Upsides of the job are, working in a lab and in the field, combines
multiple different science disciplines, and majority of the time works
alongside with law enforcement. Downside of the job would be
having to speak in court, and it takes time to build up a salary,
depending on experience. Responsibilities include using scientific
methods to investigate physical evidence, analyze evidence from
crime scenes, and give testimonies based on the results. The salary
ranges from $34600 - $97200 with $58230 being the median. Salary
depends where you are employed, if it's with the government it is
higher. There is a positive outlook for careers in forensic science

in different places, learn a lot, and help other people. Downsides
would include the pressure of the job and the impact of referring a
patient to the wrong person. The responsibilities of a geneticist
include, evaluating and diagnosing patients hereditary conditions,
study how life forms vary, and research things such as disease
resistance. The salary ranges from $48700 - $133100 with the
median being $82800. The future outlook of the job is not high, only
an 8% increase (in America) through 2016-2026. With a career such
as this, there are many opportunities to branch out an travel,
especially if you had the chance to work alongside an archeologist.
