To our candidate for the President of the United States

Dear Sir candidate,

In light of recent events concerning diplomatic efforts with the Kim regime in North Korea, I
believe it is critical that we continue to pursue efforts in strengthening relations with other
nations to collectively tariff and pressure the Koreans to submit to the United Nations’ human
rights policies and return to NPT weapon inspections programs to prevent unauthorized nuclear
development.

If there is one thing we have learned consistently from the Kim regime in North Korea is that
they are prone to abusing their pride and “invincible” nature ideology to take dangerously
aggressive stances in international politics in an attempt to submit their false authority over
others, notably their southern neighbors in South Korea. If we let Kim Jong-Un and the Workers
Party of Korea continue to advance their nuclear arsenal while blatantly ignoring human rights
acts against their own people, it will have potentially devastating consequences if they choose
to unleash their newly acquired atomic arsenal upon their enemies, the United States included.

To combat this threat, it is necessary that you make efforts to establish strong and secure
relations with other countries, most notably China, in order to create a cooperative environment
that would be open to collectively taking on the North Korean dilemma. Using media
involvement to create positive coverage of our growing relations will be instrumental in
convincing the general public that this is the best idea and the right direction in solving this
issue. Unity will be key in this operation, so it must take precedence in the action. Once those
ties and alliances are established, further steps can be taken to effectively quell the issue with
minimal violent resistance from the Koreans.

For decades, the totalitarian Kim regime in North Korea has ignored UN regulated human rights
policies and threatened nuclear destruction over the globe with no obvious intent to repeal their
malicious advancements. If we ever want to quell the increasingly dangerous North Korean
nuclear threat and enforce their currently dormant human rights policies as they threaten the
rest of the globe, you must encourage the United States to not interfere directly with the intent to
retaliate or strike, as it would escalate the probability of war that has devastating implications for
the globe and would further damage possibilities of unity amongst the nation. A constructive
alternative approach would be for you as President to use the US's large standing in foreign
affairs with other nations and the UN to enforce a unified motion to tariff and block trade with
North Korea. Because the nation has a struggling economy and depends on nations, primarily
China, for resources, they would need to undergo changes in their human rights policies and
nuclear programs before the other nations would be willing to resume trade. As China remains a
key player in this process, I once again stress the need to strengthen relations with them to the
best of your ability. Because China has expressed a fear of North Korea continuing their nuclear
efforts, they would most likely be cooperative in the efforts to reduce the threat of nuclear war in
their region, but this is not guaranteed. This policy allows for the North Korean threat to be
suppressed and controlled all while solidifying healthy relations with other nations involved and
preventing any violence from occurring. These measures would have be overseen and
implemented by yourself in the United States executive branch as President. Once North Korea
has been successfully controlled under these movements, they will then be expected to enter
nuclear treaties (including NPT weapons inspections) and undergo negotiations with other world
leaders over nuclear arms handling. Because this operation is handled by the Executive branch
and will require negotiations and diplomatic efforts to succeed, your utmost cooperation and
determination will be instrumental in how this task is completed.
I humbly request these motions be considered, as I know you to be a trustworthy and
hardworking individual who will no doubt serve as a positive change in this country. With that
said, I hope you will take these proposals into consideration as they are crucial to the success
and legacy of yourself as well as the North Star Party administration. As we are taking one step
closer to a safer and more unified world, these measures will be more important then ever to
creating a better world for our people.

Sincerely,

Brennan Martch
