● Born in Michigan
● Born half deaf and half hearing (hard of hearing)
● Grew up with lots of brothers and sisters
● Grew up in a single parent household
● Started singing and dancing at a young age
● Wore hearing aids for a while
● Great Childhood
● Struggled with having a deaf parent
● Struggled with being deaf
● Made lots of friends
● Lost lots friends
● Difficult relationship with my dad
● Began to be comfortable talking to people about my career

Future Goals

My future goals are to be successful, to be happy, and to be doing something I loved,

but my number one and biggest goal is to win a grammy. It may seem so crazy and
most likely not possible but I will make it.

● Start off by moving somewhere else and refresh on life, it may not seem like a step to
achieve my future goals, but it would help my mentality, and every little thing to achieve
my future goal counts, in order to go through the route to achieve your goals, I need to
make sure I’m healthy mentally and physically
● Make different types of songs to see where I fit in and where I’m most comfortable
singing in, start introducing it to people
● Put all my best and hard work into my music
● Work my way up, but not to be scared of failing

A community/work issue that can be solved with a particular skill set from your career
area:

People would think there is not a lot to music and that music wouldn’t be able to help people
in my community, but obviously they are wrong. Some kids are on the streets not making the
right decisions and struggling in life. But all of them, I mean all of them have one thing in
common, they love music, they listen to it everyday. There is not one kid or teen or adult who I
know that doesn’t listen to music at all or that has no interest in it. I think if we had a music
program, and a recording studio again, or a club where we have instruments and where we
can make new music just to help them get their minds off things at home or in their life and do
something that makes them happy.
