long do I need to wait before my GIRO arrangement is effective? It will about 1 month to process. When will the GIRO deduction be made?
A deduction will only be made from your bank account by the first week of the month. The amount deducted will be reflected in your
Signature Date bank statements. Can I stop GIRO payment on a particular bill? Yes, you can by writing in to us at encom@ecss.org.sg, but you will
need to give us at least 7 working days before the next deduction date. You can also inform the bank to stop the GIRO deduction.
