MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR SECURITY SERVICES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This agreement was entered into by and between DR. DIGNA B. BAUZON in her capacity
as Principal IV of BUENLAG CENTRAL SCHOOL, Buenlag, Calasiao, Pangasinan and
ALLAINE P. MAYNIGO, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Calasiao. Pangasinan, to wit:
1. That ALLAINE P. MAYNIGO, was hired by DR. DIGNA B. BAUZON as Janitress in
the school effective January 1, 2021 - June 30, 2021, and may be renewed by Dr. Digna
B. Bauzon at her option;
2. That ALLAINE P. MAYNIGO, will be paid FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱5, 000.00)
Philippine currency, no more no less per month which will be taken from the School’s
Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) under the control of the
Department of Education, Schools Division Office I Pangasinan;
3. That ALLAINE P. MAYNIGO will be responsible in the school premises and its
immediate surroundings, Comfort Rooms, Principal’s Office and others like encoding,
messenger and janitorial works that Dr. Digna B. Bauzon may direct;
4. That ALLAINE P. MAYNIGO will report to school from Monday to Sunday from 8:00
AM to 5:00 PM;
5. That ALLAINE P. MAYNIGO could not demand other benefits besides his monthly pay;
6. That ALLAINE P. MAYNIGO may be terminated anytime for violation of any of the rules
of the school and those enunciated and adopted by the Department of Education;
7. That this agreement shall be binding while this agreement is subsisting except only when
revoked by DR. DIGNA B. BAUZON.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on the 8th day of January 2021 at
BUENLAG CENTRAL SCHOOL.
