Here, are some steps which we have discussed after yesterday’s visit:
We are not going to do simple labelling on each and every product rather then we
will also add QUANTITY factor so that, we can easily judge what’s missing in the
place at that time.
FOR EXAMPLE:
If we find the time we will also prepare a 6S AUDIT on a paper which we
will use for sustainability of the WAREHOUSE.

IDEAS ABOUT DISPLAYING:

 DESIGN FOR WAREHOUSEL:

For our design we simply just need Straight strips of woods with equal
sizes and with 45degree angle on the edges.
 Then with the help of screws we will fix these wooden strips
on the wall.
After that our next step will be to prepare simple wooden shelves for
storage of LAGOS.

Next, we will purchase some Plastic boxes like these due to the
shortage of time we can not make these boxes by wood.
This is all about storage
of Lagos next we will use the different ideas for placing other tools
like Tapes, Screws drivers etc.
