 Thermosole is located in the Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwand, Lahore –PAKISTAN.

 It is an Plastic processor industry, producing high quality Blow and injection molding products like
Auto parts, Industrial Packaging, Agri and gardening, Traffic accessories.

 Processes like Blow molding, Injection molding, Secondary processes, Material data sheets.

Boss industry

 Boss plastic industry is located in Gujranwala-Pakistan, Grand Trunk Rd, Industrial Estate.

 Their products are Plastic chair, revolving chair, Steel plastic, Snake plastic table, Public sofa, School
chair, Baby chair, Public sofa, Household (plastic tube, plastic pots, flower pots, hold plastic furniture
etc.

Sayyad engineers

Sayyed Engineer’s was the first industry in Pakistan who started producing Pens in 1965. When, Pakistan
is facing great difficulties. On the other hand, with the struggle of 10 years they made Fame in Asia.
Pakistan became the 3rd country which was producing Pen’s tips at that time.

 It is located at Model town extension, Lahore, Pakistan.

 Their products are Ball points, Board markers, Calligraphy markers, coloring markers, Eco-
friendly range, Erasers, Fine liners, Fountain pens, Gel and roller pens, Highlighter markers, Inks,
Liquid Ink pen, Markers, Other products, Pencils, Permanent markers, Retractable pens,
Sharpeners, Stick pens.

 Injection molding machines are used for making pens.

 Art-tip making machines are used for Tip of the pens.

 Modern extrusion and Injection molding machines were setup in the industry to make refine
bodies and refill tubes of a ball point.

 Latest computerized EDM machine were setup so that accurate molds can be made through
spark erosion which produces great accurate products with low cost.
  Brass tips are cut and manufactured by a process in which minute balls are firmly fitted into the
brass molds under air and pressure.

 Heart of Ball point is Tip which is 1/5000mm in thickness and very difficult to produce.

After visiting the site of this Industry we are really much inspired that Nothing is Impossible in this
World. If we are determined to do something passionately results always came in the form of great
success.

According to manufacturing point of view we came to know that how tips produced in industry and how
the Pencil is first made and then, painted and sharpened through machines.
