1- Talk about your favorite food and why you like it. Check your
last time at a restaurant. What did you eat? Include photos.
Introduction
In this final work I will talk about my favorite food which I have liked since I was
a child and still love it.
I'm talking about what in the Dominican Republic we call the Dominican flag,
rice, beans and meat, which I accompany either with a rich avocado or green or
mixed salad.
This is the food that identifies us as Dominicans.
Talk about your favorite food and why you like it. Refer to your last time
at a restaurant. What did you eat? Include photos
Rice is a food full of properties and health benefits that provide the basic
sustenance for more than half of the world's population.
It is the most appreciated cereal for its balanced nutritional properties.
People prepare it in different ways but my favorite is white so that it can be
accompanied by stewed beans, it doesn't matter if it is red, black, among
others.
Kidney beans are a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A (vitamin B2).
They contain anti-inflammatory properties, which is why they help reduce the
symptoms of certain diseases such as asthma, arthritis and rheumatism
I like meat stewed or fried, be it chicken, beef, pork, goat, etc. Meat contains
high levels of B vitamins such as thiamine B1, B3, B6 and B12. It also has
vitamin A and E. Minerals. Depending on the type of meat, we will naturally
obtain iron and zinc, highly recommended for people suffering from anemia.
My last time at a restaurant a year ago and it was at a resort in Puerto Plata in
November.
I ate a variety of food but among them my favorite food.
Conclution
To conclude with the topic of my favorite food, which as I explained is rice,
beans and meat with salad, I can tell you that it is one of the best dishes that
the Dominican Republic has, they are also very healthy foods and contain many
vitamins.
