Dear Madame,

This is in reference with the monthly rental you are paying me every 20 th day
of the month located at Dontogan Green Valley Baguio City in which the required
rental should be P 35,000.00 but you asked and beg so it was first temporarily
reduced P 30,000.00.

In line with this, you had decided to back-out from renting the residential
place but as noted on the provision of the Contract of Lease, you need to finish the
5 years contract whatever problems that may arise as signed by both parties. Not to
mention, somebody was willing to lease the place in much more higher price but as
my old tenant you asked me to renew your contract. You also told me that you
would be the one looking for 3rd party to lease the residential place at your own
expense, however I waited for this long period of time but still there is no effort on
your part to find and look for somebody to lease the place. Once more you had
asked me for a second reconsideration and I had agreed that it will be temporarily
reduced to P 25,000.00 but still you had incurred delayed payments which had also
earned penalties.

With this regard, I had only kept silent when you had been paying P
20,000.00 which was not our agreement. Since before the place became vacant
almost 10 groups had been visiting the house and all the same comments from
them were being heard which is the surrounding inside and outside the house even
the garden is totally dirty and without proper maintenance. Attached are pictures to
show how the place was put into mess since Mr. Park had total renovation of the
house and garden.

Therefore, I am hereby giving you fifteen (15) days from hereof to kindly
restore and bring up the original cleanliness and maintenance of the house and
garden, to put back all the things that was left on my house such as the refrigerator
and all the protection gears for the typhoon and to pay all your delayed balance
expect those that was given considerations before.

I hope you give this matter your most preferential attention to avoid any
inconveniences that may prosper in the future.

EASTWEST CREDIT CARD

Dear Sir/Madame,

This is in reference with the balance transfer you had once offered me after
my 1st application almost a month ago in which I had received offer letter thru fax,
email and even thru telephone call wherein one of your customer agent in the name
of certain ROSE communicated me and told me to prepare all the necessary
documents.

In line with this, constant communication was given to me and even

suggested to first settle my old balance to avail of a higher offer than P 12,000.00
and just to meet the requirements; I had paid the amount of P 10,000.00 earlier
than the said due date of my account. However, I was shocked, surprised and
disappointed when Rose informed me that it was DENIED.

Such questions had come up in me;

a. What is the reason upon the denial of your offer to me considering that your
company was the one who had given the 2nd offer of the balance transfer?

b. Who is mainly in charge for the disapproval of the transfer?

c. Why would the company offer the client and eventually DENY IT?

Whoever the person in charge or officer of my said account that had denied
the application must be biased enough to reason all the righteous reasons. So
as the company must be careful enough check the record of the clients and if
he/she is qualified or not.

With this regards, as a long time valued client of the company, why the
company would just gave me a credit limit of P 75,000 wherein other
companies had offered me 2 credit cards with limit of P 385,000 each without
any application and required documents to submit.

If this kind of attitude of such employee will prolong, sooner or later the
growth and success of the company will be affected. Because of this, I had
 decided then cancel my credit card and only pay whatever remaining balance
I had on my said account.
