Restaurant Overview

2.1 Concept
About the Business

Woof Recess Café is the newest fast-casual dog friendly in the City of Bacoor that offers
healthy and delicious comfort foods and frappes for fellow humans and exciting treats for their dogs.
Places where their dogs can play in the fresh air, while dog owners can relax, have a drink, and enjoy.
Additionally, we boasts a pretty extensive menu as well, with our signature “Black Bean Burger”
made 100% no meat.

Our lay-out designs include escape-proof fencing, double entry gates, irregular shaped
enclosures, and widely spaced benches & tables. Each of these factors helps to improve safety,
facilitate play, and provide an open- friendly environment. We will use a combination of typography
and friendly dog imagery in order to promote our business.

Our café will have approximately 25 seats including our outdoor dining (patio). We offer
exclusive reservation in our café and book a reservation with us.

Woof Recess Café also provides guidelines/rules to keep every human guests and all cuddly
creature safe at all times.

Store Hours: 9 am -9 pm (7 days a week)

Logo Description

- The business logo represents a good relationship


between human and pets. It has a symbol of
coffee because it represents the calmness and
relaxation of the customers. The logo also has a
round shape because it represents the mouth of
the cup which is round and has a color of pastel
orange and white that represents calmness.

Tagline Description

- “Make a sip memory with your fur baby”


Dogs bring people together. In many
communities, people are reluctant to speak with
a stranger. Having dogs to talk about provides some common ground and helps to break the
ice.

Model

We have curated a business model for our established commerce where we believe is one of
the key factors to a profitable business as we target a specific marketplace/ customers. Our
establishment offers a variety of affordable food yet appetizing and cost friendly for consumers; aside
from this strategy where many businesses also offer we also welcome pet friendly customers as pets
specially dogs or cats are allowed in our establishment. Many customers treat their pets as a family as
well as friend or companion that is why if there are event needed to celebrate or a special day to
commemorate owners wants their pets to be part of it. This is our business value proposition. We are
also not complacent with just this business model that is the reason why it will always be improve and
revise if there were opportunities that knocks to enhance our service.

Another plan of action for the business is a good advertisement. Advertising has a crucial role
in today’s competitive marketing. Advertising performs the communicative function of informing the
consumers our products and services; a good and creative advertisement also attracts potential
customers to the market.
Flyers are also our addition to our marketing communication tool. We thought of flyer
marketing since it can be accomplished with a limited budget and without reliance on design
specialists. It is a highly versatile marketing tool for any new or growing business, or any kind of
business or project that need to create product awareness.

Woof recess cafe, we are committed to running a profitable dog-friendly restaurant while
proving that our vegan burger and other products can be appealing and delicious. Long term strategy,
we see that our business will expand more branches for the next 5 to 10 years around the Philippines.
And we are aiming to become a nationally known for being a dog friendly cafe can satisfy the hunger
of the owner while having a bond with their fur babies.
2.7 Sustainability

Woof recess cafe will make sure the sustainability to train employees for them to improve
their skills that will also sustain the improvements of products, as the employer woof recess cafe will
also sustain the maintenance of manpower to have a good employer employee relationship at the
business.
