to pretend a person
43 had died “from” COVID-19 as allegedly a payment as much as $79,000 could be claimed.

45 Yes, there was at times hospital facilities shortages but now for the right reasons. As many
46 reports, including videos proved that hospitals were laying of staff and closing beds and so that
47 was the real reason why a hospital may have insufficient facilities to provide for a person needs.
48 Indeed, I watched videos where the media (TV) was announcing certain hospitals being
49 overwhelmed where then a person videoed showing that the hospital was about totally isolated
50 with virtually not even a car in the car park and nurses and doctors doing dancing in hospital hall
51 ways and carparks as a form of entertainment as nothing else was there to do. As such, the so

1 called “crisis” was a self inflicted absurd condition not at all relating to the real issue of COVID-
2 19. As I view it, essentially patients were actually “murdered” while in hospitals. In fact this is
3 not at all aggregated beyond reality this as I have downloaded videos where nursing staff was
4 pleading to feed patients but they were told they die anyhow so no need to feed them or provide
5 certain medical care.
6 Again, when one considers that the alleged correct CT should be 17 to establish a correct
7 positive and yet the WHO recommends 40 cycles and CDC 35 cycles and as result this grossly
8 inflates the claimed “cases” then this also means that State and Territories are wasting valuable
9 resources to deal with alleged “cases” that never should have been deemed “cases” at all. The
10 diversion of limited resources also means to likely prevent to address area’s where the real
11 attention and services are required.
12 As laboratories seem to have their own so to say “secret” number of cycles they apply then this
13 means that whatever a laboratory might announce may be more because of the financial
14 incentive to distort the numbers as then they make more monies in testing. It also means that
15 laboratories are inflicting their own delays because of increasing the cycles well beyond what is
16 appropriate. It in turn means that the delay in a person receiving the results may inflict other
17 associated problems. Essentially, there appears in my view a massive failure in leadership at

20 Ordinary a person who owns a motor vehicle will pursue pre-emotive strike method by using
21 regularly check ups and this to avoid that the vehicle might break down when needed. As such,
22 car manufacturers advice regular maintenance and check up to seek to avoid a motor vehicle
23 breakdown. Likewise we should have the same or similar system in place that there is not only
24 appropriate sources to manufacture and maintain supplies not only of PPE but also of other
25 medical provisions but also that there is a proper organization in place that when there is a
26 “crisis” we do not have every person doing his own bid to become the DICTATOR in his area
27 but that wee have a smooth system of operation where the Minister for health can competently
28 decided what is required in case of any emergency. This means that the Minister must hold a
29 conference from time to time with all area’s of scientific fields and medical doctors, scientist, etc
30 and then having listened to their advice make a competent decision how to address any area that
31 requires his attention.

33 This system in my view doesn’t exist, this even so the Biosecurity Act 2015 in my view give the
34 Minister for health the ability to do so.

36 Well we saw the Minister for Health to rub his elbow with Prime Minister Scott Morrison after
37 the claimed vaccination as the Prime Minister did with the person who was giving the injection
38 (whatever that was).

40 So, the person who was giving the injection rubs his elbow with the Prime Minister and then
41 may sit on his desk and whatever bacteria may have been on the elbow of the person doing the
42 injection now might have been also transferred to that medical person. He then sits at his desk
43 with his elbow on the desk and now contaminate the desk and so anyone using the desk will
44 likewise be so. And, with rubbing the elbow of the Minister for health he too might now or visa
45 versa be contaminated and carry this over to others. Instead of promoting a healthy way of not
46 shaking hands reality is they are promoting an unhealthy manner. Why not simply give a light
47 bow as recognition of curtesy and leave it by this? If you got a Minister for health not even able
48 to grasp this kind of spreading any bacteria then we need a more competent person to take over.

50 One also may ask has the Minister for Health not more important matters to attend to then to sit
51 there with the Prime Minister Scott Morrison that he is to be given some injection? Surely the

5 While people were dying in my view Prime Minister Scott Morrison was merely interested in
6 playing some sickening game called “National Cabinet”. In my view there is no such
7 constitutional provisions to create some “National Cabinet” and no “National Parliament” to
8 check such purported “National Cabinet”. Yet, the Commonwealth could have used its time to
9 ensure that all States that relied upon any laboratory testing regarding COVID-19 would all
10 ensure that the cycles would be no more but 17 as to avoid false positives. As such the Prime
11 minister and the other First ministers (by whatever title they go by) merely were in my view
12 grandstanding while blatantly disregarding the very critical issues that needed to be attended to.

14 Neither did they seemingly bother to discuss that any laboratory would not disclose DNA details
15 to the CCP (China), etc.

17 To give some idea as to the craziness of lockdowns, compulsory mask wearing, social

35 I, doing my own research, actually was watching numerous videos that were available on the
36 internet and discovered that kitchen staff donned in PPE would take a trolley to a dumpster and
37 empty the trolley and then go back into the kitchen. To me this was a critical issue off
38 “housekeeping” that was utterly and totally wrong. No amount of “deep cleaning” would prevent
39 the ongoing spreading of any bacteria when the very kitchen staff is spreading the bacteria from
40 the dumpster into the kitchen and so in the food preparation area where then it spreads amongst
41 residents and staff alike. To me it was like the classic Legionnaires Disease bacterium infection.
42 In my view, what should have been done was to have the kitchen staff not causing any spread of
43 the bacteria of the dump master by having touched the dump-master lid not to touch the trolley
44 and disposing of his gloves after having disposed of all items. As such with bare hands move the
45 trolley from the dump-master and then clean the trolley by hosing it down, etc, and then fit clean
46 gloves before re-entering the building. However, when the kitchen staff re-enters with the
47 contaminated gloves then he also spread it to door handles, besides the trolley and then into the
48 kitchen where the food is prepared and so it become one gigantic spread of bacteria. It is like the
49 residents and staff are eating their meals from the dump-master lid.
50 This is why staff also were falling ill where they were using the same food preparation area that
51 was contaminated.

2 I was promoted to manage a factory and this even so I had absolutely no knowledge about the
3 machinery how to run them. I was advised that of two heavy duty machines one had a broken
4 shaft and was out and already months of work was overdue and now with only one machine what
5 to do. The reason I was getting promotions was because I would look at things totally different. I
6 would not consider issues like everyone else, but simply considered matters to my own idea’s.

14 want to take a medical treatment for an illness I do not have.
15 2. The drug companies, politicians, medical establishment, and media have joined forces to
16 universally refer to this as a vaccine when it is not one, with the intention of manipulating
17 people into feeling safer about undergoing a medical treatment. Because they are being
18 deceitful, I do not trust them, and want nothing to do with their medical treatment.
19 3. The presumed benefits of this medical treatment are minimal and would not last long in
20 any case. The establishment acknowledges this, and is already talking about additional shots
21 and ever-increasing numbers of new “vaccines” that would be required on a regular basis. I
22 refuse to turn myself into a chronic patient who receives injections of new pharmaceutical
23 products on a regular basis simply to reduce my chances of getting a severe case of a virus that

43 personal medical data to be shared with any such entity, nor was I even asked. I will not

45 9. The executives and board members at Pfizer are on record that they have not taken their
46 own treatment, despite all the fanfare and assurances. They are claiming that they would
47 consider it unfair to “cut the line”. This is a preposterous excuse, and it takes an unbelievable
48 amount of chutzpah to even say such a thing. Such a “line” is a figment of their own
49 imagination; if they hogged a couple of injections for themselves no one would cry foul. In
50 addition, billionaires with private jets and private islands are not known for waiting in line

2 concern. Moreover, they laud Pfizer’s executives for their supposed self-sacrifice in not taking

7  Bill Gates is touting these vaccines as essential to the survival of the human race.
8  Bill Gates believes the world has too many people and needs to be “depopulated”.

11 12. The establishment has been entirely one-sided in celebrating this treatment. The
12 politicians and media are urging people to take it as both a moral and civic duty. The benefits
13 of the treatment are being greatly exaggerated, the risks are being ignored, and the unknowns
14 are being brushed aside. Because they are being deceitful and manipulative, I will not gamble
15 my personal wellbeing on their integrity.
16 13. There is an intense propaganda campaign for people to take this treatment. Politicians
17 and celebrities are taking selfies of themselves getting injected (perhaps in some cases
18 pretending to get injected), the media is hyping this as the coolest, smartest, most happy and
19 fun thing to do. It is the most widespread marketing campaign in history. This is not at all
20 appropriate for any medical treatment, let alone a brand new one, and it makes me recoil.
21 14. The masses are following in tow, posting pictures of themselves getting injected with a
22 drug, feeding the mass peer pressure to do the same. There is something very alarming and
23 sick about this, and I want no part of it. I never took drugs just because “everyone’s doing it”
24 and it’s cool. I’m certainly not going to start now.
25 15. Those who raise concerns about this medical treatment are being bullied, slandered,
26 mocked, censored, ostracized, threatened, and fired from their jobs. This includes medical
27 professionals who have science-based concerns about the drug and caregivers who have
28 witnessed people under their charge suffering horrible reactions and death shortly after being
29 injected. When the establishment is purging good people who risk everything simply to raise
30 concerns about a new medical treatment — even if they don’t outright oppose it — I will trust
31 these brave people over the establishment every time. I cannot think of a single similar case in
32 history when truth and morality turned out to be on the side of the establishment.
33 16. This is the greatest medical experiment in the history of the human race.
34 17. It is purposely not being portrayed as the greatest medical experiment in the history of
35 the human race, and the fact that it is a medical experiment at all is being severely
36 downplayed.
37 18. Were they up front with the masses, very few would agree to participate in such an
38 experiment. Manipulating the masses to participate in a medical experiment under false
39 pretenses violates the foundations of medical ethics and democratic law. I will not allow
40 unethical people who engage in such conduct to inject me with anything
41 19. The medical establishment is not informing people about any of this. They have become
42 marketing agents for an experimental drug, serving huge companies and politicians who have
43 made deals with them. This is a direct conflict with their mandate to concern themselves
44 exclusively with the wellbeing of the people under their care. Since the medical establishment
45 has become corrupted, and has become nothing more than a corporate and political tool, I do
46 not trust the experimental drug they want so badly to inject me with.
47 20. We are being pressured in various ways to get injected, which violates medical ethics and
48 the foundations of democratic society. The best way to get me not to do something is to
49 pressure me to do it.
50 21. The government has sealed their protocol related to the virus and treatments for
51 THIRTY YEARS. This is information that the public has a right to know, and the government
52 has a responsibility to share. What are they covering up? Do they really expect me to believe

16 me recoil, and only further cements my distrust of these people and my opposition to taking

18 24. I know of many people who got injected, but none of them studied the science in depth,
19 carefully weighed the potential benefits against the risks, compared this option to other
20 alternatives, was truly informed, and decided this medical treatment was the best option
21 for them. On the contrary, they got injected because of the hype, the propaganda, the pressure,
22 the fear, blind trust in what “the majority of experts” supposedly believed (assuming THEY all
23 studied everything in depth and were completely objective, which is highly dubious), blind
24 trust in what certain influential rabbis urged them to do (ditto the above), or hysterical fear that
25 the only option was getting injected or getting seriously ill from the virus. When I see mass

35 26. Indeed, the horror stories are already coming in at warp speed, but the politicians are not
36 the least bit concerned, the medical establishment is brushing them aside as unrelated or
37 negligible, the media is ignoring it, the drug companies are steaming ahead at full speed,
38 and those who raise a red flag continue to be bullied, censored, and punished. Clearly my
39 life and my wellbeing are not their primary concern. I will not be their next guinea pig in their
40 laboratory. I will not risk being the next “coincidence”.
41 27. Although many people have died shortly after getting injected — including perfectly
42 healthy young people — we are not allowed to imply that the injection had anything to do
43 with it. Somehow this is anti-science and will cause more people to die. I believe that denying
44 any possible link, abusing people who speculate that there might be a link, and demonstrating

46 could very well cause more people to die. These same people believe I am obligated to get

24 The controversy over whether the SARS-CoV-2 virus has ever been isolated or purified continues. However,
25 using the above definition, common sense, the laws of logic and the dictates of science, any unbiased person
26 must come to the conclusion that the SARS-CoV-2 virus has never been isolated or purified. As a result, no
27 confirmation of the virus’ existence can be found. The logical, common sense, and scientific consequences of
28 this fact are:
29 * the structure and composition of something not shown to exist can’t be known, including the presence,
30 structure, and function of any hypothetical spike or other proteins;
31 * the genetic sequence of something that has never been found can’t be known;
32 * “variants” of something that hasn’t been shown to exist can’t be known;
33 * it’s impossible to demonstrate that SARS-CoV-2 causes a disease called Covid-19.
34 In as concise terms as possible, here’s the proper way to isolate, characterize and demonstrate a new virus.
35 First, one takes samples (blood, sputum, secretions) from many people (e.g. 500) with symptoms which are
36 unique and specific enough to characterize an illness. Without mixing these samples with ANY tissue or
37 products that also contain genetic material, the virologist macerates, filters and ultracentrifuges i.e. purifies
38 the specimen. This common virology technique, done for decades to isolate bacteriophages [4a] and so-
39 called giant viruses in every virology lab, then allows the virologist to demonstrate with electron microscopy
40 thousands of identically sized and shaped particles. These particles are the isolated and purified virus.
41 These identical particles are then checked for uniformity by physical and/or microscopic techniques. Once
42 the purity is determined, the particles may be further characterized. This would include examining the
43 structure, morphology, and chemical composition of the particles. Next, their genetic makeup is
44 characterized by extracting the genetic material directly from the purified particles and using genetic-
45 sequencing techniques, such as Sanger sequencing, that have also been around for decades. Then one does an
46 analysis to confirm that these uniform particles are exogenous (outside) in origin as a virus is conceptualized
47 to be, and not the normal breakdown products of dead and dying tissues. [4b] (As of May 2020, we know
48 that virologists have no way to determine whether the particles they’re seeing are viruses or just normal
49 break-down products of dead and dying tissues.) [4c]
50 If we have come this far then we have fully isolated, characterized, and genetically sequenced an exogenous
51 virus particle. However, we still have to show it is causally related to a disease. This is carried out by
52 exposing a group of healthy subjects (animals are usually used) to this isolated, purified virus in the manner
53 in which the disease is thought to be transmitted. If the animals get sick with the same disease, as confirmed
54 by clinical and autopsy findings, one has now shown that the virus actually causes a disease. This
55 demonstrates infectivity and transmission of an infectious agent.
56 None of these steps has even been attempted with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, nor have all these steps been
57 successfully performed for any so-called pathogenic virus. Our research indicates that a single study showing
58 these steps does not exist in the medical literature.

1 Instead, since 1954, virologists have taken unpurified samples from a relatively few people, often less than
2 ten, with a similar disease. They then minimally process this sample and inoculate this unpurified sample
3 onto tissue culture containing usually four to six other types of material — all of which contain identical
4 genetic material as to what is called a “virus.” The tissue culture is starved and poisoned and naturally
5 disintegrates into many types of particles, some of which contain genetic material. Against all common
6 sense, logic, use of the English language and scientific integrity, this process is called “virus isolation.” This
7 brew containing fragments of genetic material from many sources is then subjected to genetic analysis,
8 which then creates in a computer-simulation process the alleged sequence of the alleged virus, a so called in
9 silico genome. At no time is an actual virus confirmed by electron microscopy. At no time is a genome
10 extracted and sequenced from an actual virus. This is scientific fraud.
11 The observation that the unpurified specimen — inoculated onto tissue culture along with toxic antibiotics,
12 bovine fetal tissue, amniotic fluid and other tissues — destroys the kidney tissue onto which it is inoculated
13 is given as evidence of the virus’ existence and pathogenicity. This is scientific fraud.
14 From now on, when anyone gives you a paper that suggests the SARS-CoV-2 virus has been isolated, please
15 check the methods sections. If the researchers used Vero cells or any other culture method, you know that
16 their process was not isolation. You will hear the following excuses for why actual isolation isn’t done:
17 1. There were not enough virus particles found in samples from patients to analyze.
18 2. Viruses are intracellular parasites; they can’t be found outside the cell in this manner.
19 If No. 1 is correct, and we can’t find the virus in the sputum of sick people, then on what evidence do we
20 think the virus is dangerous or even lethal? If No. 2 is correct, then how is the virus spread from person to
21 person? We are told it emerges from the cell to infect others. Then why isn’t it possible to find it?
22 Finally, questioning these virology techniques and conclusions is not some distraction or divisive issue.
23 Shining the light on this truth is essential to stop this terrible fraud that humanity is confronting. For, as we
24 now know, if the virus has never been isolated, sequenced or shown to cause illness, if the virus is imaginary,
25 then why are we wearing masks, social distancing and putting the whole world into prison?
26 Finally, if pathogenic viruses don’t exist, then what is going into those injectable devices erroneously called

13 Harbison upheld this submission. As such proving that an Administrator (Guardian) must act
14 within the confines of the Rule of Law. In regard of the Order of Administration the sole ground
15 I pursued was that the expert (medical) witnesses both had made an assessment upon a fictitious
16 legal status that didn’t exist in law. After various adjournments the appeal was upheld. As such,
17 proving that no matter how elaborate any medical/scientific report/advice might be if it lack a
18 proper legal basis it is utterly worthless.

20 Therefore, if the “advisers” to the TGA assumed something such as SARS-CoV-2 when they had
21 no actual evidence to prove its existence then their advice to the TGA I view has no basis in law.
22 Likewise if any resident in a nursing home had any known mental issue preventing them to make
23 an “informed” decision then unless a duly appointed “Guardian” “Administrator” had given
24 “informed” consent for the particular resident to be vaccinated and/or to be subjected to a
25 “medical treatment” then any vaccination/“medical treatment” I view would have been unlawful.

27 If for example the advisors to the TGA gave advise purporting that the mRNA was a
28 “vaccination” instead of a “medical treatment” then I view such advice would have been
29 without basis in law, and as such utterly worthless.
30 Likewise, if the TGA approved any “vaccine” for “EMERGENCY USE ONLY” for “clinical
31 trials” knowing or likely knowing that it didn’t involve any “vaccine” as such but rather a
32 medical experiment then I view the TGA approval would be without basis in law and as such
33 utterly worthless. In my view there can be absolutely no legal justification for the tGA to
34 somehow short cut the ordinary assessment process and blatantly disregard to conduct under its
35 own supervision any “clinical trials” regarding something that never before was used as a
36 “medical treatment”. Regardless what advice, if any, the TGA may have been provided with by
37 the “sponsor” (Pfizer) and/or any advisers it cannot abrogate its legal responsibility to ensure
38 that any substance that is injected must be subjected to a proper and critical examination by
39 itself. After all the advisers and the sponsor can both have overlooked or simply deliberately
40 have concealed certain details and the TGA therefore MUST ensure for the safety of all
41 Australians that it adheres to appropriate conduct in establishing that a completely new kind of
42 alleged “vaccine” is actually a “vaccine” and not some “medical treatment” instead and that it
43 goes through the various controlled and supervised “clinical trials” involving certain number of
44 Australians before unleashed upon the general community. In my view any failure by the TGA
45 to follow normal procedures could very well result that in case of any adverse reaction by
46 anyone that could have serious consequences for the particular individual or even death then the
47 TGA likely could be held legally liable, in particular if it involves one or more deaths.
48 The TGA has a statutory legal duty and responsibility and in my view it is totally irrelevant of
49 the TGA may have been provided incorrect advice and/or details from whomever as ultimately it
50 is the decision maker and must take appropriate steps that even if it had been deceived/mislead
51 being it accidentally and/or purpose it rigid system of checking matters should have born out this
52 to be so. If however the TGA decides to blatantly disregard proper protocols merely because it

1 might have been so to say “spooked” by all kinds of claims by the Government or others then it
2 cannot excuse itself as the very purpose of having the TGA is that it must be standing well above
3 any fear mongering and political pressure. The TGA has absolutely no justification to place any
4 Australian his/her safety, wellbeing and indeed life at risk merely because the TGA desire to
5 please the Government and/or anyone else being it for certain favours in return and/or some
6 financial or other benefits in return.
7 In my view considering that the Federal Government is determine to try in various manner to
8 pressure individuals to be “vaccinated” and in the process conceal the dangers of being
9 “injected” with what Moderna makes known is a “computer program” “mRNA” then I view
10 the TGSA should immediately have suspended/withdrawn the provisional approval
11 Pfizer“COMIRNATY BNT162b2 (mRNA)” if only to review and reconsider if in the
12 circumstances prevailing and the intend by the Federal Government to pursue about everyone to
13 be “injected” even so already a medical doctor seemed to be lacking proper training causing
14 reportedly a massive 4 times to inject the prescribed amount then any failure by the TGA to
15 pursue this I view may also likely result that any subsequent harm or even death those of the
16 TGA can be held liable with criminal sanctions TO BE AWARDED. Likewise I view the same
17 for any adviser/Department of health and others who failed to act appropriately. .

19 If any nursing home and/or other care facilities, including any hospital had authorized the
20 purported vaccination of an individual who lacked the capacity to make an “informed” decision
21 then I view the so called “vaccination” would have been without basis in law and so utterly
22 unlawful. Indeed, if the purported “vaccination” was in fact a medical experiment with a
23 “medical treatment” and the individual or any lawful appointed carer was not properly informed
24 of this to make an “informed” decision then I view that such purported “vaccination” would have
25 constituted a criminal offence.

27 As the TGA boost on its website to essentially supervise any “clinical trial” then where it failed
28 to do so then I view it failure to withdraw any approval and allowing any individual to be
29 harmed makes those of the TGA making the decision liable in law.

31 In my view, the TGA had also a legal obligation to step in and counter act the mantra of the
32 Federal government that it related to a “vaccine” where it knew or should have known that the
33 Federal government was deceptive and misleading potential participants in any “clinical trial” by
34 pretending that the “medical treatment” was merely a “vaccination”. In my view the TGA had a
35 legal obligation to ensure that all and any participant could make an “informed” decision to
36 participate or not. It had no right to allow misconception, misleading claims to be left without
37 any corrections.

38 expected that non-medical trained person in any setting could appropriately dilute the
39 dose without contaminating either in the process cause uncalled harm to the individual?
40 What protocols are in place that only properly medical trained persons are permitted to

42 (e) Please provide details as to that it has been reported that a “doctor” injected 2 residents
43 in a nursing home with 4 times the amount that should have been injected and it was
44 claimed the doctor allegedly wasn’t properly trained. Yet, the Federal Government is
45 promoting persons in pharmacies and others to inject individuals who have more than
46 likely less, if any, training then the doctor had. What precaution is in place that the
47 same or similar incidents will not eventuate again that could cause severe harm if not
48 death to a resident?
