>> IT Advisory – Microsoft practice

IT advisory – MS practice focuses on key enterprise solution and technologies like:

• MS D365 F&O - As an ERP tool

• MS D365 CE – As CRM tool.

• MS technology (.NET, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure and BI) tools

KPMG IT Advisory’s Microsoft related services provides assistance to clients throughout the life cycle of an
ERP/CRM deployment project in context of the above-mentioned solutions. ITA – MS practice services include:
 Programme management and office setup
 ERP/CRM/Portal/BI implementation
 Process mapping
 Pre and post implementation review
 Ongoing post go-live support
 Version upgrade
Through these tools and programmes, MS practice aims at providing services in the areas of financial
management, human resource management, supply chain management, customer relationship management
and Professional Projects management.

>> ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Will work with client facing teams from KPMG and will be responsible for specific responsibilities in delivery of
projects in one or more of the following areas:
 Installing and configuring MS D365 F&O or CE
 Working with Consultants and Developers to tailor implementations to business needs as Functional
consultant role
 Developing in X++ / .NET programming language

The desired candidate will be required to perform MS functional/ Technical work on one or multiple tools
mentioned above. You will act as a functional/ technical expert in the support and upgrade of MS D365 F&O /
MS D365 CE/ MS Technologies in particular on the Functional/Technical side. Other requirements involve fit /
gap identifications and constant interactions with the technical team to identify system specifications.
