Section 3. Strategies. In orderto ensurethe successfulimplementation

of the NGP,the followingstrategiesshallbe adopted:

3.1 Socral Mohilization

3.3 Provision of Incentives

Section6. lmplementing Guidelines,All participatingagencies/

Section 9. RepealingClause. All rules and regulationsand other

Section 10. Effectivity. This ExecutiveOrder shall take effect
