1.7. Do not touch the connector with wet hands:

To avoid risk of electric shock

1.8. During the repair service, it’s better to wear antistatic gloves and wrist stripe to avoid
PCB damaging and workers

2. Srvicing Precaution:
2.1. Preparation:
The preparation for repair in a defective PDP is necessary , ex:a stable working table,
repair tools, measuring equipments , replace parts …etc。

2.2. Using the specified components:

Some components provide fire-resist and endure high-voltage. So when replace these
parts, should use the same characteristic components. So when replace a component
should according to the BOM form for an assigned component.
2.3. Stable the components and recovery the wiring :
Some components are using isolated sleeve or adhesive tape to isolate from the electric
board. Moreover the interior wiring should be arranged again to prevent the interference
from given out heat components and high voltage components. So after repairing , should
recover the same layout of the PDP.
2.4. Integrity of the electric circuit :
Use the specified components to replace the defective parts . Under any circumstance,do
not try to modified the electric circuit .
2.5. Safety check after repairing:

9. Alignment Procedure
9.1 PC Module:

RGB 1(D-SUB) RGB 2 (DVI)

For operating the Plasma unit as a PC monitor.

D-SUB (15 PIN) connects to analog RGB output interface
(Input option RGB 1).
DVI connects to digital RGB output interface (Input option RGB 2).

Note:
1. The DVI connector of the Display is DVI-I, which does not support analog
signal input.
2. The RS-232 connector of the Display provides a transmission interface for
professional technicians to update firmware, without providing additional
communication functions.
9.2 PC Module + Video Module:
RGB 1 (D-SUB) RGB 2 (DVI)

The functions of D-SUB, DVI and RS-232 terminals are the same as for the PC
module.
The component terminal (Y/PbCb/PrCr) connects to the component output of a
video output device (such as DVD or HDTV TUNER). The audio should input
via Audio 1 (INPUT Option Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr).
The S-Video terminal connects to the Y/C S-Video output of a video output
device (such as S-VHS or DVD). The audio should input via Audio 2 (INPUT
Option S-Video).
CVBS In terminal connects to the CVBS (Video) output of a video output device
(such as VHS, S-VHS or DVD). The audio should input via Audio 2 (INPUT
Option AV1).
The S-Video and CVBS inputs share the Audio 2 input.
The CVBS Out terminal can be used to connect the unit to another TV or display
and transmits the signal input via CVBS to the other display.
7.3 PC Module + Enhanced PC Module
The functions of D-SUB, DVI and RS-232 terminals are the same as for the PC
module.
The Display provides 4 RGB inputs (3 analog and 1 digital) and 1 RGB output.
The 3 analog inputs include 2 D-SUB terminals (INPUT Option RGB 1 and RGB 3)
and 1 set of 5-axial BNC terminals (INPUT Option RGB 4).
The PC-Audio input can be used in conjunction with any set of RGB inputs.
The D-SUB OUT terminal provides an output connection for RGB 3 and RGB 4
input signals. This can be used to connect to another panel, monitor or display.
