Greeting!

Legal Education Board Memorandum Order No. ____ provides that the Dean of
the College of Law shall be an LLM holder. In view of this, the undersigned took
it upon herself to enroll in the LLM program of the San Beda College of Law in
partnership with Cor Jesu College of Law of Digos City.

Initially, the undersigned, together with the then Associate Dean Atty. Marco
Ray S. Gleyo, wrote to your office asking for financial support in the pursuit of
their LLM degrees. However, the same did not materialize for reasons which are
not clear to the undersigned.

Now in her final year, the undersigned wishes to reiterate the said request for
financial assistance only for her final semester (insert months here dzaiiii).

Per attached statement of account, the undersigned still has Php___________

outstanding balance for her tuition and other fees. The undersigned
understands that there is no existing guideline or policy for institutional
scholarship assistance for College of Law faculty members. However, the LLM
program is a requirement of the Legal Education Board and the undersigned
believes that it will redound to the benefit of the College of Law.

Moreover, the undersigned believes that it is high time that the College of Law
faculty members be included in the institutional scholarship program of the
University. After all, the LLM program is likewise a post-graduate program,
much like that of a master’s degree or a doctorate degree, albeit with varying
levels of difficulty and complexity.

May this request merit your kind consideration.
