CANCELLATION/FAILURE TO ATTEND
• At least 7 days before the course date, a full refund will be given (minus
RM50.00 for administrative charges).
• Less than 7 days but more than 3 days, a 50% refund will be given plus
a set of course notes.
• Less than 3 days, no refund will be made. However, a substitute delegate
can be admitted to the course.

PERSONAL DATA
NATIONALITY: MALAYSIAN
Presently, Capt (R) Mohd. Adam is working with Ireka Engineering and Construction
Sdn. Bhd. as the Assistant Manager, Safety, Health, Environment, Security and
Logistics for a high-rise building project located in Mont’ Kiara.
A certified and registered Safety & Health Officer with Department of Occupational
Safety and Health (DOSH), Malaysia with the registration of JKKP IS
127/438/2/2678 and a qualified Trainer with National Institute of Occupational Safety
& Health (NIOSH), Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Capt (R) Mohd Adam had served in Armed Forces from 1981 and after the retirement
in 1994, his corporate profession begins and until now he have served with several
multi-national and public listed companies in Human Resources, Administration,
Security and Safety, Health and Environment.
Capt (R) Mohd Adam is a member to Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety &
Health (MSOSH) and also corporate member to National Institute of Occupational
Safety & Health (NIOSH). He actively involved in occupational safety and health
management programs and had conducted numerous safety training, OSH
consultancy, audit and safety & health inspection at various industries especially in
manufacturing, construction and service/utility sector.

Capt (R) Mohd. Adam is also expert in Quality Assessment, Control and
Development to help the clients to improve their productivity and increase quality and
environment awareness throughout practical and effective management program.
As with all his clients, Capt (R) Mohd. Adam strongly believes that training must be
extremely practical so that immediate results following the training sessions are
evident and effective. Training must be participant friendly and stimulating while
consultancy is delivered in a totally committed, disciplined and result-oriented
approach.
