HOW TO ENABLE TO RUN DMS ON WINDOWS 7 (64 BIT)

Method –I

Check the correct IP configuration.

Ex: in Internet Protocol version 4 (LAN Properties)

IP : 10.0.90.12 ( 12 - Stands your LAN Series ie : 10.0.90.1 to 10.0.90. (no of

lan Computers)
Sub net Mask : 255.255.255.224.
Default Gate Way : 10.0.90.1 ( Almost the no of your Router IP)
PreferedDNS : 10.0.90.2 (the no of your Broadband Modem IP)
Alternate Dns : 10.0.1.21
(in advanced > Add > alternate DNS number and give Metric Value : 50 )

* Above Config may differs in other Platforms(xp) ex: preferred dns : 10.0.1.21
,alternate dns : 10.0.90.2)

Now check in CMD ipconfig /all it will display all infos and it must be matched with
above lan IP configs. otherwise ask appropriate people the IP number of your Modem.

Method – II - a

IE-8 > Tools > internet Options > Security > Custom Level

Active X Controls and Plugins.

 Enable : Allow Previously unused activeX controls to run without prompt
 Enable : Allow Scrip lets
 Enable : Automatic Prompting for ActiveX Control
 Enable(not Secure) : Download activeX Controls
(This will warns you this is very unsecured mode, Please ignore now and avoid it
till you get download of Sibel Interactive Framework while opening DMS)

Downloads.
 Enable : Automatic Prompting For File Downloads.
 Enable : File Down Loads.
 Enable : Font Down loads

Miscellaneous.
 Enable : Access data sources across Domains.
 Enable : Allow Webpages to use restricted protocols for active content.
 Enable : Navigate windows and frames across different domains
 Disable : Use Popup Blockers
  Enable : websites in less Privileged web content zone can navigate into zone

Method – II – b

IE-8 > Tools > internet Options > Advanced

Multimedia.
 Enable : All

Printing.
 Enable.

Security.
 Allow Software to run or install even if signature is invalid .
 Checkall : use SSL 2.0 ,3.0 and TLS 1.0 to 1.2 (all)

Method –III

Open ie8 and try to open https://10.0.4.100/edealer_enu/

(you may be warned by browser the usecered mode,plz ignore it and wait till you get
login DMS)
Wait Till Seibel’s ActiveX Controls getting Downloaded

There must be two files will be downloaded while DMS Launching Window Running :
ie:1) sibel high interactivity Frame work . 2) Sibel Gantt chart.

Windows 7 may ask you allow to get download : allow it

After Successfully Login DMS please Check and do the bellow method. (after Succeded
you may diable : Download activeX Controls in IE-8 > Tools > internet Options >
Security > Custom Level > ActiveX Controls.

IE-8 > Tools > internet Options > in Browsing History > Setting > View Objects .. this
will open Downloaded Program Files Folder

Check What Type of files were installed . you will find 1) sibel high interactivity
Frame work . 2) Sibel Gantt chart.

the target is to make windows 7 and IE8 allows to install bellow components:
1) Sibel High Interactivity Frame Work . 2) Sibel Gantt Chart.
