The Kingdom and the New Age

The kingdom age is a new age in relationship to the old age of the LAW. The old age came to an end with the destruction of the temple in A.D. 70. The new age is an age of salvation, redemption, joy, peace, and righteousness. The old would fade away and become obsolete. This was happening when the book of Hebrews was written.

Heb.8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which
decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

The announcement of the KINGDOM was an announcement that a NEW AGE was arriving.

The Old Age was characterized by mourning, death, and tears because of the LAW of SIN and DEATH.

The new age is characterized by joy and life because of the LAW of the SPIRIT of Life in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. We now live in the NEW. The NEW is superior to the OLD. The NEW AGE is the KINGDOM AGE (The Age of Ages, Eph.3:21. YLT). The New Age contains:

NEW WINE and NEW WINESKIN Matthew 9:17

Neither do men put NEW WINE into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

NEW CREATURE 2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW CREATURE: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Galatians 6:15
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but a NEW CREATURE.

NEW COVENANT Hebrews 8:8

For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

NEW HEAVENS and NEW EARTH Isaiah 65:17

For, behold, I create NEW HEAVENS and a NEW EARTH: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

Isaiah 66:22
For as the NEW HEAVENS and the NEW EARTH, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.
