I`m passionate to design strategy plan in order to assure the employees ,other stakeholders to
meet the common goal of organizations and also can be enable to adjust the project`s direction in
response to a changing environment, Ensuring the implementation and overall effectiveness of
education, environmental and safety programs. The general management I was honored does not
concern only for people but also managing an assets, budgets, discipline, communications,
efficiency, legal matters and union matters as well, according to what I have learn from project
management and general management.

Educational Background

2012- 2014: BSc/bachelor degree from General management, Makene yesus Management and
leadership college, in Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
2016-2018: I was honored with master degree of project management, Yunnan University of
finance and Economic in Beijing (China).
2009-2011: Awarded with secondary certificate in Gambella secondary school.
Employment record/ work experience.

20/07/2018-01/12/2019: I was just assisting undergraduates who are willing to work with
NGOS, other institutions and researchers by training them with some courses in new- life
vocational center here in Juba. Here are the courses listed below:
 Monitoring and evaluation(M&E) course
 project management and organizational behavior
 Research writing and Data Analysis through SPSS Software
 Data entrant and data analysis through SPSS software.

2015-2016: I was working as a database officer under human resource department, in the
ministry of health(Juba HQ)
My roles were listed below
 Collecting information which is already organized before and putting them in to the
system.
 Approving the letter for those who are going for leave in the ministry of health(Juba
headquarter)
 Approving documents of those who came for internship in the ministry of health and so
forth.

Course Attended
 I have attended a Cross cultural in Shanghai (China) concerning about how to avoid a
conflict in work place, if you are working with people coming from difference culture
and difference ideology.
 I have attended Foreign policy and international relationship in Shenzhen (China).
