Statement of Religious Objection to Immunization

To whom it may concern:

The administration of physically and morally tainted vaccines or other immunizing agents is contrary to our
personal religious beliefs as traditional Catholics, held either individually or jointly with others, and I therefore
affirm that the bearers of this note can and should be exempted from any alleged requirement.

We believe in God, and that God has created all of us in His image. We are bestowed with His natural
gift, the immune system. We believe that it is a violation of our sacred religious beliefs and moral duly to violate
what God has given us by injecting our bodies with vaccines known to cause immune system damage and other,
even deadly side effects. Further, most vaccines and flu shots are made from aborted fetus material and
therefore taking a shot could potentially involve one in mortal sin.

Our religious beliefs are based upon the understanding of what God requires of man pursuant to the
Holy Scripture as noted in (among other passages) 2 Corinthians 6:16-7:1; 1 Corinthians 12:24-27; Mark 2:17;
Jesus hearing this, saith to them: They that are well have no need of a physician, but they that are sick, (among
others).

I am fully aware and understand the alleged risks of not taking this form of putative immunization.
