Personalilty Ray and the Sun Sign

subsidiary to it. This process of stimulation, of readjustment, and the attainment of
established control goes on until after the third initiation. Then, when
that initiation has been taken, the physical vehicle is of a totally
different calibre and quality, and the Rules and Laws of Health no longer apply.

The personality ray expresses itself through the orthodox planetary ruler of a sign whereas the Soul ray
Expresses itself through the esoteric planetary ruler of a sign. (EA 109)

The horoscope will eventually be cast on the basis of the soul ray. (EA 89)

The astrologer must ascertain the Soul ray before he will be able to cast the adequate horoscope of the
Soul. (EA 91)

The two major rays must be assertained prior to reading the chart. (EA 513)
When the man is consciously conditioned by his soul ray he comes under the influence of one of the
Seven Solar Systems, and one of the constellations via one of the seven sacred planets. At this stage
birth months and mundane astrology become of less importance. (WM 438)
