Summer Training:

• Systematix Shares & Stock Ltd:

o In the company I worked as Research Trainee where my focus was to Initiate
Coverage on Tata Consultancy Services.
o I did complete analysis of DVR instruments and made a note giving buy
recommendation for “TATA MOTOR DVR”

Projects:

• Retail Sector – An Emerging business: This was a full fledged university project. In this
project I studied about the retail scenario in India, the current trends in retail sector, how is
retail sector creating an impact on Indian consumer and a comparative study of retailing giant
Pantaloons and Shoppers Stop.

• Launch of a Product: In this project we launched a Fertilizer brand in rural areas. This
project helped me learn the actual market condition for launching a product and studying the
large scale untapped rural market. This project helped me know the Distribution Policies, 4P’s
and Financials.

 • Waste Management: In this project I did a detailed case study of Surat Municipal
Corporation for dumping and recycling of Biomedical Waste and reusing the biodegradable
waste for generating revenue. This project helped me know the importance of Municipal
Corporation for the cities.

• Organization Structure Study: In this project I conducted the study on the structure and
the process of Alok Industries – a textile unit. Under this study I came to know about the benefits of
the structure of the unit and learned about the process of dyeing and printing.
