Sub : Major concurrent Project of Mr. V.Mahesh

We thank you for having shown interest in our institute and our students to do their major
concurrent project training in your esteemed organization. Accordingly, we are deputing
Mr. V.Mahesh for her Major Concurrent project in your organization. She will be reporting
at your organization by 7th February 2011 and will be subject to your overall supervision and
discipline. Student is supposed to be a part of your organization and she will adhere to the
regular timings of organization or timings as specified by you. The project will be on subject
of your choice and we request you to put student under one of your officers for overall
guidance and supervision. In the first part of the project the student may focus on orienting
him/herself towards the organization as a whole, the second part may concentrate on specific
functional area.

The student is expected to submit his weekly report duly countersigned by the guide in your
organization. It is 60 days program where in , the student is required to visit your
organization weekly twice for next 12 weeks & later continuously for 30 days. Student is
required to submit project report on the work done for evaluation of external examiners. It is
an essential component of our MBA program. We would also appreciate if the student is
made to present her work to your officials at the end of training so as to receive feedback
about her work.

Please also note that one of our faculty members would visit your organization during project
to interact with both the students and internal guide and with a view to build fruitful
relationship with your esteemed organization.
