Sr. DESCRIPTION OF DEFECTIVE ITMES Status


No
1 Improper Welding and worn-out paint of main gate need to
be rectified.

2 Door hard wares have become loose and are to be fixed


and repaired properly.

3 Cracks have been appeared in all external doors.

4 Joints of bibcock are leaking in science laboratory room.

5 Paint/polish of External and internal doors need to be


rectified.

6 Muslim showers toilet of Staff Room is to be replaced.

7 Border of tiles in all toilet bock has not been yet fixed

8 Tube light covers have not been provided at level


III & Level II.

9 Loose mesh panels and detached Wire mesh from of all


Aluminum windows are to be replaced.

10 Water seepage is occurring from internal OWT on walls of


library room.

11 Diagrams of all electric Distribution boards have not yet


been pasted.

12 Alignment of Gypsum Gola is to be done

13 Proper connection point is to be provided at the location of


water cooler.

14 Loose Mixture of kitchen sink need to be replaced.

15 Flush tanks of all bathrooms are unserviceable and P-
Traps have been choked.

16 Gratings of all flow traps have not been yet provided.

17 Waste pipes are to be provided in laboratories.

18 Cracks on walls are to be repaired.

19 Polish of Wooden railing of all internal stairs has been


worn-out.

20 Loose Wash hand basin in toilet blocks are to be repaired


and waste pipes are to be properly fixed.

21 Kitchen Sink is to be adjusted properly.

22 Gypsum gola to be rectified/unaligned locations.

23 Wall tiles are missing in some both rooms

24 Seepage absolved on external side of wall of kitchen.

25 Damaged and split floor tiles are to repaired/replaced

EXTERNAL ITEMS
26 Water supply has not been yet made functional.

27 Cracks appeared at face of shade of whole buildings have


not still been rectified.

28 Bar bid wire fixing for remaining GGHS Property.

29 Fixing of sump cover slab for drain water.

30 Minor cracks rectification and paint of boundary wall are


required.

31 Vent pipe cowls are still to be fixed.

32 Damaged plinth protection is to be repaired.

33 Toe wall cracks are to be repaired.

32 Crack and fissures have been appeared on top of


stone wall along external stairs which could be
dangerous in near future.

33 Improper Drainage of storm water at terraces of


first and second floors. Drainage is to be made
functional

34 Broken khaprail is to be replaced.
