Thank you for your e mail to me about Great Leader Martin Luther King !

Now I am going to share with you a very important information.. We had a

dream for a "Free Democratic Turkey. "Great Leader Ataturk gave us this
dream in 1923.

Nation of Turkey is about to loose this dream now under present government.
Present Radical Islamic Government has been arresting democratic minded
intellectuals and keeping them in Jail since 2007.

They are planting false weapons in their homes and arresting them at night from
their beds. Now thousands of them have been detained in jails within last 3 yrs.
These are teachers, well known writers, professors, businessman, journalists, 4
star generals etc.

Just recently they gave a life sentence to Former Mayor of Istanbul and they
asked Interpol to catch him. Why? Because he is a secular minded democratic
person.

These democratic mined people have committed no offense greater than

speaking for Turkey to stay as Secular Democratic Country.

Present government making Turkish Police to arrest these innocent people under
"Ergenekon Case" which is a lie planted by Government to get rid of Democracy
and Democratic minded people in Turkey.

Legal experts say zealous prosecutors have detained dozens of

suspects without charges, and incriminating conversations
intercepted from cell phones, as well as private documents, including
love letters, seized during raids, have surfaced in pro-government
newspapers and on Web sites.
In an extensive study of the case for the Central Asia-Caucasus
Institute, a Washington research institute affiliated with Johns
Hopkins University, Gareth Jenkins, a Turkey specialist, noted the
pervasive fear among Western analysts of Turkey that Ergenekon
“represents a major step, not, as its proponents maintain, towards the
consolidation of pluralistic democracy in Turkey, but towards an
authoritarian one-party state.”
In Ms. Celikel’s view, the fate of her predecessor at the charity,
Turkan Saylan, an outspoken 73-year-old, is evidence of a political
pogrom.
In April, as Ms. Saylan was recovering from chemotherapy for breast
cancer, police officers raided her home, carting away dozens of files.
Colleagues say she was put on a watch list by prosecutors because of
her secular political views. She died of cancer the next month. No
charges were ever brought.

They are exactly doing like "Iran" what Mollas of Iran did to bring Islamic
Goverment. Does the world need Second Iran (Turkey) ?

Soon they will start to execute the detainees just like they did in Iran and bring
Seriat and diminish Democracy and Freedom in Turkey in front of the whole
world....

Alkaida and Hizbullah’s Turkish Islamic militants are kidnapping and killing
secular people in Turkey. They falsified the elections just like they did in Iran.

Everyone is very afraid in Turkey now all of the freedoms are being taken away. .
The last time people were afraid to discuss a public court case in the
West was during the McCarthy trials in the U.S.

Turkish Nation is suffering now Martin Luther King would not allow this !

Present government preparing Turkish citizens against Israel as well...

There is no freedom of Speech or Freedom of Media in Turkey any Longer.

Are we going to watch this Radical Islamic Government to end Democracy in

Turkey?

Ergenokan case is being watched closely in Brussels,

headquarters of the European Union
Please we are crying help !!!

President Obama came as a hope for the US and for the World as well. He is
doing very well in this very difficult task.

We as Turkish Americans will always support him , vote for him and work for him
all the way to the end.

Please discuss this letter with Mr. President and help especially to these
vulnerable woman of Turkey...
If you could please Google under Ergenekon Case in Turkey you will find
plenty of articles from NY Times to others.

Complaints have been made to Human Rights Groups and they have told them
to release Democratic/Secular detainies but Government is not paying any
attention to anyone.

Please tell them to release these innocent people from Jails...
