It is with very great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Aishwarya Shree to support
her graduate application for admission into New Jersey Institute of Technology. I have
had the pleasure of having Aishwarya join my team at Deloitte as a Senior Analyst in Jun
2017-Jun 2019.

Aishwarya has been a critical part of the project and key to a lot of milestones for our project.
She has worked with several specialists across Deloitte to develop our analytics big data
platform. She has proved herself to be an asset to our team and an excellent team player.
Her commitment to the project is commendable often staying back as needed to help meet
aggressive timelines. She is always willing to take on work and never hesitant to step out of
her comfort zone even if it meant learning a completely new technology. She is also curious
to learn more and volunteers to help on other projects to expand her skillset. A deep passion
for technology and has been one of the few well-rounded professionals I have worked
with.

Aishwarya has been a quick learner. She is quick to grasp new technologies and articulate
her ideas and solutions clearly. During her time on the project, she worked on understanding
the data model of several ERP systems, writing optimized SQL queries for data wrangling.
She has experience working in Spark SQL and writing data wrangling procedures for big
data systems. She worked on understand architectures of systems that she hadn’t worked
on before and figuring out a good data acquisition strategy for them. She has a good
analytical mindset and figures out the optimal way to accomplish task at hand. Aishwarya’s
possesses excellent soft skills and can articulate her thoughts really well. Her ability to
remain unflustered during busy periods such as year-end proves her ability work well under
pressure. In appreciation of her extraordinary efforts and work commitment we have
recognized her as an outstanding performer three times during her 2-year term at
Deloitte.

Academically, she is extremely strong student, earning 80% and above throughout her
school career. She is also university topper acquiring 9.11 CGPA from her post-
graduation in Master of Computer application that she completed in the year 2011 from
College of Engineering, Anna University which is one amongst the top and reputed institution
in South Asian countries.

Aishwarya had presented her research paper on ‘Behavioral Analysis from Facial
Expression Recognition’ held at Satyabhama University - A national level International
Society of Automation (ISA) Student meet & won 1st prize in the year 2011. Also presented
paper on 'Rainfall Prediction Using Artificial Neural Networks' at Concotix 09 - A national
level technical symposium conducted by Satyabhama University in association with
instruments society of India - 2009 & won 2nd prize.

She has worked for Asst. Prof. B. Sowmya, Satyabhama University (current role: Dr.
Sowmya, Head or Principal, Alpha College of Engineering, Chennai, India) for her PhD
research in ‘Image Processing for Detection & Removal of Cracks’ year 2009. Also,
worked for research scholar S. Muthu Lakshmi, Anna University for her PhD research in
‘Design and Development of Behavioral Based System’ year 2011.
Among her many achievements and accomplishments, Aishwarya’s possesses solid writing
skills that have enabled her to compose quality correspondence. She also has the analytical
skills to diagnose problems and devise viable solutions.

Overall, Aishwarya exhibits the qualities of a leader as well as a great individual who has

had ample experience and excels academically in challenging, college level courses. She is
an intelligent, well-rounded, and grounded individual who challenges herself and actively
seeks new opportunities and experiences. She has the determination, maturity, and
intelligence to succeed in any endeavour and always maintains a positive attitude. Her
academic and personal achievements show that she is committed to her education and will
work hard to achieve her goals. She exudes confidence and has a vivid, outgoing, and
friendly personality that allows her to get along with others very well in any setting. I admire
her intelligence, sincerity, honesty, and integrity and am impressed by her discipline as an
independent learner. She is a highly motivated individual with a thirst for knowledge.

Aishwarya Shree with her commitment, experience, passion for knowledge and willingness
