Reflecting our esteemed customers’ needs, we would like to inform you of the
troubleshooting guidance collected by a various field service experiences for MP system as
attached, and this letter would be revised regularly and distributed to the customers.

System leakage is too high Check the MP oil's return quantities to tank - Find, and correct the source of leakage at the system

Low pressure at common rail FCV(FC57)'s malfunction Improper PWM signal for the FCV(FC57) - Save and send a "Shap shot" AND Contact with HGS

NO fuel injection of an injector or Measure the Coil resistance of the intector It should be in a range of 0.4 - 0.8 Ω Replace if necessary
