• PROJECT TITLE : DESIGN & ANALYSIS OF 5 PORT JUNCTION FOR

SOFTWARE DEFINE RADIO RECEIVER APPLICATION .

Description: Design RF front end for Software Define Radio (SDR) application
baseing on project The RF signals are first down-converted, then such down-converted
signals are digitized and sent to the DSP, Signals are down-converted from RF to
baseband directly by a six-port junction. Implement new design (FIVE PORT
JUNCTION) Which leads than six port Junction and Analyzing S-PARAMETERS
,that is done by using AGILLENT ADVANCED DESIGN SYSTEM.
Design of RF Front End: Six port Direct converter which work on Ka -Band .
Five port Direct converter which work on Ka -Band .
Wilkinson 2 way power divider/ combiner.
Design3-dBDirectional coupler ,Power splitters.

PROJECT TITLE : DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF L/S BAND LNA .

APPLICATION : SATELLITE OR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
DESCRIPTION : This L/S-band low noise amplifier is intended for use in
modern solid state communication equipment, where high reliability microwave
signal amplification, high dynamic range are important factors. These MGA 17516
LNA has have the Low noise figure of 0.8Db,Mag of 35Db,and I/O VSWR 1.5:1,I/O
Impedance is 50ohms.

with (BONN HUNGARY ELECTRONICS) Design and Manufactures, HUNGARY.
