Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Looking after the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Telecom Foundation
Headquarter Building
• Keeping track of Tenancy agreements, due dates, recovery of rents, renovation
and upkeep of the building premises
• Managing the Vehicle Pool of the Foundation, upkeep of the vehicles, repair and
maintenance, Fuel management, maintaining the log of usage, legal and
government documentation, taxes, etc.
• Managing the security of the office building, dealing with the security staff,
managing the duty rosters, ensuring round the clock availability of the technical
support staff, etc.
• Developing and devising fool proof attendance and security systems, cameras,
recording, monitoring of all the movement in and out of the building
• Record keeping of all correspondence and liaison with postal and delivery
